Homewise worked on our home this summer ('23) prior to us painting our home. They replaced old siding, external window trim, sky light along with other areas of our home where the wood was rotting. They did a fantastic job! Their crews were friendly, hardworking and extremely capable. They worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work and did so with a positive attitude and a fair price. I would highly recommend Homewise!

Thank you for coming out to take a look at my roof! I found a shingle next to my house and didn’t know if it came off of my roof. We’ve had so many storms, I wanted peace of mind that my roof is in good shape. Ron came out and took a look, at no charge! This was my first time working with this company and I will definitely work with them again and recommend them to everyone I know. They were professional and clean. Made sure they cleaned up after themselves and were surprisingly quiet. They got to the house around 6am (which is great for our family) and they were done around noon. They made sure we knew they were there before they started. The gutter people had broken flower pot which is our fault for not moving it and we understand things happen not a big deal and they made sure they made up for the broken flower pot. Which was nice of them to do and even the people “on the other end” were professional, nice, polite and very helpful. All in all it was a great experience with this company as a whole!

Full disclosure, I waited 9 months after some roof damage to contact a roofing company to come and help me. They were referred to me so I thought, great! Contacted HomeWise and got an almost immediate response to take a look at my roof and assess the damage. This was in October of 2022. The gentleman who came out took the pictures and said he would write up an estimate and submit it to my insurance. Silly me for taking his word. A few weeks went by with no response and called the office who informed me the gentleman would contact me in, which he did. I could go on and on about how I did not follow through on a bi-weekly basis like I probably should have, but in March, after being told repeatedly by this company that things were submitted to my insurance company and they are waiting on the insurance company to get an appraiser to my house, I finally called my insurance company to find out what the hold up was. Spoiler alert: the gentleman never submitted my claim nor did he even contact the insurance company… for 6 months. I am now working with a different roofing company who already submitted the info within 2 weeks.

HomeWise Roofing & Exteriors was recommended to me by two of my friends. My wood deck, roof and gutters were damaged by a storm. HomeWise came out, looked at my house, and explained all the damage. They were there for the insurance adjuster’s appointment. I didn’t have to do anything but walk with them. They also sent the adjuster all of the information he would need to process the insurance claim. No effort or stress on my part. That itself is a huge plus.

The selection for the gutters and shingles was easy. They knew the amount of my insurance claim and helped me stay within that limit. Supply and demand during COVID were the only delay in the start of the replacement.

The crew replacing the roof didn’t mess around. My roof was a little more complicated due to the fact of the asbestos shingles and the steep pitch of my roof. Still, they got in and got it done as promised.

All questions and concerns were addressed right away. Everybody I worked with was always really polite and helpful. Time frame of this happened mid to late 2021. You seriously cannot go wrong with HomeWise! I now have a beautiful DaVinci roof. Thank you, Travis and the team at HomeWise.

We used homewise to help us in replacing a roof on our home before putting it up for sale. We had wind damage on aged shingles and worked with Jim who was incredibly helpful in the process. He was honest about the chances of getting insurance to pay for wind damage and also came to the house to meet the insurance adjuster to help in getting it covered if possible. Insurance did pay for it and working with Jim through the rest of the process was great. Work was done quickly and as scheduled and Jim was great at keeping communication open during the whole process. Glowing recommendation for Jim and the company!

A few years back we had Homewise install the roof on our new construction. This last round of storms we had some wind damage and shingles coming off. Travis and his team stood behind their work and took care of us. Companies like this are few and far between these days. Do NOT hesitate to use these guys. You will be satisfied.

HomeWise replaced our siding. Jake and Juan and his team did a great job. The were professional, neat and hard working. When we ran into a problem around one of oue windows, Jake had it taken care of the next day. We would definitely recommend them for siding replacement.

Good honest people! First off, Carlos help me set up an inspection of my roof. They were out promptly, on the time we scheduled. They looked at my roof and said there was no damage and was in good shape to continue a few more years. Some companies would try to paint a bad picture of the condition just to get a sale. HomeWise Roofing has great customer service and the coolest Catch All system to protect your homes paint, windows, and exterior while they work on your roof. They are the only roofer I have seen use this and I have watched my entire neighborhood get roofs after a hail storm.

We had our gutters done by HomeWise and everything was professional, and done extremely well! Setting up the consultation, to finding a date and time that worked was easy. We had a huge rain storm 2 nights after the gutters were done and they are SO much more functional than prior gutters. Everyone we talked to was very knowledgeable and nothing felt sales-y. We also had a small piece of siding come loose at the very top of our house, hard to get to. The workers helped put the siding piece back up, as they were already working up in that area. I don't normally write reviews but have finally found the exception! Jim Hansen and his team at Homewise have far exceeded my expectations. As a first time home owner in need of a new roof, Jim (who was patient, professional and promt) found further damage my insurance company missed. He took care of all the paperwork and communication with my insurance company. Once approved his team was out within a week and had the roof completed faster then I thought possible. The work is great and there was no damage done to landscape or yard.
