Excellent service and info provided - I had a seasonal tune up of my A/C. Thanks for the great service!

They will not be back here. I am more than ticked off. First time out... Explained the situation to the tech. HE checked the system and found it to be low. He then proceeded to fill the ac system with a large amount of freon. The only thing mentioned to me was the tech said there were larger fittings on the ports than normal and was sure thats is why it was empty. No mention of checking for leaks. Week later it was blowing warm air again. A different tech came out. He checked and all the freon was out. Leak test done the second time out. Determined the coil was bad. He said BECAUSE THIS PART IS UNDER WARRANTY he will will have to find one with the same model number. Apparently the one found was not the same one because overhearing him on the phone he said its not the same model number but it will fit. So he puts it in and again fills the system. SO back to the part of filling the system without doing a leak check and assuming those fittings were the issue. That was over 3lbs of freon that was floating through the air in our house. Whats the word i am looking for.... NEGLIGENCE. Failure to follow proper steps? Putting homeowners health at risk? Breakdown of this experience. First trip. No written cost estimate given. Nothing for me to sign. Just did the work. Second trip. No cost estimate given. Nothing for me to sign. Did the work and left. AS STATED BEFORE, THE TECH SAID PART IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. We wouldnt needed to have them come out to put freon in if they didnt install faulty parts. Freon is on them or the manufacturer of the coil. NOT ME. Dont lie to customers and say parts are under warranty when they are not. Give an estimate in writing and have them agree to it. I NEVER SAW ANY SUCH THING. I shall see how this plays out. I have a couple options up my sleeve depending on how this plays out. Tech was good. NOT HIS FAULT.

We called on a Sunday afternoon and they were out in less than an hour. Took care of our issue and explained what happened and answered our questions. Very polite and professional.

I am so impressed with this company! Our air conditioner went out when it was hot and humid on Thursday. A different company told us we would have to wait until sometime next week to get it looked at. Thankfully, I called Valley Service! The person that answered was very professional and she was able to get a service technician over to my house that same day. Ethan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his service. He even called to check on our warranty even though I didn't think it was still covered. We ended up needing a new compressor and 1st thing Monday morning the service team came and installed it. My house is finally cool again. I HIGHLY recommend Valley Service!

They came out on May 12 and helped diagnose the problem and fix it. The technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will call them again if I need some help.

A tech came out to inspect my ductless mini split system that wasn’t cooling well. The tech determined the unit needed cleaning. He washed out the blower wheel and the system is working correctly. The tech was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great service! Would recommend Valley Service to anyone.

I called on a Saturday morning at 8 am. The person I spoke with was great. He responded in a friendly and professional manner. He said someone would be out in 30 minutes to look at the air conditioner. They arrived when they said they would. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. They did what they said they would do for a reasonable price.

Requested and received service on AC, furnace, and water heater within the same week all in one trip to the house. Tech provided warranty service for a part on the furnace and assured other things were in good working order. Trustworthy, on time, and clean.

I have never had such friendly and caring service and always kept in touch as we were waiting for Trane to send a part. They kept me very informed and were very apologetic when it’s really not their fault. They went above and beyond to find the problem and fix my air conditioner. Would highly recommend.

We had an unfortunate experience with our AC installation—the technician forgot to install plugs for the drain lines, which caused water to leak throughout our utility room. The manager I spoke with over the phone was difficult to communicate with, as I was frequently interrupted.

However, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by the repair technician, Bryan. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and handled the repair efficiently.

Absolutely fantastic service! I tried about 4 other companies in town to fix my AC and each one dropped the ball in some fashion. I called Valley Service and they sent an expert out the same day. Dan was super helpful at explaining what the issue was and fixed everything promptly. He even gave me solid advice on next steps. I can't remember the name of the individual that helped schedule my service but I want to thank them as well for setting everything up on such short notice. No gimmicks, just good ol' fashion honest service that is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this company!

Had a pipe break, Jordan was over very quickly, helped figure out and solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and polite, even through getting sprayed with cold water. I’d recommend this business to anyone that needed help with pipes.

I requested information online from Valley Service regarding water heaters. Received an online response within minutes requesting more information, and then a phone call shortly after from Brandon. Brandon scheduled an on-site visit later that day, and forwarded an online quote the same day. The installation was scheduled to my convenience.

Jordan was the technician who performed the install. Not only did Jordan communicate with me regarding his ETA, he arrived EARLY! He was very professional and polite, and explained everything to me before, during, and after the job.

Now I hope the water heater works as well as the service provided by Brandon and Jordan! Valley Service was recommended to me by a current customer of theirs, and I can now highly recommend them too. Well done.

We had a scary gas leak in our home and Valley Service found the source of the problem and quickly rectified it. Highly recommend their customer service!

Our A/C went out right before we were due to be hit with a heatwave. We got service the same day, and it was up and running within an hour.

Of course when the temps rose, we found our AC was working improperly. I called one place that put me on a wait-list for over a week. I called Valley Service and the gal on the phone assured me they would be out by the end of the same day. I was amazed. Seth came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it just as quickly. He also checked our pressures and temps so we feel good going into the summer. The price was pretty much what we expected and was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians. I thought my AC unit needed to be replaced as a different company quoted me, but Valley came out and diagnosed the issue on a AC tune up, and fixed the issue, saving me thousands of what the other company would have charged for a new unit.

Neil just left my house and did a great job installing a new garbage disposal. Very knowledgeable, giving me what options are available and the pros and cons to them. Gives the price up front. Noticed another thing leaking under the sink and fixed that. Gave information to keep it in good working order. Left everything clean and is super friendly!

Seasonal A/C service was excellent, surpassing 5 stars! Thorough and very respectful with great attention to detail. Proactively replaced our thermostat battery, wore shoe covers when entering our home, cleaned up afterwards, and set the thermostat back to where it was prior to service...these little things that make a big difference!

We called Valley Service as our furnace was not heating well in -20 temps. Within hours Tim was at our door. This was the first winter in our new home, and he patiently led me through the inner workings of our heat/ac system, answering a plethora of questions. His work was great, and I have a much better understanding now.

Valley Service arrived on time. Tim serviced the furnace and checked it throughly. Also gave a recommendation for a repair that could prevent an untimely breakdown in the future. Recommend.

Don't use them they rip u off they charge even when they are not doing the job. Worst experience ever. Then u call and explain the situation even having proof video recording that they were not in my home doing the job and still want to charge u for the time they were not here. Still have the audacity to hang up on me while on the call with them. DONT USE THEM!!

We transitioned to Valley Service Mechanical after our previous company ended their business. VSM was quick to respond this summer when our A/C quit working during a stretch of 90+ degree days. The technician was quick to respond, professional and efficient. We were also pleased with the furnace check up in Dec 2024 and the tech's patience explaining what he had checked/replaced.

Excellent service! The technician repaired the furnace on the roof top of our restaurant during a blizzard even when I suggested he could come back at a later time or the next day. His reply was that he was fine and had been doing this for many years...but still, that is dedication!

The Valley Service Team was fantastic! My renovation schedule changed multiple times and they were always accommodating. We unfortunately ran into some unforeseen issues upon jackhammering the concrete, but they provided me with a couple options and quickly resolved the issue. Highly recommended!

Prompt, friendly, and reasonably-priced service! Our water heater started leaking on a day we would be leaving town. Valley Service was easy to get a hold of and made time to come look at our appliance before we left town that same day. Each employee I worked with was friendly and helpful. Our water heater needed to be fully replaced, and they moved some things around in their schedule to come replace it the very next day so that we could come home to working hot water when we returned. I felt very comfortable giving them access to our home to work while we were away, and they kept in touch with questions and updates as needed. I have hired Valley Service in the past and will again in a heartbeat!

Exceptional service. Bryan was thorough in his inspection and tune-up of the furnace, and accurately diagnosed and fixed a decade+ long air conditioning and duct issue with one of the registers. Highly recommend!

Called in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon and fix our furnace. They were prompt and professional.

Had furnace go out last year and had them come out on a weekend. It took them 3 days and 3 different people to come to my house and finally after calling a support line they realized the drain line on the furnace had the wrong piece of PVC pipe on it which didn't allow it to vent (a 90 instead of a tee). The fix was a literally a $0.50 piece of PVC. I'll also mention they replaced another part as well but that work was completed under warranty.

I never received a bill from them and nearly a year later they left me a voicemail saying I had a past due balance of over $1,000. I called back to figure out how to pay and to ask them how they justified over $1,000 for what should have been an apparent issue and easy fix.

They told me they did write off time already because they recognized the issue but that was the bill after the deduction. I explained that I never received a bill from them and asked how to pay and they had hung up the phone on me.

Now several months later, I am getting a call from a collections agency saying I never paid a bill I never recieved!

I can understand that the issue took more effort than it should have, but to not send a bill in almost a year and then hang up the phone on me and send the bill to collections is so unprofessional. Very disappointed with them and will not be calling them again.

The tech that came out to look at my A/C unit listened to what I had to say and was very friendly. He resolved the issue in no time and also cleaned it, so it is now ready for next summer.. He also offered to get my furnace ready for winter and I'm glad he did cuz my filter was past due for getting changed. Ooops. I'm all set now and its a good feeling.

I called Valley Service Mechanical to get a fall service on my furnace expecting to have to wait weeks. They came out in a timely manner,very courteous and professional. Will definitely call them again.

Valley Service Mechanical is awesome! I needed both an HVAC tune-up and some plumbing work done, and Brandon made it super easy by scheduling everything for the same day. That way, I didn't have to take extra time off work—a huge plus! Both the Furnace Guy and the plumbers were on time and gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, so I knew when to expect them.

They got the job done quickly and well, and what I appreciated the most was that they took the time to explain everything they did. Now I’ve got their number saved for any future plumbing or HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!
