The bathroom is a crying shame. This store needs an overhaul. For the amount of traffic and business in this store that has been there for years and years, they can definitely do better for their customers. The general manager should be ashamed running a store like this. And if that person doesn't have the say, this corporation is a joke. Keep your place clean people.

The only thing this place did right was hiring Christopher. It is clear he has extensive knowledge as a mechanic AND he has great costumer service. The older female who's actual job is costumer service, chose the wrong profession and couldn't be bothered to demonstrate simple polite people skills.
Chris, if you're reading this, you were a life saver when I needed help and I will definitely recommend you to others.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I took my car in to have the spark plugs and ignition coils replaced at a cost of over $700. When I picked the car up my driver's seat had been damaged and could not lock into place, causing the seat to slide back and forth. When I brought this to their attention they refused to take responsibility and treated me very disrespectfully and even began shouting at me, as if I was the problem. However, this isn't even the worst part. About two weeks after having the plugs and coils replaced, my car started misfiring the same way it had been doing prior to me taking it in. I took it back and explained the problem was still there, and they claimed to have looked at it (which I highly doubt they even did), told me nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. Well, I'm still having the exact same problem $700 later and now I have a broken seat to go along with it all. I attempted to contact the owner and my call was never returned. I will be filing a lawsuit.

It Sunday said they will be open Sunday at 8am.
Purchased parts last Sunday on order. Parts came in got a call they were in. No problem I will be there first thing Sunday morning. Got here at 7am. It is now 8:30. No one is here. Bad deal!

Very good automotive store. You can get most of what you need for your vehicle there. The staff are also very helpful, though the get annoyed at times. Parking is decent and the hours of operation is good. Dont waste your time calling them though, unless you like elevator music.

I have a small oil leak in my car, I went in to ask if someone could help me check my oil level. The woman behind the service counter shoots me an eye roll and then tells me "We don't check oil, we only change it!" I left immediately feeling very belittled.

My experience may be different from others. Every time i go there is this one person that makes it fun. Why conversation jokes smiles laughter.

Wow! Great service! Showed up just before open and witnessed employees wiping everything down and doors open right on time. Were very kind and quick at helping me with battery issues and walked out 5 minutes later with everything I needed. Mgr. Amaris was warm and friendly and helped at every step. Thanks! Was a great experience.
