I went to autozone in mount airy and the guy told me he would not check my battery due to there only being 2 people working in the store. I went to advanced auto parts and there were also only 2 people working. Aubrey helped me with my battery, offered protectors and a new terminal. She was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I would need. Thank you and I am so glad she is apart of your team.

I have kept these guys busy this year while getting my 05 GMC Yukon back on the road again & I have dropped a small fortune just on parts alone!! I think every one of them has waited on me during this process and every time no matter what I needed they have all been super helpful in getting my parts even if it had to be ordered I could always get it at 8am the next morning...as well as answering my many questions about each and every part and WHY I needed this or that to go along with what I was already buying!! Even though it has been a costly project, I'm giving them 5 stars ✨ ✨ for great customer service, having knowledgeable & respectable technicians and for always making it a quick & pleasant experience every time!! Thanks for all you've done!! You'll see me again!! Probably sooner rather than later!! Lol
Below are a few pics of my front rotors in which had to be replaced along with my new brakes!! My mechanic said he'd never seen a set of rotors chewed down/off as bad as those were!! Thankfully they were in stocks bc they may not have made it through another day!!

The advance on 89 was rude and see said I'd have to the part at the branch in pilot. I called who informed me that it could be returned at any location. Went to location on 601 and they quickly and easily made the return. The customer service between the 2 was refreshing.
