Second time using Andan and still the same. I saw on my ring cam how efficient the guy was. He came out, surveyed and got to work. When I came home I thought I'd have to clean up a little debris. He got everything and to add it rain the next day. Everything flowed beautifully.

We needed a repair to a section of gutter that had detached from the house during a big storm. Andan's repairman was knowledgable, worked fast, and was pleasant to work with. Plus, the repair cost was lower than I expected!

I love Andan!! I know that even if they’re busy they will get back to me promptly and be here when they say they will be. They give great follow ups on jobs they’ve previously done and personally, I love their quote/invoicing system.

Due to insufficient gutters with the wrong type of guard on them for the incline of our roof (thanks, former homeowners), our house had some wood rot on the screened porch roof and badly needed the gutters replaced all around. I hired ANDAN to fix the porch roof and install new gutters. Unfortunately, the gutters were installed in some rotten fascia on some parts of the house that became evident after some heavy rains. So Andy came back out and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the rotten fascia, paint the new wood to match, and add gutter guards. Kristin was great with explaining the quote and payment plan options. Then Brian and his crew got the whole job done in one morning. They even cleaned off the roof of all the oak tree debris from recent storms and checked the chimney for damage and rot. I’m so happy to be rid of the rotten wood and have gutters that can withstand these rains.

We had our deck, patio and outdoor furniture pressure washed. Doug did a great job. When he finished everything looked great.

I tried to get an estimate for 3 weeks and could not get anyone to come to the house or return a call. I completed a form online for a quote and never heard back. I called the number listed and talked to a lady who said someone would be getting in touch with me soon. I’ve texted and left voicemails but no response. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The only reason I keep trying to use them is because they came highly recommended. I won’t be making the mistake of trying to use them a 3rd time. Don’t spin your wheels here, find someone else who is more reliable and consistent to work with.

The owner, Andy, reached out to me eventually. Very nice guy, extremely nice. He was very apologetic about the lack of communication and service on their end. In the end, their estimate on the gutters was unmatched and their work was very professional and well done. Everyone I met affiliated with Andan was very nice and helpful, they just struggle with communication issues a little. Overall, I would recommend Andan and would use them again because of how great their work and pricing is.

We hired them to pressure wash the concrete around our pool. They actually came out to look at the job, measure the area, and make sure they knew exactly what area and job we wanted done, all before giving us a quote. When doing the job, they showed up when they said they would and did an absolutely excellent job

Each person I dealt with at this company was professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Jean in the office explained how I would be contacted. Andy, the owner, let me know the details of getting an estimate, as well as who would be giving the estimate. Blake, who gave me the first estimate was great at answering my questions and was honest about what would be required to repair the damage. Because there was extensive wood damage due to gutters overflowing, Andy sent James to do an estimate. All in all, the work was performed in a timely manner and the total price was the price quoted. No “hidden” extra fees. I appreciate a business whose employees are honest, knowledgeable as well as willing to help their customers any way they can. I also appreciate how these employees communicate with each other, as well as with the owner. I would definitely recommend Andan Home and Business.

I was not home when the technician. My daughter was and had conversation with him. The gutters were cleaned. I don’t believe I received pictures (I would have liked to) however I see that the downspouts appear to be flowing upon examination. So I think, “well done” is in order.

Had my gutters cleaned for the first time in four years! I also had a section that had separated from the house and they repaired and attached the gutter!!! Very pleased with the service! Will definitely use them again!!

Very quick response to my request for gutter cleaning. Good work, no mess, and a decent price based on what I found for the area.

I called inquiring about someone coming out to repair our roof and was told someone would get in touch soon. I followed up a week later after hearing nothing and was told the same. Never heard back afterwards. Then I got an email a month later asking to write a review and here we are.

Scheduling was painless, and there was no issue getting the date I requested. The cleaner arrived mid-morning, and was polite and professional. The work was completed in a reasonable time.

When it was time to give me an estimate they were on time and very professional. Also when it was time for the repair it didn't take them long to finish the job.

Andan is the best! Their customer service is second to none! They did an amazing job on our gutters, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and then sent a manager out to "check" the job. They answered all our questions, took before and after pictures so we could 'see' our clean gutters and found a few things that they just went ahead and fixed b /c it was easy and they were there! Couldn't recommend them any higher. We will definitely use them again!

Greetings: I had an issue with a gutter that was hit by a tree limb and the water flowed over the edges.
Andy, had his crew empty leaves then they tightened the gutters to the house where needed, caulked the corners and re bent the damaged gutter back up. Andy suggested some gutter screen in the front which I did and it’s worked good since. Now about Andy. Friendly, not pushy, Knowledgeable gave me the impression he really wanted to help and that Andan Home And Business would do a great job and they did. I would gladly use Andy and Andan Home again
and I think I will soon again.
