This store is top notch! Always ready to help and make it happen! Today at young gentleman helper help me craft a ceiling fan extension. Thank you so much! Made my day.

I am always happy when I go to this particular ace. If I need help finding something, the staff always know where it's at. I also find it nice to explore and check out what all they have. Unfortunately, this can't be said for all ace hardwares. This one is a place I'd like to be.

Told the gentleman what I needed and he went and got me everything an brought it to the front counter for me to check out. Great Service.

They had almost everything that I was looking for, and the employees were very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for!

Thank goodness this place was open on Sunday! We needed some parts to set my sister’s washer and dryer up in her new apartment. Not only do they meet you at the door and guide you to where you will find your items that you need most quickly, they also talk to you about the pieces and parts and give you guidance in buying the right items. Amazing! Esp in a world of Walmarts, to get help like this from anyone in any store! Simply great customer service.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. I came in right before closing, needing a plumbing part to be able to fix my water heater pipe, and staff was great and helped me out with the right part.

The store was well stocked, clean. I was greater by 4 employees. Employees where in proper attire well groomed, friendly, and one gentleman proceeded to ask if I needed any assistance in locating anything . So we proceeded to the isle where door mates were. Shelves were well stocked, organized, all the items prices and descriptions clearly marked legible. Every item I had on my list I acquired in a few extra things and received discount and also use my rewards card prices were moderate excellent work as employees thank you

I visit this place probaly 4 or 5 times a day sometimes more. Always greeted with a smile and the employees are always helpful in finding what i need most times.

The best customer service around, always 2 or 3 associates waiting to help as soon as you enter the store.

Like I stated before this place always has someone at the ready to help you find what it is you are looking for. I had something that I couldn't get freed up and without hesitation one of the guys took it and went to the back and put it in a vice and used another bar for more leverage and freed it up. I was impressed at how the folks are literally waiting to help you out. Oh and there is a lady in there that is super knowledgeable about gardening, fertilizers, soil and the like. All the way to the register the employees here are ready to assist with a smile. It is nice to shop here.

I have gone in with so many things in peices, sketches on paper, youtube pictures on my phone and or a problem. I always leave with all the right parts. How to do the project with complete assurance I can do it. I am waited on right away. Everyone is so nice and I am not treated like a dumb older lady too. Thanks Ace,

A gentleman named Tom saved me from having to call a technician put to repair my ac unit. I am very appreciative of him going out of his way to help me not only buy the products I needed from ace hardware but explain how they function as well.

A man named Tom went out of his way to help me get what I needed to repair my air conditioner blower motor. Both over the phone and in person, he went above and beyond.

Talked to lady in garden ,very knowledgeable explained in detail what is best for me and my needs . Might consider stopping by and talk to her !

Bought some chain, and the boy who helped was a really friendly kid. Store was neat and tidy. Friendly workers.

I'm here almost everyday or a few times a week.. Due to my job. Running errands and grabbing parts for techs. For every time I have been in Ace. The employees are always welcoming. Very nice and always ask if we or I, are in need of help finding stuff. It's not just one employee, all of the employees have been considerate of our needs. I appreciate all the help I've gotten over the times I've been to Ace. Sometimes, I feel like I work there, I almost know where things are lol. This is the place to go when finding parts of anything? lol. If something isn't found or have it in stocks, they'll always make an order and get what you need in a matter of time.
