On there website says emergency repairs , only going to take up to 3 weeks, above all they want to charge more than 1000$ to replace 3 bundles of shingles, the best shingles are only 55 $ a bundle and a good roof shingler can lay 3 bundles per hour , so watch out for this company, real rip-off

When Ciro came to our home in Gary, Indiana for a roof inspection he was very polite pleasant and professional. After having several roof estimates done we chooses to go with Alamo because of the prices, warranty, and quality of materials that they offered.
The roofing crew was on time and worked very hard they were knowledgeable and professional. The crew did an excellent job from the beginning stripping the roof to cleaning the ground.Even the owner Jesus came out to participate in the job. I would recommend Alamo to anyone that needs a roof done to their home.

Alamo Roofing is very untrustworthy..DO NOT USE THEM. So they are 1 of 3 companies that provided a roof quote. I chose them. I called them several times to get an update. Today they stated that my insurance company will not pay...so I laughed and asked if they have been in contact with the insurance and the rep, Carson, said the insurance company won't pay. I laughed again and read that rascal his rights. Per my insurance company, this contractor never called them. #Alamo is full of it. I am so disappointed.

We have used Alamo Roofing Contractors twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects. Ciro has been our POC for Alamo and he is always friendly, respectful, and responsive. Over the past two weeks I’ve had 5 roofing companies quote a roof replacement. 4 of the companies were all within a few thousand of each other. (3 Owens Corning 2 GAF). All packages were the same level, same warranty and very comparable. The GAF quotes were the exact same products. Imagine my surprise when Alamo came in $13k more than the others. I will pay a higher cost if there is a clear difference in quality of product however the reviews for both products are pretty much the same. There is nothing that much more outstanding about the GAF product that would warrant a $13k higher bid.

The salesperson repeatedly said he didn’t want to lose the job due to price - after he provided me with their quote - I told him where the others came in at. We have a larger home and it was brought up in conversation that we had moved here from IL and my husband was an engineer. I 100% they marked up this quote thinking we would just pay it.

The sales person went all the way down to low $30k trying to get the job - there’s no way if $45k was the true cost they could decrease their price that much. Lesson of the day - ALWAYS ALWAYS GET MULTIPLE QUOTES. Do your research and understand the difference between product lines.

Needed to have roof replaced. Made several calls and received multiple quotes, but I selected Alamo Roofing and the only issue I had was with mother nature! Kyle M. came to my house, did a detailed inspection. I was not forced into just a "one size fits all" job. Kyle worked with me to ensure all the details were covered and he helped me provide all documentation I needed.
The Install crew was outstanding and the roof was stripped and replaced in the Very cold weather. I also had new gutters and a new chimney shroud installed. I am extremely happy with the process , from start to finish!

Even though Alamo Roofing Contractors is not listed as an accredited Better Business Burau business, my husband and I took a change with them. We were very glad that we did. Alamo replaced my entire roof. They took before and after pictures of our roof.

On Wed Nov 20th I had the pleasure in meeting Will from Alamo Roofing. I had some concerns with my Skylight in our master bathroom. Will went up in the attic area to check for any water leaks that could potential leak into the house. Will went far and above checking the entire attic. He informed me that everything looked great. There was just a little condensation on the ceiling. Will is very knowledgeable and very pro active. Thank You so much Will.

I don't have enough good things to say based on my experience! Alamo is great and very professional, and go out of their way to be flexible. I worked with Carson and Kyle and they are wonderful! From start to finish I was informed and it was an easy process. Communication also up to par. They listened to me and made me feel heard. They didnt try to upsell me. If you can choose to get your roof done by Alamo, it will be a great choice.

Alamo did excellent work replacing our roof in Ravenswood. The communication was the best I've experienced with any contractor. Between the sales rep, inspector, and day-of crew they always made sure to work with me ahead of time to answer any questions and walk me though the process. Ciro went above and beyond making sure to inspect the exterior and the attic to flag issues relating to moisture seepage and ventilation and then walk me through all of the options and levels of solutions we could pursue. Once we gave them the green light it was easy to scheduling the work and get it done quickly. Conor and crew were super friendly and kept me posted on progress every time I went out to see how the work was going. Would recommend Alamo to anyone with an asphalt shingle roof. 5 stars across the board.

Great and dedicated technicians that will work with you to make things happen! I called Alamo a while back for a quote and didn't go through with it but a recent hail storm came through and they honored their quote from back then. They were hinest and upfront and even helped me walk through the damage with the claims adjustor. As a result, I was able to get fully covered for my roof replacement and they were in and out in a day. Big callout to Ciro for all the trips he made to ensure we felt comfortable with the process!

Alamo did a phenomenal job on my roof. They showed up at the scheduled time and promptly replaced my entire roof in 4 hours. The clean up was done great too. The job site supervisor, Conor, and the sales rep, Ciro, did an excellent job keeping me informed on what was going on. Would definitely recommend!

Alamo Roofing replaced the roof on our home that we were getting ready to sell. We were in a bind to get new roofing on our house quickly and William from Alamo was able to get our roofing replaced so fast. Great price, a quick install and great customer service by William.

William from Alamo explained every facet of our roofing and gutter replacement. Our new roof looks great with a strong warranty.

In addition to replacing our shingles and gutters, we had a skylight leak mid April and William came out right away, ordered a new skylight and had it installed the day after it arrived from the wholesaler. We then had another skylight start leaking and William is taking care of installing this one quickly. Since we are selling our place, getting the repairs completed so quickly is helping to keep the down time to a minimum, while we sell our home.

William really stepped up to take care of cleaning our 4 other skylights where debris fell on the glass covering below the skylight. This wasn't Alamo's or William's responsibility, but Will claimed up a very tall ladder, that he helped get from a rental place, lived up the Glas at a very awkward angle and clean out the debris. What customer service!!!

I would recommend Alamo Roofing as the place to go when you need your roofing construction. William is such an asset to Alamo's staff!!!

Had them out a summer or two ago to repair part of a roof. Price seemed fair at the time and everything *seemingly* went well. This spring, I had a few shingles come off in the same affected area. I contacted them multiple times to have someone back out and never got a reply from phone or email. In the meantime, I had another company out who repaired it. They showed me that when Alamo had replaced shingles before, they sealed the part of the roof poorly (my new contractor thought I had hired a non professional to do it) which caused the subsequent issue.

The new contractor I just went with charged nearly half of what they did for a subpar job. Wouldn't ever give them business again. Not that they would likely return a phone call anyway...

Our 150-year-old building had a terrible leak and they came out right away. They replaced the flat roof to absolute perfection. They were extremely professional and personable and meticulous about cleaning up. They also sent us the most amazing drone photographs of the finished project. That was the first time I've ever seen the top of this 2 story building and I really appreciated that!

Our journey to selecting Alamo to replace our roof started with obtaining many quotes ranging from $9K - $15K. Of all the companies that came out, Alamo's customer experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial call to schedule the quote, speaking with the sales rep, William R, securing the contract to the day of installation and interacting with site supervisor was a great experience. William walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions. He understood this was a major purchase and did everything to ease our concerns. Even after he left, we would call him and he would make time to answer our questions. During this process, we didn't feel like it was transactional but more supportive and informative. These people helped us with a leaky roof on an older building where a lot of contractors would not even come and give us an estimate. Their estimate was a little higher than the others we did receive, however, they were licensed and bonded and their communication was great and their estimate was itemized so you could see everything that was on there and what everything was going to cost. They helped us with financing and when it was all said and done the amount that was financed matched the itemized estimate. Somehow they managed to come out in between rainy season days and stop the leaking and came back the next day and finished the job. They left our place immaculate. Between Carson and Frank, they kept us informed all along the way and answered all of our questions in a timely manner and were always professional and courteous. They understood the urgency of our needs and did everything they could to get the project going as quickly as possible and our project was not an easy one for them. So thank you Frank and Carson and to your wonderful workers that are crazy good at running up and down that ladder on this very tall building! Total experts. Please pass along our gratitude and admiration to your very talented workers.

The office staff and Frank my Project Consulatant was just amazing and so fast on helping me with my problems with the roof. I would definitely reccomend them. The roofers worked so hard and got the roof finished right before dark in one day! We had our roof, gutters, and gutter guards done. Everything that Alamo did looks great. Unfortunately, the roofers did leave quite a few nails behind. Our roofing consultant, William, came the next day to check on the job. When told about the nails, he checked and cleared the yard of any remaining nails. William was excellent and delivered on everything he said they would do.

Gave me a very fair quote for a roof repair before winter was here, and in 3 weeks Frank and Scott came back and completed the roof repair and did a great job cleaning up! We worked with a rep named Ciro, from Alomo. We planned out the installation of new 6 inch commercial grade gutters with 4 inch downspouts for our home. The work was done on schedule as promised. I am very pleased with the installation, and the professionalism displayed by Ciro, and the work crew from Alomo. Based on my experience, i would highly recommend this company.

New roof completed 10/07/23 a few hiccups like being notified the afternoon before installation that the shingle i picked was not available also was supposed to get an upgraded underlayment but did not. Other than that I am happy with the roof and workmanship. I only hope I never need the warranty because I have yet to receive any final invoice or warranty materials.

We had a tree fall on our house and it damaged our roof and siding. We called the guy who put our roof on 5 years prior and he wouldn't respond to us. We called Alamo and our worries were over! Alamo worked with our insurance company but went way beyond. Insurance only wanted to repair the damage even though it was 2/3 damaged. Our shingles would be mismatched but Alamo gave us a new roof and brand new siding! They even covered our deductible! They're professional, do great work and we called them back the next year to roof and side our garage so everything matches! Don't hesitate. Call Alamo!

Okay. These guys are professional, and pretty awesome.

We needed a roof for our 100+ year old Cape Cod in Hobart. Frank came out with his guy, they got the estimate done in less than an hour. We ran through the options...and me and the partner took a few days to look over everything. We selected our shingles, and added on some gutter guards.

There was no high pressure. What there was, was confidence in how and what they do. No pestering calls or anything like that. We got the money arranged, set up the date(s) and they arrived when they said they would. They did the tear off, replaced the bad decking, and had our roof back on within the day. It was a really quality job too.

So, upon my inspection I noticed one of my gutters was damaged by the crew. Frank didn't even *blink* at taking the cost on him. I paid for a new fascia board (which was bad anyway) and he paid for the gutter...I wound up authorizing a new gutter (at my cost) on the opposite side just to even them out and made sure they were up to snuff. His gutter guy came, did the install, replaced the gutters and the fascia board, and it was less than a $300 extra for something that would have been needed anyway.

Alamo gets the highest ranking from me. When we do our siding, they're out first call. If we decide to replace the rest of our gutters...again, first call.

They were professional, explained all of the options thoroughly, and didn't try to gouge us. When the job needed a bit of extra work, they didn't use it as a pretext to try to milk us for money. They came, stayed within scope and got the job done with no hassle.
