Bill and his crew did an excellent job. They were reliable and showed up when they said they would and met all their deadlines. The work is impeccable, the team is polite and friendly and they even took on some nuisance jobs usually done by a handyman, all without complaint. Fair pricing for the work. I recommend them.

I worked with Greg of NOVA Build Pros to design and build a third car garage addition onto my home. I could not be happier with the way it turned out. It matches my existing home perfectly! Greg worked the project from start to finish. Greg was always nearby keeping an eye on the subcontractors... but that was not really needed as they all did a superb job. I received four other estimates before I received one from NOVA Build Pros... NOVA Build Pros were quite a bit cheaper than the others... I was a little concerned at first but I must say that they far exceeded my expectations in every way!

I had a building project with Nova Build Pros. From the very first meeting with Greg, things have gone incredibly smooth. He was upfront and fair with his estimate and has walked us through the entire process and made it an easy one for us. I’ll feel very comfortable in choosing them again for future projects. The level of customer service we received was much appreciated and hard to match.

We have used NOVA Build Pros for several remodeling jobs over the years. They have done full kitchen and basement renovations, as well as commercial build outs. From the owners down to the contractors, they are all high quality and have amazing customer services. I highly recommend them for any job.

Less then thrilled with this company. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday at 4pm. Greg called my husband and said due to inspectors, he didn't think he could make it......he then proceeds to tell us he has another appt at 5pm and so he is canceling ours to make that one. Seriously??? Then promises to call Saturday morning to stop by....guess what, never heard a word. Steer clear. They clearly don't care about customer service.

NOVA Fence just installed a fence for me. Even though there was snow on the ground, they worked with the conditions and made sure that I was aware of the delays as well as remarking for utilities. My new privacy fence went up in one day and I could not be happier! I highly recommend these guys.

NOVA Build Pros does a great job from start to finish. Great customer service, easy to work with, and very conscientious about doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Extremely pleased with my new composite deck by NOVA Build Pros. They provided a 3D design right in my living room! It was very affordable too. Absolutely class act all the way around. Super professional, high quality, and superior customer service.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the timeliness in the demolition of our old deck and the replacement of that deck with a high quality replacement.

I could not be any less pleased with the service provided by Chris and Bill. I had a fence and deck put on our brand new home last year, and we asked for specific specs for both. We ordered upgraded iron spindles with decorative knots, they installed some plain cheap aluminum spindles with no knots, and told us AFTER they installed them that they made the call but are going to charge us the same amount, (the ones we wanted, and paid for cost WAY more). Then they tell us they measured both the fence and the deck measurements wrong, and both are going to cost additional money because they are both bigger than they thought. After blowing the suspense date to complete the work by about a month, and adding additional costs for less quality, they finally finish. Now, me, thinking any small business like this, where the OWNER (Chris) comes to the house to do the estimate, he would come back and do a final inspection walkthrough with the owner to make sure they are pleased. That NEVER happened. I have called/emailed SEVERAL times to get him to come out and go over things, and I told him (Chris) that I was HIGHLY disappointed with the product and instead of adding value to my home, I feel like it brings it down. I talked to Chris in Feb of this year to tell him home dissatisfied I was, and he said he would check his schedule and get back to me. Two weeks later, two workers show up to the house unannounced to "fix" only one of my concerns. When I called Chris to ask him about this he told me he had NO IDEA his employees were going to come to my house. I again told him I wanted him to come and go over a few issues I had, he said he would check his schedule and call me back.. This conversation was over a month ago, not sure if he is still checking his schedule? As a veteran myself, and my wife still being active duty military, we are shocked at how terrible we have been treated through this whole process, and we will make our best effort to ensure none of our military friends and family do business with this company or any of their subsequent names.
