Walmart Supercenter - Blackfoot, ID

Went shopping today and saw a Primo water dispenser hot/cold marked at ¢0.98. So I picked one up, I finished shopping and went to the check stand. While being rung up by a very polite and helpful Cashier LJ, the water dispenser came up as $98. So I told her that the price of where the one was as well as 5 others, are posted for 98 cents. She called Sarah, a team lead, over to help us. Sarah and I walked to the back where they were located. After seeing that was the price that was marked she called a Coach over. Debbie a Coach and another Team Lead Mike came over. Sarah explained what happen and instantly the Coach Debbie, walked over switched the sign and blamed it on kids messing with the sign. Debbie was of no other help, not even offering any kind of adjustment for the mishap. It was bone dry without a care. Honoring a price like that I understand, but to not even offer an adjustment is unsatisfactory for someone who is supposed to be an example to her fellow co-workers. Walmart is supposed to stand for better and used to stand for how great there customer service is, well they fell short of that today.

It's like a retail fever dream, and I'm pretty sure I saw a portal to another dimension in the aisle with the discount socks. The self-checkout machines are clearly sentient and judging me for buying 12 boxes of macaroni and cheese. 10/10, would accidentally spend my entire paycheck here again."

I have always found the employees to be respectful and friendly. It may be a small store, but they work hard to keep the shelves full. Pick-up has always been ready on time and has always been a positive experience.

I like that you can find items by aisle, section, and specific number. A few missing numbers or covered but is almost perfect.

I really like this Walmart. It's the store I visit most frequently. Plenty of parking. Every person that goes there is nice and helpful. All the works seem to genuinely care too.

It's not the biggest Walmart but it's nice enough for me! I easily go in and get what I need and get out. If they don't have what I need in stock I order it online and pick it up at the store when it gets there.
