IES Construction and Roofing

I will be recommending IES to all my friends and family looking for a new roof or repair. Manny is very professional and definitely wants to make his customers happy. He analyzed my situation and gave me his recommendations. He made a few minor repairs and informed me that I had a few years left on my roof, when he could have easily taken my money and said I needed a new roof. He did a thorough inspection of my roof with pictures. I can't recommend IES enough and will definitely be contacting them in a few years when I'm ready to replace my roof.

Hands down the best contractor I have ever used! Manny and his crew are experienced and extremely skilled. Manny is very responsive- every time I had a question he was very quick to respond. Manny and his crew are meticulous in their work. They got the job done in much less time than I anticipated. We are so happy with our home and couldn’t speak more highly of this company!

Manny is beyond wonderful! He’s honest and reliable, and he is excellent with communication. He made sure I understood what was happening, and he never mansplained me, and he always replies to messages and calls. A well known “elite” roofing company did a lot of damage to my home, and they left their work unfinished, and Manny has gone above and beyond helping me and my family resolve all their errors. Very quick to come out and give an estimate on our gutter repair (next day). Manny himself is very professional and will see the job to the end. The crew, once here was very quick and we hardly even noticed them here. Our gutter is now repaired and I couldn't be happier, highly recommend.

Recently had IES construction do my Historic 3 story roof and they were fantastic start to finish. Manny was always extremely responsive, professional, Very Knowledgeable and just a super guy. I never had any concerns of their professional know how to get the job done. I had various companies give bids and not only did I never have concerns if they could do a good job, the price was very competitive. No issues with clean up at end of the job either. I would highly recommend Manny and his team!!

The Long Version:
My wife and I were dealing with water leaking into our newborn son's nursery. Thinking at first it was a window issue, I called a family contractor to repair the issue. The contractor informed us that it likely an issue with our gutters.

We then called up a few roofing and gutter companies -- and this is where the doom and gloom started. Every one of the quotes we received were a frantic recommendation to replace the entire roof and gutter system immediately with rather exorbitant-seeming prices.

We get it -- inflation / supply chain / labor issues make this all very challenging. That said, IES came to us with an open-mind and solutions. The technician informed us that gutters alone would likely solve the problem, and that they could do it for a much better price than competitors.

We were so impressed with the gutter installation speed and quality that we had IES replace our roof as well. Within a single day, they were able to re-sheath and re-shingle the entire roof. The team worked like a well-oiled machine and ended the day with a thorough inspection of my landscape for any remaining debris.

Consider me a fan of IES's work. I am excited to work with them on future projects like a freestanding outdoor kitchen!

IES replaced our roofing, siding and gutters. The process was so smooth and our rep answered all of my questions. The crews were professional, knowledgeable and masters of their craft.

I couldn’t be happier! Manny was prompt in coming out to give us a bid on our 3rd floor skylight install (same week I contacted him). His price was also very competitive to the other company that gave us a quote. He told me they usually book 3-4 weeks out but because it’s a smaller job he could work me in quicker. Once our skylight arrived he had us scheduled a week and a half out, keeping his promise. He and his crew showed up the day and time he specified and quickly completed the job. Once done they not only thoroughly cleaned up their mess but also cleaned out our gutters around the area they were working. They also did a great job patching the roof tiles that had to be removed to cut the hole, as we had to reuse what was there because our product was discontinued. I highly recommend IES for any roofing, skylight, gutter, etc work you may have!
PS-my contractors will be doing the finish work on interior, mannys work was for exterior only!

Reached out to this company for a bid to get the back portion of my roof replaced he gave me a bid for the entire roof that was way cheaper than it was with other roofers they had offered me a bid for only the back portion of my roof. They were here at 8 AM and by 1 o’clock they were completely finished with the entire install for my new roof. I am very pleased and will be doing more business with this company. I normally don’t do reviews but I cannot let the opportunity pass by to give review for such a worthy company.

They were very professional and took care of the problem in one visit at a very reasonable price. I will be using them again.

IES came out and gave me a quote for new gutters within a day after contacting them. A couple days later they were at the house first thing in the morning replacing my old gutters with new ones. All the employees were very polite and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again for any future roofing needs!

Update Edit: two years later and the spot they fixed is leaking again. Took a week to get someone to call me back. Someone has been texting me and said they would be out but then don’t show.
