I recently had the pleasure of working with Whitaker Roofing Company for a full roof replacement, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.

Shawn and Cody managed the entire project with exceptional care and responsiveness. They, along with Larry, guided me through the insurance claim process, effectively negotiating with our insurance company, and submitted applicable post-completion supplements on our behalf. The team’s clear communication and transparency helped set realistic expectations, making the entire experience stress-free.

The on-site roofing crew was fantastic—professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They completed the full roof replacement in just one day, demonstrating impressive craftsmanship. The following day, they returned for an additional nail pick-up and a thorough quality check walk-through, ensuring everything was perfect.

During the process, we discovered some issues with the siding adjoining the roof. Whitaker Roofing provided excellent references for contractors who could assist with the job, further showcasing their commitment to comprehensive customer service.

While I hope I won’t need another roof replacement anytime soon, I would certainly choose Whitaker Roofing Company, LLC again without hesitation. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is commendable.

Long tough fight with insurance company, however Larry went to bat for me on my home.. pointing out items that was missed by the inspector and several legal items that were overlooked. I would definitely recommend them for roofing needs.

We had wind and storm damage. Our son in law recommended Larry Topps with WRC. He came out quickly and inspected our roof before we contacted our insurance company. They wanted to repair the roof instead of replacing it. Larry really went to bat for us. Backed up everything with Alabama roofing codes. Insurance companies should not be so hard to deal with. Larry was always in touch with us, told us what to expect and got us through it all. We have a beautiful new roof, water stained ceilings were repaired and painted. We only had to pay our deductible.

Larry Topps was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful in navigating the process with our homeowners' insurance to get the job done. He knows his stuff and was super responsive, on the job site out at our house multiple times for inspections, and the Whitaker crew that worked on the roof were amazing. I highly recommend Whitaker and Larry!

I highly recommend Whitaker Roofing Company. Larry, especially did a good job making sure I got a brand new high quality roof. My insurance, Mercury, tried to deny the claim multiple times but Larry did not give up and even filed a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner and eventually Mercury paid out the claim. Larry will fight for you to get the insurance company to accept the claim. I could not be more happier with my brand new roof. Call them for any roofing needs!

Whitaker roofing did a really nice job of replacing my roof and gutters. Levi Hanson was very helpful in getting the job complete and all the loose ends finished. There were some hiccups but in the end everything turned out great.

Based on my direct experience, I will start by saying that I absolutely recommend their services to anyone affected of roofing problems in the area. I have a feeling WRC is relatively new in Alpharetta (the firm is otherwise well-established and well-reputed judging by their site and testimonials), but Larry and David are working hard at establishing them as one of the top contractors in the city (Larry was the first roofing sales/account rep I’ve seen to make his case AFTER climbing on my roof, taking pictures, and discussing them with me and my wife). Facts: the relation with the insurance company was swift and effective; Larry and David are very good at keeping in touch at all times (usually in minutes from emailing or texting them); work scheduling flexibility was great, the execution took just one day, with a complex and numerous team that came at 7am and left at 7pm, leaving the surroundings clean and intact. As far as workmanship is concerned, what I can see with the naked eye is flawless, and visibly better than the previous roofing company did 10-12 years ago. Materials are top-notch, team members are well-trained and work orchestrated like in a hive. And yes, I ended up paying basically the amount estimated in the beginning. All documents and payments can be done electronically, of course. I leave you with this detailed review because scams are relatively common in this line of activity. WRC is all wheat, no chaff. I am writing this review a few heavy rains after. For your peace of mind, this is a genuine opinion, based on direct experience, for which I am not compensated in any way. Cheers.

Whitaker Roofing was phenomenal. Larry Topps was the best. He fought hard for our roof replacement. It took 8 months, but Larry was persistent and worked with insurance to resolve the claim. Very professional and willing to fight for what was right. The roofing crew was terrific—courteous and hard working. Got in and out in one day. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Worked with Mr. Larry on a leaking roof. The storm hit us bad this last July. We got a final price quoted in person. and quick service between the down payment and install date. Roof was installed under 1 day and the clean up process seems well sorted. I'll be looking forward to having my house protected by this roof for years to come. I just got home from work and saw my new roof. Wow! It looks like a new house. I'm not good at colors, and Larry's recommendation about the color of the shingles with spot on. So far, our experience with their roof inspector and claims specialist, Larry Topps has been exceptionally good. He has provided us with evidence of our roof damage and has helped us through the claim process with our insurer. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. We have recommended him to our neighbors. We can’t comment on the actual roofing yet, except to say that they did a great job for my neighbor and completed the job in one day and were meticulous in their cleanup.

Decided to have the roof replaced and as usual, i always try to go with people I don't know as opposed to friends. Business with friends can sometimes ruin friendships if it doesn't go smoothly. So I went with Whittaker Roofing and was treated great by Jakub. I was always weary having ZERO knowledge of who Jakub and this company were but I quickly realized they were very legit and went above and beyond for their customers. We literally had a major storm last night that sent a limb straight through the two week old roof and they took care of me within HOURS!!! And I am very happy about how everything has worked out.
