I had a malfunction with my water pump on the interstate and stopped by to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they couldn't, but they got ahold of another place and I was able to get over there. One of the shop guys topped the radiator off so I could make it. I'm not from here,and I'm thoroughly pleased with the help I received from Premier.... If you live around here I proudly suggest you come to premier.. Outstanding customer service and very professional.

Fantastic customer service. Helped me figure out the perfect lift for my truck in terms of both looks and longevity of parts. Also provided discounts for military. Had a cracked window and got that fixed while the lift was being installed. 10/10 recommend... would not go to ANYONE else for a lift kit. Thank you!!

I Brought my dually there to get a small lift and tires installed. Was hesitant bringing such a big/experience truck somewhere for the first time. I used Premier Automotive to install a 3” lift (Rough Country), and also purchased new wheels & tires for my 2014 Ford F-250. This truck is the ONLY vehicle I’ve ever purchased new, and it is my pride and joy. So, given how I feel about my truck you can imagine that I was extremely careful about where I would take her to have this work done. I learned about Premier Automotive through a close friend when he took his new truck to premier for similar work. When my buddy got his truck back, I was impressed. (Even though it is a Toyota…LOL.). My buddy, a like minded southerner, loves his truck and exercised caution as to where he would get the work done. It would be an understatement to say he researched the region to find a shop that he could trust and would live up to his expectations. I can tell you unequivocally that he did just that! My experience with Premier Automotive, like my buddy’s, was 5 Star! From selecting tires, wheels, lift height and suspension components; Premier was knowledgeable and professional and made every effort to tailor my vision to my expectations. When I picked my truck up, Premier’s work exceeded my expectations. The technician who performed the work answered ALL of my questions, and was clearly a well trained professional with excellent customer service skills. I could go on and on about how satisfied I am with Premier Automotive. I’ve had my truck back now for three days and I am happy, happy, happy!

First off Steve was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and had great communication, thoroughly answered every single question I had. Roy was also great on keeping me up to speed with the install process. Got a Bilstein lift and wheel alignment feels like a new truck. I called multiple places, half of them didn’t respond and the ones that did were way higher in price. Premier checked every box for me. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Premier!

Premier Automotive is awesome! The owner was beyond helpful from the very start he fit me right in last minute for rims and tires. He kept me informed through the entire process, had my truck done in less than 24hrs and I could not be happier with how it turned out. I feel they really went above and beyond to give the best service possible and they did just that. You rarely get this type of service nowadays. This is the only place I will go from now on when I need something for one of my vehicles.

The entire experience was exceptional. Steve was instrumental in assisting us with choosing the right lift kit, wheels, and tires. He went well beyond our expectations of customer service. Shop did a great job installing all the purchased parts. They completed all of the upgrades in a day, and the SUV looks awesome. I have gotten several positive comments in just one day. Had multiple issues with my 2018 Silverado. Told them the issues I was having with my new setup/wheels, and they fixed all of the issues at a very reasonable price. Had my truck done in the same day. Got alignments from other shops before, it didn't last and my steering wheel wasn't straight. Now my truck rides/brakes perfectly now, alignment is spot on, 4 WD angles are level, and my truck sits perfectly level. Will be taking my truck here from now on for any issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These guys are great and Steve is hella cool and helpful. I didn’t know much and went in prepared to spend way more than expected. These guys saved me money every way they could. I did a 3 inch lift, rims and tire, roof rack install, ditch lights and skid plate install all in one stop and couldn’t be happier!

This place did an amazing job on my lift kit. I asked for assistance on picking quality parts and they broke everything down for me. They sent me quotes and helped me build the perfect lift for my jeep. They text me as each part came in and had my jeep done within 2 days of drop off. I will be going to them for work on my jeep in the future.

Awesome business! I have a hectic schedule and they accommodated me well. I was able to get a full quote and consultation on what would be best for me through Facebook messenger and they were quick on the reply. Setup my appointment and everything through text as it’s hard for me to talk much. Once my appointment came they were pulling my vehicle into the shop to get started before I even left the parking lot. Vehicle was ready on time as promised and they made arrangements for me to pickup my vehicle after hours to once again accommodate my schedule. Needless to say this company went above and beyond to please the customer. Will definitely use them again in the future for any needs that they offer. Highly recommend Premier. I have taken my vehicles to several places before I found Premier. Now, I only trust my vehicles with them. They are a reputable family owned business that offer great prices and work around your schedule. Juat bought some nice tires for my daughter's truck and she couldn't be happier.

They are very professional. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and it was done Thursday. Got it aligned on Friday. Before they give you your truck back they make sure everything is right. I can't wait until I get another truck. I will be back to work on another project.

These guys got me in for a same-day full synthetic 7q oil change for less than it would be to buy the oil/filter and do it myself.
