Great company. Spoke with both owners and they're extremely friendly and helpful. Came out sooner than expected to repair my roof. I would definitely use this company again.

They came out to assess storm damage, and fixed a couple of loose shingles. Very fair and prompt. I highly recommend them.

Boone and Derrick were great to work with from the first call to the end process. They worked well with my insurance company and at an affordable price. They rushed it to get my new roof on before the storm hit and completed it just in time. Well done and would highly recommend!

5 Star service from the first phone call. We had wind damage and a difficult claim approval from our insurance company. They came out the next day from my call and covered the roof to prevent further water damage. They had to make numerous trips to deal with the claim adjusters. They were responsive to all communications. Finally, we were able to get roof and gutters replaced once the insurance settled and the crews did an excellent job. Looks great. They protected our property during the work and cleaned up all the construction debris. Even hauled away the ugly satellite dish that was idle on our old roof. I would highly recommend Whitaker Roofing Co. We had a insurance check for part of the work. The rest out of pocket. Paid upon completion. Would use them again for sure! I had never heard of them. My insurance office mentioned them. It was meant to be.

I highly recommend Whitaker Roofing if you are in the Middle Tennessee area. My roof experienced quite a bit of storm damage recently and they were quick to come out to the house to assess the damage and provide a quote for repairs. They were on time, courteous, professional and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. They even assisted in helping me understand my insurance coverage and coordinated to meet onsite with the adjuster to ensure a thorough evaluation. The owner, project manager and roofing staff were all wonderful to work with and very respectful of my property. They did an excellent job cleaning up the job site once the installation was complete and took care to not damage the lawn. I plan to use their services in the future for my other properties. WOW! How do I start about this company. I bought my house 1 year ago. Had a couple issue's that came up. Called them and they responded quickly. TJ is a true manager. He came out with the crew and found the culprit for the window leak which was not their fault and was the window installation problem. His crew did the fix on the spot. The other was a small issue on the chimminey which was done easy. They kept me informed on the progress. I recommend Whitaker Roofing to anyone. You can't and will not lose here. Great job TJ!

Boone and his crew did a stellar job from beginning to end, and end included a thorough cleanup. I was especially impressed with his guidance in selecting shingle color and style.
