Doesn't seem to be as crowded as Hammond either
Man in front of me had some coins. The clerk ran his items up and told him she could not take coins. She went off and was just standing in front of customer service. I waited and waited and waited. I had ice cream and Popsicles and my groceries out of my buggy. I walked over to customer service and the clerk told me they were coming. I told her my Popsicles were melting. A girl named Demetrius mocked me after I said my ice cream was melting. That was very rude and uncalled for. She needs reprimanded! No one was ugly to them.
I used self-checkout as was the only option. After selecting the print receipt option, no receipt printed. I was stopped by Willie Mae. Willie Mae advised that I was required to wait while she got someone. She returned with Safari Autin who was extremely rude. Safari check and she located the receipt where I obviously paid for everything. Safari continued to be rude and claim I didn’t hit print. She refused to show the camera footage when I inquired that I know they have. She advised that I should have showed the door greeter my digital receipt. Since that would require me to provide a complete stranger my phone, that’s obviously not going to happen. If Walmart wants to go digital only with receipts, they should consider getting their own receipt lookup equipment for door greeters rather than relying on customers to provide this also. Management needs to address these deficiencies in competency, equipment, and attitude.
