COLTON AIR CONDITIONING

I chose Colton mechanical to service our home due to all the rave reviews I have researched. I initially spoke with Dave over the phone. I explained what has been going on in my home. We wanted our units winterized. We also had a problem with the third bedroom not being cool enough. My son complains the room is too hot which is 87° and it's scorching. We also inquired about an odd smell coming from our vents. It smelled as though it was damp wood. We had a different company come out and they stated there was nothing wrong. I knew that could not have been furthest from the truth. Dave is an honest soul. He went into the Attic where as you all know is the hottest place in any home. He was up there for quite some time. He found the problem. He cleaned up the problem and will be back to do some changes. I am forever grateful for his patience, understanding and kindness toward everyone in my family. Do not doubt for one moment that there isn't an honest person in the world. Dave proved to me honesty goes a long way and he is the man for your job. Replaced one of my 20+ year old units about 2 years ago, it was time to replace the other. Mine are on the roof and require a crane. From time of signing the agreement, my new unit was installed within a day or two. Super quick and efficient! The service is unmatched and customer care they put into their business is even better. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

I highly recommend Dave at Colton Mechanical. He is honest, professional and thorough. He serviced our AC units and went above and beyond by even removing the dent in one of them. Dave is also very communicative and easy to reach via text. It makes all the difference!

Had an issue with our AC on a (very) old unit - David was at our house in under an hour and diagnosed and fixed the issue, without trying to upsell us on anything. He even came back later to adjust something, waited for 30 minutes to ensure the issue was resolved and even called to check in the next day to confirm everything was good. All in all we were really pleased with the level of service and integrity David provided - highly recommend this company.

Great experience! On an extremely hot day, I absolutely did not expect such rapid service. Had some concerns about my HVAC and they were out to my home in a little over an hour. Quick fix with no pressure to purchase unnecessary parts. Even came back later in the day due to some questions I neglected to get clarification on while here the first time. Would absolutely recommend!

David was nothing short of amazing.
My air went out at 9pm on a Sunday and he was at my house by 9:30!!!
We explained everything to me and my teens so we all knew what the issue was.
I needed one part he didn’t have the exact size of but is coming back first thing tomorrow!!
