This particular store is located in Nebraska City. Nebraska. We needed some very specific items for a project. Upon entering the store, we were met by a friendly and helpful staff person Staff asked what we were looking for, and immediately walked ‍♂️ us to the specific aisles where the items were located. There we found a good selection to choose from ⛏️⚒️⚙️⚙️⛓️. Check out was easy and efficient! and they have a rewards program. Check it out, you'll be surprised

I ran out of trim paint while painting our house. They were very knowledgeable about matching another brand of paint that we had already been using on the house. The match was exact. Nice employees.

There's always someone willing to help answer any of my questions! To help me find stuff. I only gave it 4 stars because ours has a lot of product shoved in such a tight space. I feel we need a larger store to accommodate things.

Under redesign so the cashier counter could use better access for the cashiers. Everyone I deal with there is always willing to help and if they don't know the answer they do what they can to find the answer.

Very poor rental service team - lack of reliable communication throughout the entire rental process and poor execution of the job. They showed up over an hour late to drop off tables & chairs on the day of our wedding, which caused unnecessary stress to our planner. Would not recommend them for renting.

This hardware store carries quite a bit of inventory. Very seldom do I leave the store not finding what I was looking for.
The staff at this location has always been friendly, & very helpful.

This hardware is one of several in Nebraska City. I usually go here because it is nearby other shopping stops NOT because they are better than the others. I have found that customer assistance is contingent on who happens to be working on a given day. If I really want something I go on into town; if I am just looking for something this store will do. My experience is that the Ace Stores in Omaha provide an 'Ace's experience.
