My son bought me a tv for Christmas and when we took it out of the box it was busted. And no one would do nothing about it. It is still in the bag and the box. It’s a waste of 228 dollars. I even called 1800walmart and they said because it had a year warranty they would exchange it but no.

I appreciate most of the customer service they have at Walmart some of the customers are questionable characters that you run into but it's a public setting so you can expect that anywhere. Overall they probably have anything you need.

Don’t buy the service protection on your large ticket items. Allstate changed the terms of the protection agreement after I filed. Then once I filed can not get any info about my claim. Someone was suppose to come and inspection my item and have not heard from anyone. The service protection planned a rip off.

As much I would rather have that independent merchants have stores and run a familybusiness, I have to admit that you find there everything you need, otherwise you can order it, the staff is supernice and helpful, and it is a pleasure to shop there.

Very grateful to have Walmart Supercenter in my neighborhood! Big difference in small towns like Bluefield West Virginia versus Northern Virginia Walmart, Store employee attitudes are more homegrown here in Bluefield, therefore more helpful. But again, very happy we have a super Walmart here!

It is a Wal-Mart and don't have much to say. It is a great place to find food items that you can't find anywhere else and sometimes you can find a pretty good shirt for the cheap. If you have basic needs for most anything you can find it here. I just wish Wal-Mart would bring back live fish but I guess that is not going to happen ever again.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
