Waylon Mabry did a great job in assessing our roof and gutters and in filing a claim with our insurance company. He has stayed with us through this somewhat confusing process and has been a patient guide. Whitaker Roofing did a excellent job installing the new roof in only one day. They followed up with replacing the gutters and repairing the chimney in one more day, again excellent work. I recommend Waylon and Whitaker Roofing for any roofing and gutter work you might need.

Working with Waylon was truly a pleasure. He followed through on every promise and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. When our initial insurance claim was denied, Waylon didn’t walk away—he stayed by our side, guided us through the appeals process, and ultimately helped get our roof approved. Throughout it all, he kept us informed and reassured. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result and the outstanding customer service from Whitaker. After a hail storm came through my neighborhood in May of this year, I called Cliff Thompson who was recommended by a friend. He came the very next day to check my roof and verified the damage. He guided me through the process of contacting my insurance company for their approval. He made the experience an easy one and I’m very pleased with my new roof. I highly recommend Cliff and Whitaker Roofing Co.

After a storm in May 2024, a friend suggested that I let her roofer, Cliff Thompson, check my roof for damage. Cliff came over the next day with a drone and took pictures. He showed me the damaged areas and I agreed for him to contact my insurance company. They quickly agreed that I needed a roof. Cliff made everything so easy. He is a very positive, friendly person and is knowledgeable about roofs, insurance claims, etc. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went. I made a new friend(Cliff) and got a new roof! I highly recommend Whitaker Roofing Company!

A tree fell onto our shop and they were here the very next day. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We dealt with Gavin and he kept us up to date through the entire process. They handled business with the insurance company and we couldn't be more happy with our experience. We highly recommend Whitaker Roofing Company!!
