I really appreciated that although insurance was very slow (10 weeks!) in paying, he kept saying it wasn't my fault and would come thru which it did. Had a toilet overflow to the ceiling below. Called them and Mr. Escobar showed up in a few hours. The mess was cleaned up in a day and they coordinated with another contractor to do the repairs. It was all restored within in a week.

Carlos Escobar and his team came in and saved the day on some real life super hero business, following a hemorrhage of water flooding the basement of the building which our academy occupies due to a fire alarm sprinkler system going off on the second floor over the weekend.

I was extremely satisfied with Water Damage DMV and highly recommend them. My insurance company gave me a list of companies, some never called back! Carlos was immediately available when I called and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Aside from being very nice to deal with, he's professional, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. After the cleanup was done Ari took care of fixing everything they had to demo, in order to get my house looking the way it was before the flood.

Water Damage DMV are life savers! I had an awful dishwasher leak that damaged the floors and cabinets next to the dishwasher. Carlos and his crew were amazing! They were able to come sooner than I expected. They were very nice and helped walk us through the whole process. They were also able to take out the granite countertop in one piece. (Phew!!) so happy will definitely use them again!

Our water heater broke overnight, so once we woke up, our entire basement was flooded. My girlfriend called Water Damage DMV, and they took care of everything! Mannn...I wish I can give this man 10 stars. I contacted this company in regards to a bursted pipe that caused some partial flooding in my basement about two days ago. I spoke to Ari and he was honest and extremely helpful and professional. He told me that since the flooding happened only a couple of days ago, he does not need to come in; but I can get some fans and deep humidifier to dry the carpet. He even gave me his number to contact him for any questions that I may have. This is really a blessing. It's hard these days to find honest people (believe me I have contracted with some dishonest people who tried to rip me off). Hats off you to ARI. You are awesome.

I’m actually giving them five stars and I didn’t even use them (I too would give them six stars if possible because of their awesome honesty and help). I contacted this company regarding some “old” mold/mildew on our basement floor joists and Ari immediately called me back. After hearing about my issue and asking some insightful questions he told me that I didn’t need their services. Not because they couldn’t handle it but because the extent of our issues didn’t warrant their services. Furthermore he took his time telling me exactly what I needed to do. To top it all off he ensured that I had his cell number and told me to text with any questions after I began addressing the mold/mildew. I was amazed at his honesty, desire to help, friendliness, and professionalism.

My impression is this industry is full of people willing to scare you and rip you off. Not Ari and not this company. He is in my phone for any future issues. Stop looking and call these guys.

Ari came out the very next day after I called about smelling a musty smell in my kitchen. They did some testing and found that there was moisture left over from an old leak that had been repaired and that the moisture had seeped into the particle board frame around the sink and under the cabinets. We quickly received a quote which and they got to work the following day. They blocked off the area to be serviced and left and air purifier to scrub the air. They removed all the damaged material. My biggest concern was that the granite counter tops would break/crack once the damaged structure under them was removed, but they braced everything so well that it was kept in tact. All remaining surfaces were cleaned and disinfected. Every member of their team that worked on this project was professional and courteous. If ever I have the need for such services again I will call these guys in an instant. They were fantastic! :)

Highly recommend this company for damage mitigation. Called two other 5 star companies for water damage after a heavy rain to two rooms in the basement and Water Damage DMV was the only one responding immediately. It took 48 hours for the other 2 companies to call back. Cost very reasonable which our insurance adjustor commented on unlike a few other cases with other companies they were dealing with. Unfortunately our insurance did not cover the damage.
We needed drywall and carpet removal, mold control, and the rooms to be dried out. The company even came back out to re-dry one of the rooms after a 2nd heavy rainfall. We also contracted with
Water Damage DMV to re-drywall and paint one of the rooms at a very reasonable cost. This company is very responsive to concerns; they provide follow-up for any new mold growth, are very flexible with our schedule, friendly, easy to work with, and no hidden add-ons after work is completed. This company is truly a 5 star company, would give them 6 stars if I could.

Sam show up with his team, they had to remove some cabinets to dry out the wall behind and they were very careful so they were able to repair damage and reinstall everything later. Given the nature and scope of this project, I could not have been more impressed with the quality of work and the professional handling of the entire process. Ari and his team went beyond their responsibilities and even did some of the work in advance for the company that was coming in to replace everything at a later date. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, I could go on and on! If you need water damage services, mold remediation, demolition work, hiring Water Damage DMV is the smartest thing you could do!
They came in to clean up after a water leak that forced water under the foundation, and ultimately got into the living room/dining room through the foundation. They had to remove a brand new wood floor and discovered that the water had extended into the edge of the kitchen. They ended up finding mold in the kitchen as a result of water stagnating under the counter. The job just continued to grow in scope. Ari and team took all necessary precautions, brought in Mold specialists, sealed area and contained and removed all mold.

Great work . With the recent rain the pump outside at the bottom of my stairs heading to the basement stopped working . Consequently the basement flooded and the wood floors lifted and warped. I contacted water damage dmv and Amir contacted me shortly and we set up an appointment for an estimate . The price was very reasonable and it was broken down and explained to me in a way I understood . In less than a week they are almost done with the new floors and dry wall. Highly recommend them . We had a small patch of mold on our hallway ceiling so I felt it would be best to have a professional check it out. Amir was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone and worked with me to schedule a good time for them to visit. The only time I had available was Friday after work and Amir said it's no problem so their team showed on time at 6:30pm. He quickly assessed that the mold was not a major issue and didn't charge a cent for the evaluation even though I offered to pay him for his time. He provided me advice for quality HVAC air filters that I've since gone out and purchased. It was pleasure to work with them, highly recommended!
