I am very happy with my new roof and would recommend Joel Beam and Whitaker Roofing Company. From the first call with Joel to the finished project, he was professional and timely with communication and information. Joel was onsite to be sure every thing was to my satisfaction, from the inspection, planning, shingle selection and on installation day, which made the entire process less stressful for me. The Whitaker team completed the damage repair and installed the new roof in one day and it looks great.

Efren Valles of Whitaker Roofing Company showed up at our house the morning after a large hailstorm hit Woodstock, Georgia on April 10, 2025 just after dark. Using his drone, he was able to show us our damages. The next day he wanted to go up on the roof and get a better look. He took all of our insurance
info and talked with the adjustor to get the claim started with
them.

We have a larger than average roof and Efren started the job at 6AM and his crew worked NON STOP. They didn't leave our house till after 9PM. They were back the next morning to finish and meticulously clean up a huge mess! Then Efren personally
made his own round of inspection (both of the roof and the
clean up on the ground.

Our neighbor who is a contractor told us that Efren and his crew did a great job and that he plans to have them install a new roof on his RENTAL HOUSE that is next door to his own home.

Was dreading dealing with roof repair/replacement after the storms, especially being out of town. The crew at Whitaker made the process worry free. They handled everything from the inspection to working with our insurance company to get everything moving forward. They had great communication and the roof was replaced quickly and professionally. We had a hail storm last week and Shane and Heather came out to evaluate my roof. They got up on the roof with the expectation to take photographs and show me any damage. On December 11th a very tall pine tree on our property fell and hit our roof and eve on our house. I immediately reported the damage to our insurance co. I then started looking for a roofer ,I came across Whitaker Roofing in the "shopper" . I called the number and the lady said they would come out and appraise the damage. The next morning Heather Writtings was on my roof . She tarped the holes ,made pictures and everything she needed to talk to the insurance co. Heather handled everything. Because of Christmas and New Years holidays my ins. co. was slow , but in a few weeks Whitaker roofing put on our complete new roof and fixed the other damaged areas of our home. ProTech roofing did amazing job on my roof. It was damaged by weather and needed replacing quick. Nick took all of the headache out of the process. He was super responsive and came out almost immediately to give me an estimate. Talked me through what the process was and made me feel like it wasn't a complicated endeavor. Once contacted my insurance company and got a claim number he then took the lead and met with the adjuster fought for me to get my roof replaced instead of just repaired and was there to answer any questions I had along the way. He also gave me the option of impeccable warranties and veteran rebate opportunities. He worked with me and my schedule to find a date that would work for both of us. His crew arrived early in the morning and finished the job before nightfall but unfortunately not before it started raining. Although my dogs did not like the loud disassembly of the roof lol they did an efficient and excellent job. I was worried about the cleanup process because of my parents experience with roofers and the mess left behind. Pro techs roofers made sure to clean up all of the debris, blow off my porch, sidewalk and driveway. They went above and beyond triple checking my yard with magnets to make sure that they got all of the nails up. I would recommend protech roofing and Nick collado 100 times over!!

Cliff Thompson and Protech did a great job on our roof. Very honest, no hidden fees. I would highly recommend these guys. We got our roof within a week or so and it only took a day to do our oversized roof. Great company.

DO NOT USE… a roofer from them came took shingles off, cussed out our insurance company, and to this day they have not done nothing. We are going on a year almost. We spoke to the office manger Amber who said she was taking over our case and going to fix this. Yeah fast forward a month haven’t heard a word from Amber. I’ve been quoted to fix this it would be $600 for them taking shingles off my roof. Their roofer constantly said he was going to fix it. I was told by the office manger they don’t know what his problem is and that he may not be working for them for long. Yet you still haven’t fixed the problem either. I guess they don’t care as long as you are paying. Once the insurance says no they don’t care.

He did all of this and wouldn't accept any payment from me, not even for the service call and said, "It's ok, I just want people to believe that we provide the best customer care". I had damage to my roof and Todd Callaway was sent out by my insurance company to check the damage. He was quick, professional and very thorough (he actually has a camera drone to look at the roof!!). Within a couple of weeks we had a brand new roof that looks way better than the old one!
