I needed help moving in my new apartment and Rock solid did an awesome job helping me move all my heavy stuff & fixing the wall that has holes in the bathroom and living room. But they make one mistake on my mattress had a hole in it while they was helping me move. Other than that I will definitely recommend to family and friends Great service.

I had Rock Solid Handyman did few jobs for me at my shop and my House, and he did an amazing job on my shop door and my camera at home. I will definitely used them again for any other repair work I have. His hand work are amazing and good customer service.

We had 5 doors and trim replaced. The crew was very respectful and put in a long 11 hour day on a Saturday. The job turned out great! Thanks Lasana and crew.

Lasagna was great to work with. Professional, pleasant and gets the job done. He managed to keep the laundry room floor dry when he changed the water filter. Awesome. Would highly recommend.

This group did an awesome job. We had water in our basement in May. Our insurance company was giving us a hard time getting everything paid. Lasana called them and worked everything out. They were able to finish all of the wood trim and 2 doors. The staining was perfect and all of the miter cuts were awesome. Highly recommend this company

What an epic SUCCESS!!! Two of the best came over (scheduled on a SATURDAY) and installed a new front door for us. I'm handy, but not with doors. They were awesome and did such a wonderful job! They pre-checked the door to ensure things would work PRIOR to doing the work. Thank you so much!

If you have a project needing a handyman, Rock Solid should be the first number you call. Lasana and crew completed two projects for us: putting in a new fireplace front and installing a new (heavy) front door and screen door. Lasana uses his engineering skills to come up with a plan to replace and install a new item that isn’t a perfect fit. Rock Solid leaves

Rock Solid did a great job fixing my loose siding and a perfect job fixing the Crack in my wall inside. He did such a perfect job filling, sanding texturing and painting, within a few hours you would never know I had the Crack. Thank you Lasana for being a perfectionist. Will recommend you to my friends.

The lady answering phones is very unprofessional laughing at you when you call to ask a question. Very rude! Then they charge for estimates that are non-refundable, but also wayyyy over charge even for window replacements. I explained to the owner that he is ripping people off. Home depot will sell me a window, install it, and give it a forever warranty for the price they charge for strictly labor... then he tried to argue with me about it. Had to remeasure the same windows 6 times each as if he was intoxicated. Just an all around bad experience from rock solid and I will never recommend them to do anything for anyone ever... I really need this project done, but I'm not going to intentionally rip myself off to do a home project. What a joke! If 0 stars was an option, it would get none! Even the response I got from the owner was pethetic since I'm not allowed to comment to his response. Drunk by 10am dude? Git real! Nice attempt at a come back but your the only company that charges estimate fees which is sad... and I don't think I should get it done for little to nothing, but as I explained to you, I can buy new windows and have them installed cheaper than u can install one I already own... what sense does that make? Absolutely none! Not sure how your even still in business with prices Luke that and attitudes from not only you yourself but your rude receptionist. Asking where you came up with numbers isn't a funny question. Nor is it probable cause to assuming your customers are on drugs! Very pethetic thing of you to even say considering it is not true! Keep ripping people off. Mayb you'll figure out how to read a tape measure one day... BTW you broke the trim on my window when you tried to measure it. I can assume you won't be replying again or coming out to fix what YOU broke!

Had gutters cleaned. Quick response, great service (called to say they were on their way), cleaned gutters quickly, shared pics of before the after, price is great, and very personable! Will use again for future needs. Thank you.

They came in and figured out the problem with my fridge quickly and were able to get the parts right away. They fixed the problem and cleaned up, so you didn't know they had even been there. They were friend and very easy to work with.

Rock Solid came in and repaired my garage ceiling from water damage I had with snow from the winter. Such kind, hard working young men. Will use them again.

Called to set an appointment on Monday for a project that had to be completed no later than 4pm on Friday. Was put on their schedule for 9am Thursday. I expressed the urgency of the project. I called back Thursday at 10am as I had not heard from anybody. Was told I’d have somebody at the house in the next half hour and to send my email for invoicing. I reach out at 11:30 for an ETA. Claimed the technician was lost. Said they’d send out a new technician that was currently on another project. Then they tell me they can’t get here until Friday. An hour later the first technician who got lost trying to find the place shows up. Said I don’t have the right truck for the job, we’ll be back tomorrow. Office manager tells me they’ll be back at 8:30am Friday to do the job. 9:00am rolls around and nobody is here. I reach out to the manager. Tells me they need me to approve the estimate before they come over. I said well you said they’d be here at 8:30am and they’re not here. Had I not reached out, would you have notified me of anything. The whole time the manager talked to me like I wasn’t understanding of the situation. I missed a significant amount of work at my own job Thursday AND Friday for project that should’ve been completed in a couple hours Thursday morning.

We had to have a fair bit of our siding replaced/repainted and reached out to Rock Solid for help. They were very easy to get ahold of, great with ongoing communication, and efficient with the work. I didn’t really shop around, but the pricing seemed fair - certainly well worth it for the low stress and solid results. They’ll be first on our list to call if we need any other miscellaneous home improvements or repairs - couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process. Thank you! :)

My turbine vents on my roof were on their last leg and grinding really bad. I contacted Rock Solid and they had a repair man here within a few days. The price was right and the service was exceptional.

I will definitely be using their service in the future for other projects I need/want to complete around my house.

Rock Solid Handymen's Services repaired sections of our backyard cedar fence. The workers were competent and professional as well as friendly and polite. Their enthusiastic energy was remarkable and a pleasure to watch.

After becoming more acquainted with the owner I found that they are proficient in many areas including remodeling, roofing, painting, landscaping and more.

I was delightfully pleased to find Rock Solid and highly recommend them for any size project.

Lasana, Brian, and Mike did an excellent job on my new gazebo. Their attention to detail was fantastic !! I will definitely use them for future projects.

We had to remove part of our carpeting when we had a plumbing issue. When the carpet dried I called Rock Solid Handyman Services. They asked for pictures of the area needing installation. I was given an estimate and the work was completed within a week.
After vacuuming, two of the seams looked great. One seam just didn’t seem to lay correctly. I called back and they sent a carpet layer back over the same day and he was able to remedy the issue.
I am pleased with the way the carpet looks and the prompt service. I will call them again.

Rock Solid handymen’s did a great job on my Bathroom vanity light, I call they came right away and did a great job & I will used them again in the future.

I needed to install my dishwasher that I purchased from home depot.Who was supposed to install the dishwasher but did not! I was in a desperate spot and rock solid understood my frustration. They responded immediately and send somebody that same day to install my dishwasher at a well reasonable price. I will recommend them for any handy man work.

I needed some help with a repair job I botched and Rock Solid was able to come over and put things back in order. Really appreciated their help and am going to use their services again!

I hired Rock solid to mount my Tv and to assemble my TV stand. They did a great job and were very friendly.

I am very impressed with Rock handyman for the vinyl plank install at my house. Rock Solid did a great work and I would be using them again in the future, good job Rock Solid.

They replaced a whirlybird for me, installed a gfi outlet, cleaned my gutters, replaced an outdoor light, and looked at my doors that I was having trouble with (not all at the same time). They did all of them well and he communicated with me when he wasn’t able to make it even the one time he missed an appointment he acknowledged it the next day and we rescheduled. He also explained anything that needed explaining (like telling/showing me what to do when the gfi didn’t work properly) and didn’t do anything that didn’t need to be done (I was told by someone else I would need to install GFI outlets for all my kitchen outlets but he said only the one was needed). He also looked at my door that was difficult to open and just put some wd-40 on it and explained it would probably need to be replaced soon (so no unnecessary work or charges) and explained (about my other door I had issues with which he had a simple fix for so didn’t charge me for that) how doors kind of expand in the cold. He also rushed over when I had an issue with my garage losing electricity which he somehow fixed and just charged a service fee for. Also involved me in the process of choosing an outdoor light and made sure of what I wanted (even kept it lower price which I asked for). He’s definitely a trustworthy and reliable professional and very nice guy too

We had a moisture issue in our attic, we were unsure of the source. Rock Solid took the time to figure out the issue and to show us pictures of what he was doing in the attic every step of the way. He also fixed our damaged sheetrock and did an excellent job of matching existing texture. When the project was done he also came back to add more insulation that might have been trampled during the repairs. We were very impressed. We will for sure be calling Rock Solid for our next home repair!

Did the brick work on our steps. Was responsive and answered any questions. Did good work and left us with a nice set of steps when it was all said and done.

I cant say enough about Rock Solid. They came out and replaced my skylight and did a great job! Great work and great people! If you need anything, they can get it done.

They did landscaping for my house.. The whole team came ontime and finished the job timely working for 12 hrs with 7 people in the team. They did amazing job and followed up about the work for few days also.

I called Lasana after a recent wind/rain storm blew down one of our condo’s whirlybirds. He came immediately because there was a big exposed hole in the roof and another storm was coming. He replaced it quickly and efficiently. The homeowner was thrilled with the prompt service and how polite and professional Lasana is. Many of us will be using Rock Solid for future projects.

It is easy to see why Rock Solid has earned such a great reputation. They encountered some difficulties on a job but stayed late on Saturday of a holiday weekend to get the job done right, and even made sure the job site was cleaned up. I am so glad I found these guys! Communication, professionalism, punctuality, quality, and value are all top notch! We will be doing a lot of business in the future.

We had a roof leak start from nail pops over our garage. We called Rock Solid and they were able to get to our house to look at the issue the same day, gave an estimate plus went out to get materials and came back to do the repairs that same evening to get us taken care of before forecasted storms that night. He even did a quick repair pulling out an old broken storm door hinge before leaving without charging extra. Very polite and professional the entire time they were at our home. We will definitely be using Rock Solid for our future handyman needs!

Lasana did a great job replacing a couple of exterior doors for me. He is great about returning phone calls and responding to emails.

We had a wonderful experience with Lasana (owner) at Rock Solid. This was our first time ever hiring a handyman so we were slightly nervous. We got quotes from three different companies on tile replacement in our bathrooms and his costs came in on par.

The tons of positive reviews solidified our decision to hire him. Plus he had lots of experience and pictures of his projects to back it up. One other big advantage he had is that he was willing to go to Menards and Lowes and do the shopping for us for materials. Really took the guesswork out of the project and saved us a ton of time. And he was able to fit us in the very same week!

Lasana messaged before arriving so we knew when to expect him. He even came back the next day to make sure the work held up to his and our expectations.

I also liked that he wasn’t pushy to get us to upgrade anything by saying “If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” He seems like a genuine guy who will give you good recommendations and does great work. We’ll definitely be using him in the future!

Rock Solid handyman services is very reliable. He came over way past closing time and fixed our door to our trailer. My girlfriend asked him to take a look at the kitchen sink as it was completely clogged. He was happy to unclog the drain for us. Thank you so much. The guys from Rock Solid did phenomenal work for me! Very professional, precise and extremely courteous. I was having issues with a toilet that continued to leak even after replacing multiple wax rings over the years. Found out it was an issue with the subfloor. Rock Solid not only replaced the subfloor, but they did an amazing job putting in new vinyl tile flooring and a new toilet in my bathroom. They did such a great job, I already have them booked to complete another home project for me. I highly recommend them for any handyman needs, large or small. They're my first call for projects.

The 2 gentleman came in and did a fantastic job fixing a counter top. They were respectful and did their job. Counter top looks great and they cleaned up behind they selves.

I am so impressed with Rock Solid! I woke up after a snowstorm and saw that some snow and ice had gotten through the bottom and sides of our front door. That same day we were starting to put new hardwood floors in our house, so I knew I needed to act fast and get everything sealed again so that moisture didn't ruin our new flooring. Rock Solid came out the same morning I called and worked diligently to figure out where air and water could come through. They tightened all the hardware, installed shims, and weather stripped the bottom, then recommended a good storm door to help keep the snow away. They took their time and explained everything they were doing to help me understand, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Rock Solid — they do very conscientious and careful work, they are very reasonably priced, and make sure the job is done right!

My sliding door would “catch” and lock open or lock closed (mid-roll). Rock Solid took the door off, fixed the rollers, adjusted the leveling and it works great! Will definitely call Rock Solid again!

Our roof vent blew off of our house in a wind storm. I called a few different places to try to get it fixed right away before rain could get in. Everyone said they couldn’t get to it until a week or later. Rock Solid Handyman was the only one who understood the importance of having it fixed asap. They came out right away and did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with them and would highly recommend them for any jobs you have around the house.
