Walmart Supercenter - Fallon, NV

We went here to get groceries tonight and there was a very kind employee there, her name is Vee. She was so friendly. My fiance was looking forward to getting the Chobani mini yogurt protein drinks but there were none on the shelf. Vee asked what brand and flavor he was looking for, so she went above and beyond by going in the back willingly and took a good 5-10 monster searching for more of those yogurt drinks for my fiance. She engaged in conversation with us as well. Great employee! Great customer service!

I ordered my groceries this morning and set a pick up for later in the afternoon. It is now 2 hours passed when my groceries were supposed to be delivered. I used the help center and was told the first time that it was just because there was a shortage of drivers. When I used the online chat again I was told my order was stuck in process and I had to cancel it. I called the store and was told that my order had not been picked yet and that Walmart employee's don't pick the orders which is a lie. The lead was put on the phone and very rude. Obviously I shouldn't expect too much from Walmart, but this is ridiculous. I will never order online again. If it weren't one of the only stores in my town I would never shop at Walmart again.

Do NOT buy tires online at Walmart. When they ship you the wrong ones they WILL NOT pick them up. You have to return them to a,store. My nearest store is a 7 hour round trip. This is why people buy through Amazon, because of their return policy of picking things up when they make a mistake...walmart DOES NOT pick things up when they ship tge wrong item. Absolutely will not buy anything online from them again.

Nice Walmart. Employees shopping for customer pick up could be a bit more accommodating for people who are shopping for themselves. Shelves are consistently empty.

Little old lady in front of me spends 300$, buys a microwave, asks for help and no one can be bothered. Management is taking their break in their car next to the handicaped parking while this is going on. Shouldn't you at least park towards the back of the lot. Save those for customers.

Prices were way cheaper then other areas. The staff members were so helpful. All in all we had an excellent experience there and believe me that is saying a lot from traveling to other Walmarts.

This location is decent but the tire shop front desk guy was rude and made us wait for 10 minutes and we had to ask him if anyone else was there to help as all he did was sit there and watch us. He said “yeeeaaahhh” but what you need and we told him we needed four tires and all he said was oh our machine is down and can’t do anything for 2 weeks.
He needs some training in customer service or something.

Well, the casher I had was absolutely great. He was super friendly, respectful, professional and patient as my card was erroring out. I had to call my bank and lift the hold. The casher did not mind waiting and proceeded to give us other options to pay just in case things didn't work out. Out of all my Walmart visits this one was by far the best and most enjoyable, even with the hiccup checking out. Also, I will add every staff member that I ran into was super friendly and they all asked if I need any help locating items. Just have to say thank you, Walmart, for having all my needs in one great location. One stop shop. 5/5

Walmart is my favorite place to shop for the following reasons:
--I can shop online and in person.
--Online shopping is easy and doesn't take a long time for the item to arrive.
--Their return process is easy and efficient.
--Their payment process has been secure.
--I don't get a lot of scam calls, emails or mail.
--Most of the products are comparable with any store.

Great customer service Shopping experience was wonderful if you like to seek the culture of the people shop at Walmart Reality in prices

Some areas were a little disorganized. Such as the book section. The store was clean and well stocked . The staff were friendly.

What a fabulous group @customer service.A super nice young man,and a super sweet helpful girl,helped my hubby and I with our Walmart pay, even rang our groceries up since my hubby wasn't feeling well. They even GAVE him a bottle of water!Super kind those two are.(11/26~8pm.) MANAGER:please commend those two young associates for the true meaning of customer service ,especially with us old folks.We drive to Fallon from Fernley, for this reason and because you have such a great store!! Best time to go is in the morning when it's quiet so you don't have to deal with the crowds. Worst day to go is on a Sunday. Seems like everybody and their brother want to shop on a Sunday

If they see a product moves quickly why dont they have more of it. They buy too much of the flavored tea that never moves and the tea people like is aways empty. TAZO CHAI LATTE Classic is people want. Or a variety of body soap not tons of one name brand and 1 or 2 bars of another brand. Think management. Look what you have on the shelf in the bar soap section. COME ON PEOPLE.....

***EDIT*** Still waiting. Lol. Now they have decided to rearrange the store, take out the garden registers and STILL 2 registers open. And no one gives a damn about customer service. Business as usual!

I have never waited so long. Today two registers open. Everytime I come here it's the same. I hate Walmart, especially this one.

Update 5/3/22 Still the same pretty much but I'm noticing employees not running away as much when they know your going to ask them a question. 8/17/22 If you have an item that consistently sells out, please have the common sense to buy more the next time you place your order, and please get some Apple Butter in stock too. Thanks you guys 9/22/24 Much improved Thank You Update 3/18/25 I would enter the sweepstakes but the emails they send look like spam or scam, so I can't enter. 5/24/25 This is THE BEST Walmart out of any that I've ever visited; why? Because they listen to their customers and make changes accordingly. Right now they are doing a major remodel. This store is always improving. Thank you Mgt.
