The plummer arrived within the appointed time. The kitchen sink was clogged, and the garbage disposal stopped working.
He also realized that the P- Trap was leaking and replaced it with a serviceable version. Mr. Tao was professional in explaining and handling the issues. I would recommend Medert Services LLC if you have plumbing issues that need to be resolved.

Update: Advanced Plumbing fixed the issue that Medert claimed was “misuse and abuse” in less than 15 minutes. American Home Shield assigned Medert to fix the lever on our tub. They told my husband that it needed to be replaced because the screws had been stripped. They reported to AHS that we had misused and abused the lever on a 20+ year-old lever. When we called to follow up and ask why they reported misuse instead of the noticeable wear and tear, they said they hadn’t realized its age but wouldn’t change their report. Medert and AHS wanted us to pay them $450 for something that would have otherwise been covered.

Fantastic service. Tao came buy and knocked the issue out. He was timely, calling ahead so everyone was in place, having a positive attitude, and even getting a part from the supply store so the issue was fixed - no second trips. Definitely glad I have this new business relationship - we’ll always need a good, knowledgeable plumber.

Tao arrived at my house when they said he would come and on time. My kitchen sink was clogged. Tao
patiently snaked my drain and because the clog was stubborn he took his time over 2 hours to unclog it and I am a very happy customer. He cleaned up everything and left my kitchen under cabinet clean. I am very pleased with his service.

Medert Services were assigned by my home warranty company to come out to my home to repair a leaking pipe in the attic. Kitchen faucet & garbage disposal issue. They were assigned to me through American Home Shield. When they called to schedule the appt. I asked to be notified when they're on the way. They agreed. I ended up calling them when they didn't show between12pm & 4pm. They arrived shortly thereafter. They noticed that my inside water main shutoff valve was corroded & recommended it be replaced. To avoid further damage, he shut off the water from the curb. 2 hours later, both faucet and garbage disposal were replaced. A week later, I look under the sink and water was everywhere. I called AHS to have them come back. The day of the appt, I sent pics/video of the leak. They called saying I had to place a new service request because the pipe looks corroded (something they had to have seen when they did the work). I told them I didn't have that kind of leak or damage before they came. Nevertheless, AHS told them they needed to make that determination on site and not from the video. They never came back or answered my calls. The new plumber that came out, fix it in 2 minutes. Medert Services didn't tighten the water supply valve. Very unprofessional.

To add injury to insult, you did the same thing to the older white gentleman’s pump beside mine - he paid for gas too.
There were empty pumps available with both gasoline & diesel available - stop being weird bro.

Learned of Tao and his company through Home Depot. His response was quick. He was professional, polite and proficient. His installation of the shower door was excellent. He explained everything needed. Even gave me advice on proper size to purchase. He made sure the area was very clean when he finished. I highly recomme them to all.
