Home General Window & Siding Installation

After the storms last year our home needed some serious love. We used Geoff with Home General to replace our roof, gutters, and siding. Communication was amazing and coordination of work was a such a smooth process. We appreciated that he was transparent with pricing and we never felt like we were being pushed into more expensive options. And because we were so happy with Geoff we asked him to replace a few windows and we love them! We have used other local companies in the past for home updates, but now that we've found Home General we will not be using anyone else.

Working with Geoff and Ray was a great experience. They’re both knowledgeable, experienced, and good communicators. The window I had replaced looks great and most importantly it’s the proper window and installation now so I feel more secure. The entire process went well from start to finish.

My husband, Lynn, asked what I wanted for my birthday this year & I said 4 new windows for our greatroom which faces north.

Some companies were saying buy 2 windows get 2 free. That's not really true.

I was so excited Home General showed up on my cell phone when I was searching for who to get new vinyl windows from.

Wanted to replace our older wood windows that were leaking & splintering. I was like a little kid excited to get the clean new windows that were going to last & look good!

Geoff. owner of Home General, came to show & explain the windows he had that would be good for us. He said there was no middle man that had to be paid. He brought in to show us a sample of the window. He took the measurements of 7 windows.

Ray came to measure & he said he'd be the one to install them. Ray did a very good job & answered all my questions I had as he was installing. I wanted to see how everything was put together. Better to ask questions during instead of after.

I asked about the screens. Ray explained they would slide up & down which ever way you wanted the windows opened.

Ray said the half screen is how it came. I had full screens before & thought that's how windows came.

Ray called Geoff right away & told him the situation. Geoff said he put in an order for the 7 full screens & they'd be here in 2-3 weeks..

Ray did a very good job. We are so happy we went with Home General for our window replacements.

I've been telling friends that we purchased new vinyl windows from Home General. I even took a picture of the sign in our yard & sent it out. Very satisfied customer!!

If you need new windows this is your company. Very detailed, cleans up after installation and goes over all operations of the windows. Who knew there are safety tabs on a window.
I was missing a couple window seals and the installer, Ray, made and installed them. He went above just installing my windows. (Thank you!!) Very impressed with this company.

STOP SCROLLING! Geoff and his team at HomeGeneral are second to none! The spring storms really did a number on our home. Once I contacted my insurance company I knew I was in for a ride. That's where HomeGeneral stepped in and provided INCREDIBLE value. VERY experienced window, door, siding and roofing contractor. Clear communication throughout every process (HomeGeneral has completed multiple projects on our home). You can really tell Geoff is about the people. When they say they're on the way... consider it done... no really... these guys are fast and efficient! And, they clean up after themselves!
