Dustin resolved a shipping issue on a pellet grill and took care of me as if I was a friend.
I highly recommend this location and Dustin truly cared about not wasting my time and got to the bottom of the issue with ease.
The lady at the checkout was also extremely nice and you could just tell she cared.

A very extensive selection of hardware and hard to find parts, plumbing, electrical, vent pipe anything you can't find for a household project check here first.

I used to shop here a lot more often than I do now. They used to have really good deals in their paper ads, and I'm sure that's gone forever. Prices are higher, but if you want great customer service, this is the place. These employees actually know what they are talking about compared to big box stores. I mostly have to do most of my shopping online because I can't seem to find what I need at the local stores. Every once in a while, I can find those hard to find items here. If they were not so high on prices, this would be 5 stars.

this store is one of the few left of it's kind, when it comes to the little hard to find items in just about anything a person can do when it comes to maintenance and living in a older house, they have some of the nicest employees and they know there stuff over all it's my go to for the hard to fix diy repairs! thank you ace,

I bought a very nice smoker/grill at this very same store a couple of years ago. I still have it, nice one. I have to say though, the cashier being kind, and fixing a pricing discrepancy, on my canning jars, is the ONLY reason I gave this store a 3 star this time around. Why? Anyone, who clearly, and out in the open prices Gulf Wax , a pound of it, at $12.99, during the worst summer to try to buy canning supplies, I have ever experienced, is clearly taking advantage. It was not the only one I saw either. Shame on them. Lucky I gave you 3 stars. Psshh!

Love this ace! AMAZING STAFF! I just go in every once and awhile and look for deals and they are always so helpful and not annoying or nosie, which there is a fine line for that, but no. They are so good here and really genuinely care about helping out, I'd give 6 stars if I could, you guys are awesome!

This is the biggest ace hardware I have been to. Outstanding selection and customer service. We will frequent this location often

Had to find some parts to fix my Dad's hunting chair and this is the first place we thought of. Like always, it took two trips since we were not sure what we actually needed but we were able to get the parts to fix the chair.
