Everything was great, but it would be better if the crew keep me informed of the status, warranty, etc. after repair is completed.

I live out of state and received a quote from my property manager that was $2,700 higher than the quote I received from Repair It Roofing. Not only that but the parapet wall was needing work once the roof was removed and they did that work for 6k less than another quote I received. They did it timely, sent pictures, and were communicative throughout the process. Greatly appreciate the work and would highly recommend.

It was swift and easy and a fair price. The crew was respectful and thoughtful. I plan to hire them again.

I had a partial roof replacement done by, Repair It Roofing. My initial quote was done 2 months prior to the work being completed I had to wait on funds to become available. They checked in with me a few times and were very respectful, they didn't hound me like many companies do. So when my funds came in, I signed the estimate that was emailed to me 2 months earlier. They immediately called and set everything up. The day the workers came I was expecting it to be an all day affair. They were done in a couple hours and cleaned the yard up. No debris was left behind. Repair It Roofing does excellent work. I highly recommend them!

The man who did the initial inspection for the estimate was excellent. Extremely clear explanations and very open and honest.

Repair It was one of the few companies that would even bid on my vent installation. Most “roof repair” companies or roofing companies that stated they did repairs wouldn’t even come out to quote. A very great company who provides many options and services for my home. They actually kept the appointment as promised and returned every single phone call during the process. They were also very professional and provided me with before and after photos of the work done. Finally I was impressed with the different payment options presented to me and they didn't charge a penny more or divert from the original estimate/quote provided to me prior to the work beginning. My roof, gutters and vent cowls are beautiful and I now have a dry home and I got my homeowners insurance premium decreased after they performed the work. Wow. That's really all I can say.

I used Repair It Roofing for our new roof and gutter installation on our house in University City and couldn't be happier. Their cost was very reasonable, as they gave me a discount for doing roo/gutters at the same time and they upgraded us to architectural shingles (stronger, more durable, better aesthetic look). They also work with me on getting the right shade of gutters for the house, even making the extra effort to drop off samples of the shingle/gutter so that we could ensure it was the right fit for our home.

The scheduling and payment process was very easy, all done through an online contract and payment system. Best of all, their customer service was unparalleled, as they responded to every question I had the same or following business day.

In fact, for the gutter installation, I'd requested that our gutters (which were copper) be left with me so I could turn them in for scrap (copper is very valuable). The contractor missed that in the instructions and they hauled them away. When I reached out to Repair It, they instantly apologized and credited our final bill with the value, no questions asked (which I didn't even ask for).

The work itself was timely and looks great. The roof installation took approx. 3 days and the gutter installation was done in one business day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

repair it roofing did a great job with n my roof. they fully communicated status and timing… even when stl had the flash floods of a century. i am fully satisfied by their work and responsiveness.

i felt the staff at Repair it Roofing excelled at listening to my concerns. All my concerns were resolved. i had one concern that had already been resolved -- certainly other companies might have "fixed it" again and charged me, but this crew told me it wasn't an issue and didn't charge me.

Was quoted something like $3995 to fix a microscopic leak that occurs every now and then. Simply needs to be tarred around the chimney. Yes, they were correct in stating the new roof was incorrectly installed over existing roof by house flippers.

Said flashing around dormer was not done properly. Perhaps... I don't know. And that after new flashing was out jn would have to put in new roof on that part.

All of this for a microscopic leak thst I showed them. I think it is extremely predatory and a total money grab. Id just as well get sn entire new roof.

I needed drip edge around my deck, a very knowledgeable & personable young man came out, assessed my situation and I had a quote in my email the very next morning. We had a bent gutter which was dumping water over the edge. I contacted Repair It Roofing and they were able to get a contractor out within a week, which was especially helpful due to all the heavy rains we've had.

The whole process was basically seamless! I reached out for an estimate, and nearly right away someone came out to provide a reasonable estimate, and they were able to do the work the following week.

We needed a leaky chimney repaired that was causing water damage inside the house. Other companies didn’t even want to bid on a repair, only a full replacement which would have taken months. This company was the only one that was interested in a small repair. They gladly came out and when the estimator was there I asked about new gutters and gutter guards. They ended up with a larger job and I ended up with a small repair and new gutters. It is nice when a company treats the little jobs as well as the larger ones.
