USA Roofing has put new roofs and gutters on two of my homes. They. did an excellent job each time. They were very professional and courteous. They protected any shrubbery that I have. and cleaned up after the job. They made sure all the nails were picked up in the driveway and in the yard. One of my neighbors commented how beautiful the roof looked. I would highly recommend USA Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters.

I had a great experience using USA Roofing and Gutters. They came out the next day to inspect my roof after a severe storm. They helped me throughout the entire insurance process and even met my adjuster. After my approval for a roof replacement in a few short days USA started my repairs. The crew was excellent and courteous I was highly pleased with their work and cleanup. I would highly recommend USA Roofing and Gutters to anyone.

Beware of this company. I'm so disappointed by how many times the ball has been dropped. I initially used them to repair my roof and within a few weeks had a leak in my bathroom because they "forgot" to seal the area around the bathroom fan. It was a quick fix so I didn't complain. I then used them to replace my gutters. I had a few estimates from other companies first. One of the other companies made me aware my roof did not meet code. The required drip edge was not installed. I contacted Brandon the owner and he said it wasn't mandatory for my city. I ended up getting it added to my gutter installation package at a discounted rate. After the installation debris was left throughout my yard. They removed it after
I complained. The final straw was workers coming to my home unannounced the next WEEK to "complete a job" that I paid for in full. I was not notified of any issues. Otherwise, i wouldn't have paid. I am livid. I was told they simply forgot to notify there were custom drip edge pieces that had to be ordered. Had my camera not picked up movement, i wouldn't know work was performed on my house today.I will NEVER use them or recommend them for any future work. This is horrible customer service. The client should always be notified and informed. The owner "Brandon" argued and talked over me after I told him the mediocre sorry doesn't cut it. He was very condescending and I left the conversation feeling like I was wrong for speaking up about their poor performance.

I wanted to say thank you again to USA Roofing and Gutters in Trussville. Everything seem to be going wrong, we had just had a death in the family, my car was in need of repair and I had water dripping from my ceiling. I called to get someone to come out to give me a estimate to repair my roof. I was venting to Michelle, the Office Manager. She was so friendly and got someone scheduled to come out to check my roof, but she also recommended someone near me that could repair my car. (I used the repair shop and I'm on the road again, thanks to her kindness).
Mark came out and while he was here, I showed him a gutter that was bent and the water was pouring over the edge instead of going down the downspout. Mark and his team came out a couple days later and repaired the roof and the gutter in a short amount of time at a much affordable price. I definitely recommend them!!!

What a great company!!! I had a limb on my roof that punctured a hole in it and they came right out and tarped it. Davey met the insurance adjuster and handled everything! What a great young man!! A few months later, the same thing happened again and again they handled everything! Can’t say enough about Davey and the entire crew! I recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

I had a roof done by USA many years ago. It was more expensive than other estimates. However, I live in a heavily wooded area surrounded by trees and wildlife. The two other roofs I had installed by other companies had not held up to the extremes of the wooded area and the variable Alabama weather.
When a tornado damaged my roof earlier this year, I insisted that my insurance authorize USA roofing despite the higher cost. Davey Everett came out and provided an estimate. He negotiated with my insurance company through lengthy and sometimes laborious encounters throughout the process. Davey was sensitive to my experience with the tornado. He reassured me that I would receive a quality roofing job that met their high standards, no matter what the insurance company decided. Davey kept his word and was present throughout the entire process. He followed up several times after the roof was completed to solicit any feedback or concerns to be addressed.

I did not do a review last time for USA roofing because I was offered an incentive. As a consumer who relies on customer reviews done by other consumers, I find it offensive and deceptive (though tempting)to be incentivized financially for a review.

Yes, USA seems to be a bit more expensive in their overall charges. BUT also a YES - Davey Leverett is a top-notch people manager and offers a positive human experience to a business transaction.
I am grateful to Davey Leverett and his team for the great job they did on my roof. Their reassurance and encouragement during my disaster and insurance red-tape experience! And I am grateful to my insurance for listening to Davey about the quality materials used by USA Roofing, their quality workers, and the meticulous oversight of the final product.

Probably the most professional company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. Brandon and his team replaced my roof in a day and communicated throughout the entire process. He even sent pictures of damaged areas so that I could make informed decisions. Most highly recommended!

Shockingly poor roofers! Metal roof on 7 years, we now have to replace the roof, the wood and walls all rotted from water damage due to the roof!
There response the metal has a 40 year warranty, the metal is fine. They left metal vents on the roof un-sealed. Save yourself thousands in future repairs choose another roofer.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Davy was awesome. He kept us abreast of everything during the process, and took detailed pics to allow us (out of state investors) to see the process and our finished product.

I was such in a hurry to Repair a damage on my Roof near the chimney area there was improper flashing and to adjust about 5 to 6 Shingles. Did so much Google Reseach on Roof Company's and found USA Roofing such good people. The price was so reasonable the people very nice very professional very informative. Help me alot I received a letter from my insurance company for cancellation for coverage and a certain date line to Repair this damage and this company 100 completed it on time. After hail damaged our roof, we selected USA Roofing in Trussville due to their professionalism and their fair and honest approach. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to say how much I appreciate the job they did, and working with us to actually improve on the original roof design. Great company!

Recently we had USA Roofing replace our roof. The job involved removing the existing shingles, adding ridge vents, and replacing the shingles. Great care was taken to protect our shrubbery and landscape. The product is very beautiful and comes with a full warranty.

We had our roof and gutters replaced by USA Roofing. Overall we are pleased with the quality of roof provided by their team. I will say there was challenges along the way but at the end of the day they made them right.

Pros of the job
Quality of information up front and materials used was better than average. They weren't pushy like several of the other contractors I met with prior to selecting USA Roofing. They also worked closely with me during the insurance claim process and made things very smooth on that end. Finally, once they got started, they quickly completed the job and left little to no evidence they were there once they cleaned up the work site.

Cons

Unfortunately they started the job on an afternoon when it rained heavily into the night which caused some water leaks overnight but they were quick to come out first thing the next day to get things dried up and secure. The crew also dropped a hammer through our dining room ceiling during the job but they quickly took ownership of the issue and made the repairs accordingly. Communication at times with the scheduling and completion of the work could have been better is the only other criticism I would have for their mgmt team. I chalk this up to how busy they were at this time as hundreds of homes in the Birmingham area we damaged during this massive hail storm and they had a lot of jobs in flight at the same time.

I searched this company on Thumbtack and they were fast to give me give me a quote and get started on the job. We decided to use them for our roofing and Siding needs. It was easier to have it all done by the same company.

I had a leak in my roof around my satellite and this company provided excellent service for a fair price. The roofer (Bryan) came out on a Saturday to fix my roof ahead of the scheduled rain. After doing research and reading numerous reviews, I decided to Hire USA Roofing to put a new roof on my house. I could not be more pleased! My new roof is beautiful, but more than that it is installed properly with no shortcuts. They are professional, but yet take the time to get to know you and your specific needs. USA roofing also offers financing with a extremely low interest rate!!! If you want the best looking roof in your neighborhood and a company that takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns and is professional and friendly, then you will LOVE USA roofing!

USA Roofing was hired to replace our roof after we had significant hail damage from a freak hail storm. They were very professional, willing to work with our insurance company with no hassle, and completed the job extremely quickly. We were very pleased with the work they did. If I had to complain about something it was finding a few roofing nails and some other debris around the house after they were done. That said, it was a very minor amount debris (maybe 10 nails in total and only one or two pieces of broken shingles) and that complaint is being extremely picky.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, especially if it is an insurance case.

Hired USA roofing to install a metal roof. Came out promptly, went over options and provided a quote. Work began as agreed and was completed as expected. Pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. Would recommend them for any roofing job.

After receiving approval from our insurance company for a whole roof replacement, we started researching roofing companies on the internet. We came across USA Roofing in Trussville. They had a great BBB rating and had several good reviews. I called and spoke to Allen who answered my questions regarding installation. He then came to our house to inspect the roof and answer additional questions regarding shingle selection and pricing. During the scheduled installation week, there were numerous rainy days. The office manager kept us up to date on when the roof replacement would begin. The rain subsided and the roof was replaced. The crew was very courteous and did a thorough job cleaning up the site. We had a few questions regarding the installation of the new ridge vents and those were addressed during the final inspection. Overall, we are very pleased with the entire experience with USA Roofing.

I found this company using the BBB. USA Roofing was one of three companies that I contacted about examining my roof for hail damage. The owner himself came to my home, and he and his assistant worked with my claims adjuster to assess the damage. The work crew came promptly and worked diligently. Amazingly they did a fantastic job with clean up, and the work was finished within a day. The administrative staff did a great job of helping me get the documentations to the insurance company. I would definitely work with this company again.
