He was very friendly and helped answer all the questions I had.
I am very grateful for the professional and eager to help service.

We had a house fire, just barely after moving across country. When it rains it pours they say! But what seems like a really scary experience was made so much better by Jenkins restoration crew. Literally within 24 hours of the event, Marvin, Jaime, Sergio, Carlos, and Kimberely were out to my house to take care of us like family.

They’ve done a fantastic and thorough job but the best part is the communication. I look forward to the morning. Call each day to let me know what they’re working on. Just like anybody else, I want my house back together after such a tragic event. And Jenkins seems like they are so aware of the hurt their clients have been through. They are always keeping me updated on the timeline and things have been moving way quicker than I could ever expect. They even said we might be able to make it in time for the much anticipated annual friends reunion. They just really seem to care not just about the project but about the story behind the home.

Jenkins Environmental Restoration team were superb. Sergio the team leader kept me informed of the progress of the job. They arrived promptly on time every morning. I felt completely cared for and that Jenkins understood my displacement dilemma. I appreciate Jenkins work ethic and highly recommend them.

Sergio, Kim, and Carlos did a great and professional job with our remediation. Communication was good, and left a clean looking workspace to finish our repair on. Jaime was great to work with setting things up.

Jenkins Restorations was called to address a difficult hidden water leak issue that damaged a portion of our home. Sergio was a member of the team tasked with confirming the extent of the leak. His team left two large drying and humidification machines to deal with the hidden moisture. Sergio, who lived in a nearby community, left his cell number so we could contact him if there were issues over the weekend. Jaime was the Remediation Project Manager responsible for the mitigation aspects of the project. I found his knowledge and expertise invaluable in understanding the scope of the repair. I am grateful for the participation of Sergio and Jiame in the successful resolution of the Project.

Jenkins has taken very good care of us! Nick, Sergio, and Jaime were professional and they were knowledgeable about our remediation treatment. Additionally, they all went out of their way to accommodate our many questions and our schedule. They worked diligently and stayed until the job-at-hand was complete and they cleaned up thoroughly. When the duct became detached from the dehumidifier system that they placed in the affected area; they inconvenienced themselves to attend to the issue promptly. Jenkins should be synonymous with "great service".

Jamie, Nick, Sergio, and the rest of the team were great to work with! Our daughter left the sink running and stopped up, so we had some surprise water damage that started upstairs and found its way into our kitchen. Kids, man...
I remember being pretty surprised at everyone's promptness. It seemed like once we got the process started, it was pretty quick and organized, with great communication! Hoping we don't have any more surprise water damage, but if we do, we know who to call :)

Our rental home flooded over the holiday season in December, Jenkins came out within a day to assess and work with our insurance company.

Immediately the process felt daunting, dealing with inspections, the back/forth with insurance over coverage and the tenants complaints of the disturbance it caused them (although the damage was their fault).

Jaime from Jenkins was a blessing, with his expertise he worked directly with the insurance and helped us navigate the quickest and least painful path to getting the home back to its condition.

He personalized his support, provided so much guidance on the steps, had great communication with calls/texts weekly on the status and in the end, he was able to not only support water/mold remediation but also getting us to their construction team to help us rebuild this $60,000 worth of damages.

Jaime was amazing and really made the difference in navigating the stressful process.

Carlos and Joel did an outstanding job cleaning 2 of our rooms that were heavily stained with nicotine. The stains and smell were completely gone after they went through the house. It's obvious they genuinely cared about and took pride in their work. Great cleaning company to work with.

The work Jenkins Restoration did was out of this world. The staff was very professional and courteous. Would not go to anyone else dealing with water and mold.

There is no other company I would suggest than Jenkins!!! Jaime was my project manager for my mold remediation!! Jaime went out of his was to even work and find the prefect manager for my roofing needs as well. No question was never answered or explained throughly. Constant check ins throughout the whole process. When his crew got there they were polite and respectful to myself and my animals. They paid attention to making sure my doors were closed every time they went in and out so no one could get out. Seriously if you ever have any doubts don’t for mold ask for Jaime!! I will never go anywhere else.

Had water damage in our house, we had seen a Jenkins truck in our neighborhood pass frequently and decided to give them a call. Jaime was quick to inspect our home and got our issues resolved efficiently. Would recommend to anyone who needs water and mold remediation.
