We are enjoying our new shower. The young man Maung did a wonderful job Thank you for everything. I would recommend Thompson’s to anyone.

We needed two bathrooms updated — one a tub/shower converted to walk in shower along with new flooring. The other project was replacement tofu and old shower. Bill spent time with us showing us the products and letting us know the step by step process. There were lots of patterns from which to choose although we picked the same for each. On day 1 we were given the name and phone number of the project manager Lee in case we what questions. Jorge and Victor did our installing and were excellent—great attention to detail and communicating any questions about schedule and placement of things like grab bars, seat and shelves. Also cleaned up up at the end of each day. We highly recommend this company - not only great product and work but felt like we were important to them.

Bill was so helpful in helping me make my home one of the most beautiful in our neighborhood. He is wonderful to work with.

We really enjoyed working with Thompson Home Improvement. We had 2 separate bathroom remodel consultations, one with Rebath, and one with THI. We ultimately selected THI for a few reasons, but what made the decision simple was working with Jeff Winkler during our consultation. Jeff was so personable, friendly, and you can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in the work at THI. He helped us balance our wishlist with our budget and select the best products to meet our needs. He was patient with our 2 young kids running around during the consultation, which felt less like a business meeting and more like chatting with an old friend. The remodel itself was completed in a timely manner, in line with the estimated timeline they gave us, and it looks beautiful. After the bathroom was finished, we noticed a few things that did not meet our standards and we were grateful to have a prompt response from the senior project manager, Lee Pounds. He came out to our house, listened to our concerns, inspected the work, and made sure everything was corrected quickly. We are so pleased with our new shower and bathtub, and are grateful for the job well done by the whole THI team!

Took 4 months for them to start the work after I ordered finally was told they would start work next week another month went by. I called and threatened to cancel and all of a sudden the schedule opened up. There was an issue with my main water shut off and I had to call the city to have it turned off from the street I was told by thompsons to lie to the city and say I was replacing my toilet and not having a new shower installed I was not ok with that. Repainting the bathroom was not put in my original plan they told me it would be 1500 dollars to paint my small bathroom. Had another company do it that charged 400. The barn door they installed was hung crooked so it will not stay open. The head guy came on the last day told me he was just hired and he's been busy fixing screw ups. I would not recommend. They also subcontract out their work, if I had known that I would have cut out the middle man and got my own contractor.

Thompson's Home Improvement, Inc. installed James Hardie siding on our house. Also, they replaced our roof and installed new gutters and gutter guards. We are very pleased with their work. They were very thorough and always prompt with responding if we had any questions about installation. Our house looks very nice and the workmanship shows.

Very professional company, did exactly what they said they would do, their final billing was what was bid, I highly recommend them.... I’ve use them for years .... I don’t

Dan was thorough, on time, and followed up at each stage of the replacement of our front porch. He was professional and courteous. Great doing business with him.

Thompson’s Home Improvement did the siding install on my new home. We had James Hardie siding installed and they did an amazing job. They were professional and met all the James Hardie best practices. I would recommend them for any of your exterior needs.

Thompson's has done several jobs for myself as well as my clients! They did out personal home on Skyline Drive and we get a ton of compliments! It is extremely hard to find a reliable contractor/reputable roofing company and they are both! I will add some photos of my home soon when the weather allows for the best photos :)
