Wagner Roofing is an excellent company. I had Tom Seidel come inspect my roof and he did a great job. He was very thorough and provided great communication. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

I was very happy with Wagner Roofing. They responded to my phone call very quickly when other companies were telling me it could take 3-6 weeks before they could come out. I was especially impressed with Tom Seidel, their representative who came out and assessed my situation. He is the reason I decided to go with them. They couldn’t come out right away to do the repair because of the snow and then ice on the roof, but as soon as it was almost melted they came and took care of the problem. Niko was also helpful the day of repair as he kept me informed on what they were doing. I will definitely call them when I need a new roof.

Just got my new roof and gutters and they look incredible! Was so thankful for my wonderful rep Greg. He came out and took a ton of pictures, gave his assessment, coordinated a time with our insurance adjuster at my house (while I wasn’t there so I didn’t have to meet them) and literally the same day I had a payout in my bank account for the cost to replace everything! Just a few short weeks later I was on the schedule and roof and gutters were in on back to back days! It has completely changed the look of my house and I couldn’t be happier.

I recently had a couple guys from Wagner Roofing knock on my door, asked to inspect my roof due to some minor concerns they saw. Their team was not only prompt and professional but also incredibly honest. After a really thorough inspection, they advised that my roof was still in good condition.

If I could give you a 0 I would. You replaced or gutters today and in the process busted your new mums and broke a paver that was a gift after our 2 digd passed. Then your workers laughed when my husband complained to your workers l. Shame on you.

Chase is very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and conducted a thorough investigation of my roof and attic area. He provided a detailed plan with an acceptable cost for the project. Chase spent a lot of time answering my multiple questions, never made me feel rushed or pressured. He showed samples of the roofing materials and explained the benefits of each. He then followed up with a written estimate via email and a follow up call to assure all my questions were addressed.

We are so happy that we received a recommendation to go with Wagner for our roof. Gregg and his team did an awesome job installing an entire new roof. From start to finish the whole process was really easy. They followed through with every aspect of what was communicated, really took care of us and made sure that we were satisfied with the whole process. Wagner installed a new roof for me. The crew was here and did a fantastic job. They removed the old roof and Installed the new roof cleaned up everything in a very efficient and timely matter. Chad came out and did the inspection gave me several options on style and materials to use with very competitive bids on the spot. Kaitlyn the customer service consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had and was very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to use Wagner in any future projects I may have in the future. They were very professional from top to bottom at any stage of my project.

I appreciate they came with an estimate fast and fixed my roof leak in a timely manor. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I couldn't tell they had been there if I hadn't seen them working.

I have used Wagner for about a year at several different condo/HOA communities that my company manages. I work with Greg Campbell and Brian, and they are on top of things! They schedule work immediately after contract signing, keep me updated on progress, invoice timely, and guarantee their work. The prices are competitive. While every other company is low-staffed, can't find quality workers, etc., Wagner never has that problem! I feel confident each project will be a success for my communities, so I am always delighted when my Boards choose a Wagner proposal over the others - they make my job a lot easier!

I used Wagner Roofing to complete a property refresh at a condo community that I manage. They replaced the roofs and gutters, tuckpointed all building fronts and chimneys, repainted all trim and doors, and even coordinated cleaning out all buried downspouts. It was quite the undertaking that was many months in the making.

Communication from start to finish was fantastic. Greg maintained communication with the board, the owners, and me from start to finish. There were so many moving parts but Greg and his team had no problem keeping up with all of it. They were quick, thorough, kind and patient through the entire process, even when dealing with some difficult situations. Wagner Roofing was a godsend! I had a leaky basement, a roof that needed multiple repairs, and tuck pointing that needed repair. Four other companies give me quotes and statements on what was wrong, but not until Wagner Roofing appeared did I get the correct solutions. They were the first and only to discover where my leak in the roof was coming from, however they were also the only team that bothered to look inside my attic to access the problem. Greg did a fly-over with his drone and quickly discovered several problems with roof and drainage system. Their bid was the most economical one I received. Arriving on time, the crew explained what they were doing and why, and successfully completed the job in one morning and another afternoon. They repaired flashing on two chimneys, fixed loose fascia around the perimeter of the roof, "un-dented" copper gutters so that they would hold water and drain properly, cleaned out drain pipes and re-connected and added drain hoses, as well as multiple connecting pieces so rain would not flood my basement, replaced two shingles on the roof, and tuck-pointed the outside of above ground basement stones. This week we had an all day rain and it is he first time in two decades that my basement did not flood!!! Thank you so much Greg and Wagner Roofing.
