We found Capital Trades by total chance when they were in my neighborhood. We needed originally drywall repair and bathroom work, but were pleased when we saw they also did deck work as well. After Juan Carlos did the estimate and we talked about what we were looking for, he provided a detailed and itemized estimate that was far and away a better deal than what we had gotten from other companies in the area.

All the work they performed was outstanding and within reasonable timelines and costs. Even the sub-contractors (tile in this instance, with Carpet and Blinds in Chantilly) know Capital Trades and worked with them in the past, making picking out tile and what we wanted a smooth process.

We will definitely be keeping Juan Carlos and his team in mind for future projects and have no hesitation about the quality of their work.

One of the absolute worst drivers for a company. On May 12, 2021 6pm around the Gainesville, VA exit. One of your driver cut me off within half a foot and I had to slam on my brakes. He was speeding and cutting more people off, almost causing several accidents. This is in the middle of rush hour traffic where the roads are congested. I don't know if he was running late or whatever but no one deserves to get hurt due to a selfish driver. I wouldn't go out of my way to write this review if it wasn't serious.

I used Capital Trades for roof repair, roof replacement and Celling and wall repair. Juan Carlos, Leo and the crew did am amazing job. They are not only professional at what they do, but also reliable and dependable. Carlos is always available to answer questions and address any concern. I really appreciate the job that was done at my house. I would highly recommend this company.

Miguel Palma was extremely professional, prompt, and attentive to my needs. Was given the best quote in town, the work was scheduled and completed in less then a week and was top notch work. His crew was hardworking and paid attention to detail and was very courteous. I'm already making a list of other things I want to bring them back to do for me. (this job was a demolition job - job type not listed in the categorical listing above). You'd be crazy to hire anyone else.

Capital Trades gave the best price estimate of the 7 requested. They stood by their quote. All work was scheduled and the crews showed up exactly when they said they would. All work was very professional and the workers were great, friendly and very clean in the manner they left the job site each day. Juan Carlos was accessible, informative and a pleasure to work with. I had them do a 2400 sq foot basement finish from block walls in. 2 bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath, bar and huge family room. It is beautiful. On time and on price. Juan Carlos, Leo and the crew performed work in my house to repair extensive damage from a leak. The insurance estimate Juan Carlos provided was detailed and fair. His follow through and prompt responses is rare in this industry and should be commended! Leo and his crew were professional, easy to communicate with, and thorough with repairing my ceiling, installing recessed lighting and painting. I would certainly contact Capital Trades for another project. The flooring sub contractor, Carpet and Blinds Center, replaced my hardwood floors and did a beautiful job.

Juan Carlos and his team have completed many projects for us over the years. They have always gone above and beyond. They are now my first and only call when we need something done around the house.

We used them when a 60 ft tree came down on our property ruining the deck, fencing, concrete steps and railing. They were wonderful to work with and handled setting up all the various contractors and worked well with my insurance adjustor. Would work with them again and certainly recommend them.

We live in a townhome, and our roof was aging. We had three previous estimates from other companies, but CAPITAL TRADES was well in line with the other estimates. Everything went very well, and the roof looks wonderful. CAPITAL TRADES was easy to work with, no high-pressure sales, and I felt like I was well informed as to materials, pricing, warranties, and procedures they were offering. They did a great job keeping us informed of arrival times, weather delays, and I felt comfortable asking questions and getting straight answers. They were all very professional, and the crews were careful of our lawn, professional, cleaned up well, and looks to have done a great job. Very impressed!
