Jordon needs to learn to read because he knocked on my door and put an advertisement in my door frame which goes against my "NO SOLICITING" sign. I have zero interest in doing business with anyone with such blatant disregard for people! DO BETTER. Edit: To your response, stating that "Jordon was knocking simply to let you know that we’re currently working in your neighborhood and wanted to make sure you had our contact information in case any debris blows into your yard or if you have questions or concerns while the build is active". There was NO work being done anywhere near me. Not on my street or the adjoining neighbor's streets. I drive by them all on a daily basis and no one is performing any type of construction around here at all. Nice try, though. Plus, this photo of what he left on my door, wanting me to call for my "free inspection" PROVES your company meant to solicit business from me. I'm not giving you my specific address for a "do not knock" list, as the no soliciting sign should be sufficient enough for EVERYONE. Not just me. If you adhere to that sign, then all is good. If you were actually informing people of possible debris or damage, then print up a different door hanger, informing them of that ONLY. Otherwise, you're simply making excuses. Your blatant lies and disrespect only make people NOT want to do business with you in the future.

Update: "To clarify, we are actively working in your neighborhood under legitimate contracts". LOL. You all must have some high tech Harry Potter invisibility cloaking device, as NO WHERE near me or my general vicinity, or any where within a 10 block radius of my home are you currently working. None that I can see, and I drive that whole route on a daily basis, so you can keep making all the excuses you want. Your workers should NOT be going miles away from their "supposed" job site to warn people, anyway. You think a nail is going to fly off and hit my home a mile away? Ridiculous. I'm telling you it's blatant solicitation and it sounds to me like this is just another sales tactic some companies use to try and skirt the law. "We're working in your area..blah, blah, blah." But don't worry, I'm not reporting you this time. Just make sure next time that IF you actually are performing work (which I'll obviously see and would know via common sense to protect my property from damage) then you should place different door hangers on people's doors informing them specifically that work is being done and to use caution...NOT flyers wanting people to call for their free estimates. Regardless of where I live, you shouldn't be placing flyers soliciting business on ANYONE'S doors if they have a sign clearly posted. I will no longer reply to any more of your responses, but sure, keep telling everyone reading this how it's NOT soliciting, even though your flyer clearly states otherwise. You're not fooling anyone with half a brain cell.

We worked with Noah at Advocate Construction and he has helped us throughout the process. He went above and beyond every time . The installation team was great too. Install was done within a day without any major problems. Clean up was done shortly after the install as well.

I had my roof replaced recently but it started leaking bad when it rained.This caused damage on the ceiling of the dining area. I gave them a call and they sent someone by the name Jonah to check it out.The guy claimed that the leak was caused by the siding. That was ridiculous because the leak is like 3 feet from the wall and it was a result of bad workmanship. They don’t want to accept the liability. You even don’t need any background in construction to tell where the leak is coming from but I think they have been trained that way not to accept liability .
The other thing they didn’t paint the gutters as per insurance quote. I called them and Jordan the sales person said they don’t do painting. So far I’m very frustrated by this company.

I worked with Kevin at advocate construction. He knocked on my door, I rarley answer. Glad I did this time! He wanted to check my roof right then and there to see if any damage had occurred from the past storms. To my surprise there was. He contacted my insurance company and met with them. Soon after I had a brand new roof!! Kevin did it all, and I'm so happy he knocked on my door!

Advocate saved thousands of dollars and time! We originally contacted them to get a quote on gutters, but Andrew was able to get us covered by insurance for gutters AND a roof, so we were able to use the money we saved for siding. PLUS, when our dog got out, he chased him around the neighborhood until he was able to catch him. Andrew has been nothing short of amazing, as have the crews. They have been very respectful and clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My house recently had a roof, gutter, downspouts replacement done by Advocate Construction. Responsive Andrew Stafford salesperson made things easy for me by dealing with the insurance company to get things approved. After approval, we met several times and ensure my needs (colors, types of roof and gutters, etc) are met and have a good plan on when it will be installed. The crew did a good job, and then cleaned up well after their work, including the walk around to pick up nails with their magnetic tools. There were a few concerns/issues (I assume like with any major job) during the journey, but they did make it right at the end with my satisfaction. So I would recommend Advocate Constructions again, to anyone. Thanks Andrew!

I didn't have the best experience with this company. While the work on my roof was okay, the original sales representative promised me a referral bonus. Unfortunately, that representative left the company, and the new person handling my account refused to honor that promise. I’m not trying to be difficult, but it's disappointing when commitments aren’t upheld. If you’re thinking about working with this company, be cautious about any verbal agreements—they may not be honored.

They came out and looked into our leak after installing a new roof. They added some sealant to a seam ( s). We'll see if that helps!

If you are dreading insurance for a new roof - call and ask for Houston. Usually I don’t respond to people knocking on my door, but my husband and I were saying how we dread doing insurance for a new roof. I asked Houston, “Can you even get a 30 year roof approved?” He reassured me and we decided to take him up on his offer. It was the most phenomenal experience for something we were absolutely dragging our feet on. Houston sat down with my husband to call insurance. They have another person who goes on the roof with the insurance adjuster to point out more things the insurance adjuster might miss. They got us approved and then talked insurance into paying for more on our gutters too. As for the roof, it was done in one day and gutters in like 2 hours. It looks beautiful!

They not only helped with the roof replacement, they also took care of dealing with insurance, they made the process very easy for me.

Dante assisted with contacting our insurance company and was with us every step of the process. We have had issues with Contractors in the past. Dante and the Advocate Construction Team exceeded our expectations!

Great experience with the entire team. Joe, our salesperson, was on top of the process from the beginning to the end. Tyler and the install team were quick, clean, and did a great job. We had an issue with a vent being damaged (I did not see it until they had wrapped up the job). Within an hour a crew member was up on the roof and fixed it. No questions…just delivering happiness.

Would highly recommend working with them if you need a roof or repairs.

Austin E came to our house immediately after a hailstorm in July 2023, inspected our roof and opened opened a claim with our insurance company and scheduled date to meet with insurance adjustors. Tysen S and another employee met with adjustors which is a must. In addition to needing a new roof, they pointed out damage to gutters and vinyl fence. We had a new roof within 5 weeks of Austin's inspection and the roofing crew did a fantastic job. Tysen and another Advocate member came back twice after roof completed to clean up any nails, answer any questions and address any concerns we might have.

Very professional! Tysen did a top notch job for us. Made the whole process very simple and easy. Would recommend him and Advocate to everyone!

Joe has been a great help as I navigate the claims process. I am about 80% deaf, which makes everything a bit more difficult, but he has been patient and understanding when I need things repeated over and over.

The claims process is often frustrating, but he has made everything much easier to deal with.

I had Tysen and Advocate help walk me through steps with my insurance after a hail storm. Unfortunately my policy didn’t line up with the date yet and will definitely be using them after the next storm!

I reached out to Advocate and was put into contact with Dante regarding potential hail damage to our roof. Dante quickly responded and inspected our roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also assisted with submitting insurance claims and following through until the project was complete. Advocate sales rep Dante came out and did an inspection to my home and saw what was consistent with the neighborhood approvals from the storms we had in our area. Insurance came out and disagreed. I was grateful how hard Dante and Advocate were willing to fight for second inspection and we did. The communication and drive Dante and Advocate had to help us out was reassuring. Advocate Construction was our saving grace when our roof needed replaced. Dante handled the process of working with our insurance and mortgage companies from start to finish. We were originally told it may be a few weeks before we could be scheduled but we were fortunate and they had a place for us the next week on their schedule.

One of the worst construction companies I have ever had to deal with. Poor communication skills from the company and was not even capable of giving me an itemized estimate for how much everything costs. I requested a work order in October 2022 and they didn't even tell me they canceled my contract in January 2023 until I called in February and wanted to cancel my work order.

Jesse Huffman was the person i communicated with throughout the process of replacing my roof. he was always willing to answer my questions about a process that I've never got through before and made sure I had all of the information I needed. If you decide to use Advocate Construction (and I highly recommend you do), Jesse is the perfect example of what to expect.

The install crew was incredible! I was quoted that the job would take 2 days and they got it done in 1, only taking a lunch break. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place before they left. I can't say enough about how good of a job they did!

Was great start to finish. They delt with the insurance company for me. Travis did a great job keeping in touch and they did quick quality work.

Travis was very responsive, a good communicator and persistent to earn the business. Also worked with the insurance company when other companies lost interest.

The roof job looks good. The crew was on time and worked quickly. We had some problems with some interior damage resulting from the roof installation. There was a lot of back and forth, and the guys I worked with initially ended up leaving the company. Ultimately Adam stepped in and helped get this taken care of. He brought in a very professional painting contractor that did a great job of repairing the cracks and repainting the ceiling. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Advocate Constructions was professional and good to work with for my Roof replacement. This was first time with roof replacement and they answered all my questions and shown professional behavior and the work quality was fantastic.

Very disappointing experience. Advocate inspected my roof and reported damages and said I had basis for claim. I did all the work filed a claim and was promised they would meet my insurance adjuster to validate and represent the damage. Poor and or lack of communication, advocate never showed so my insurance inspected alone and denied it. When I contacted my representative Tysen he gave excuses for the miscommunication and said he would get with his company to assist … that was months ago at the end of June but never heard from them again. Thanks Advocate and now you know why roofing companies get a bad reputation and people don’t want to answer their doors for you.
