Kristopher and Jake were very professional and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing. Our windows and trim look great. We had a huge job at 18 windows with some needing full frame replacement. Would definitely recommend this company and Kristopher and Jake as installers. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We'll be going to them for all my window and bathroom remodeling needs. They also kept my wood trim inside living room which no other company we contacted would do. Their windows are TOP QUALITY as well. Much better than other companies.

The home improvement gentleman Jason did a fantastic job. My wife had a ton to questions and he explained them all. In and out in one day and no mess when he left. Walk in shower looks fantastic

Jake was here and replaced 2 windows and a screen door. He was very professional and did a nice job.

Jake just completed our window install and we are very satisfied with how everything went. Clean, meticulous, and great experience. He had to battle all of the elements this week. 90 degree temps, constant wind, a lot of rain, and cold.

Gina was our sales rep and did a fantastic job. When we had a minor issue with the weep holes she even came over to see what was happening as she is thorough and cares about the products she and her team sell as well as making sure the customers are satisfied.

Very disappointed in how the company deals with the financial aspect. We paid the required 50% down on the day we signed the contract….a large amount of $$$! We then received a 4 page email description of the work to be done. It stated payment was to be paid in full upon completion. Also received a second email shortly before the day of installation saying payment was to be made upon completion.
Very disappointing having to speak with 3 separate people the day before to straighten out their misinformation that we had in writing. This is something that really needs to be addressed on their end!

Jake wright Jake did an FANTASTIC job on the installation of our windows. He was very prompt and neat clean. My overall is he is highly experienced and recommended to continue in this profession.

After the last review of the wrong trim color being put on Jake came back out on his own and put the correct window trim on!! I was very surprised and very thankful! We will use this company again for sure! Their windows are beautiful and their customer service is just as good!

AJ did a wonderful job. He was very professional. He was extremely polite and has a great sense of humor. He went step by step covering everything his company does for the install. He went over all the different products and options. He took his time and he answered all our questions. We were very impressed with him and what the company has to offer.

We had AJ come down to give us a quote and he was beyond helpful. We're pretty new to being in a home and had a lot of uncertainties with how this process would go. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We weren't ready to lock in anything while he was here but we will definitely be going through them when we are ready to start updating/remodeling ourbathroom!

We had AJ Helhaas down to Hankinson, ND for a quote today for windows- absolutely fabulous! He was personable & considerate. He offered some great insight into the world of windows from installation, quality, and purpose. He made us an offer on the spot for everything we are looking for and provide feedback on financing too. I have no doubt that we'll be calling him back here soon!

An and Parker were able to answer questions and give us information about our window project. I would highly recommend for your projects.

James Kast came out this morning to install our new windows. He was incredibly friendly, jolly, and kind. He was fast and efficient, highly recommend this experience.

Lee did our shower and did an excellent job!!!

The installation of one of our showers is left unfinished, because the ordered door was missing and the installer had no idea about it, and the other shower got torn up only to find out that wrong tub was ordered, which won’t fit.

It’s obvious that this company runs a risky business of keeping lean inventory to minimize their costs, but they don't take the risk and make sure that it rolls over to the customer. When they have mess ups it’s the customer that has to pay and they refuse to take ownership, making you wait another 4-6 weeks, or longer, for the right parts to be ordered and shipped. No company is safeguarded from the unexpected, but the ethical companies take action instead of simply saying "we apologize for the inconvenience", which is what their response was to me. Meanwhile I have 2 kids that don't have a bathtub for an indefinite amount of time (rest assured I'm not going to just sit and wait and let them have their way).

As if that’s not enough, I then find out that they left a back panel to the shower wall open, with screwed laying on the carpet in my children’s bedroom.

Gina was fun and did a fantastic job explaining the product and her company. No pressure sales, just very knowledgeable about the product and the process. Would highly recommend. Ask her about her cats.

I'm leaving a one star review for the awful customer service my husband I received after our sliding patio door was incorrectly measured and the trim was never ordered. Our new windows were installed on May 13, 2024 and the new door was supposed to be done at the same time. The door was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered. The new trim for the door was supposed to be ordered at the same time. The trim wasn't ordered until months later and our new door was finally put in five months after the windows. During the five month wait, I repeatedly contacted the project manager and was given excuse after excuse as to why the door trim was taking so long. I was told the trim was finally available and installation was scheduled for July 18, 2024. No one showed up at my house and no one from the company called me to tell they wouldn't be putting in my door because the trim hadn't been ordered yet, even though I was told that it was available. I called several more times over the course of the next few months and was given excuse after excuse yet again. Finally after five long months of being the given the run-around, my door was finally installed on October 9, 2024.

I'm giving a five -star review to James Kaste for the great job he did installing our new windows and doors. He did an amazing job and they look beautiful.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a home improvement company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Skyler from YHIC did a great job of sharing information about windows along with clear, honest facts about the company. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend talking with him if you need window replacements. I ordered my new windows today!

My windows are now installed. James was an amazing carpenter. I highly recommend him. He was always here right on time. He kept me informed daily. He cleans up everything and certainly went the extra mile for my installation.

We just finished a project that included two showers and a bath tub installation. Lee Kuehne was the primary installer. He was excellent! Polite, professional, and extremely thorough. Lee always took the time to answer questions and to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted from the project. I am vey pleased with the work.

I also want to recognize Jon Olson, the project manager. When the wrong bath tub shipped for the project, he spent the time to find the correct tub and then drove nearly 4 hours to get it here so the installation wasn’t delayed.
