Lance the worker was awesome, I just transferred here from Ohio and my car was acting up, he put my mind at ease. The problem was just a glitch and is fine now

They are so kind, helpful. Which I need because I'm 63. So I go there all the time when I need something. There was not sure about now. There a German that is very mouthy,rude besides him every one is kind, helpful.

After tonight, I will take my business to Auto Zone and O'Reilly Auto Parts. After receiving a bad battery a week ago and the Manager Mark, exchanged it with a better replacement, I thought I had made the right decision to shop at Advance Auto. I was So wrong. Tonight I came in for a intake filter for my truck and I had my perk coupons with me to save a little (but not the case) I ended up spending more than what I came in for since the coupons had to have separate transactions. The Sales person
(I dont remember his name except he was big and tall wearing glasses.) It was around 8pm. He offered to install the filter and I said ok, since I thought he knew what he was doing. I was wrong again. After about 20 mins of him struggling to get the filter installed, I told him to wait on the other customer and I called my sister who installs her own filters all the time. When I came back into the store I told him this is not working out and he shouted at me the entire time, he was very rude. I told him that I would not be back and he said fine. I then told him to refund my entire purchase and this time he did the refund in one transaction
in which I did not get my full refund, he cheated me out of my full refund $17.74 was the entire puchase but I was refunded $17.61
sure its just a few cents but its the principal of this situation.
So I left drove to my sisters, she took one look and said its very simple the groves have to line up first then you can close and lock the clamps. 5 min's was all it took her. What a mess 45 mins at Advance Auto was a waste of time and money. Never again. I will be contacting Corporate not only for this terrible service tonight, but my sister also said the Newest battery Advance replaced is leaking on the top. I'm done with them and they will be getting the battery back as well and I will be refunded. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB.

Any time I've stopped at this location Mark Mays has always been extremely helpful. While they seem short handed, he is always respectful of people's needs and their time.

I had a very bad interaction with a different Advanced location. I came to this location and the issue was immediately resolved. I never mind waiting because I know that they will make sure I have everything I need. They also help inform me of any coupons or promotions.
Thanks to these guys for all their hard work.

If we could rate higher we would!!! My husband and I were traveling from out of state and our brake pads went out. The guys here gave us a discount on parts and also made calls to mechanics in the area. When that didn't work, the manager called an off duty staff who so graciously came to our rescue and wanted nothing in return other than a thank you. These gentleman really saved our butts and we couldn't be more grateful. Absolutely phenomenal service.

I bought a alternator and got the wrong one, my fault. They took it back and refunded the money without any hesitation. . I will go back to this parts store.

I’m a woman who isn’t very familiar with car parts, so going to an auto shop can be uncomfortable to say the least. I didn’t catch his name, but a guy with an Isabella tattoo was incredibly helpful. He was able to find me the correct windshield wipers, answered all of my questions and offered to install them. It was a quick and easy experience; will definitely go here again.

I don't even want to give one star for this location. This isn't the first time we have had the exact same issue with this store but it's so frustrating that I am sick of it happening. We placed an order online and prepaid. It said it was in store and would be ready in 30 mins. We showed up about 2 hrs later to pick up order and I was told they didn't have it. The gentleman offered no apology or accepted fault for it not being there. He said he had to order them and they would be there the next day by 12pm. We desperately needed the part and since we had paid already, I said sure. My husband showed up at 12:30pm to pick it up as we were told to do, to he told again they didn't have them!! We were furious and told him to cancel the order and give us paperwork to show our canceled order. He refused to do that and said he couldn't print anything out. He then said "I can have them here by 3:30pm today if you want your part" we told him absolutely not. We live in a surrounding county about 45 mins away from this store! We don't have time nor gas to waste making 2 or 3 trips for nothing! As I said this isn't the first time its happened but It will definitely be the last time we purchase anything from here.
