Walmart Supercenter - Artesia, NM

Shopping is okay, my problem is with the deli. Went to get some food and the lady that attended me had zero customer service. I asked what kind of wings they were serving as some looked similar and she just point at the price menu when I asked the flavor not the price. Overall rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Walmart is all right to go shopping in person the prices are decent just like every other Walmart around the country. I would say that if you order online food and stuff like that they have their own policy where you can't add or exchange stuff even if they have it on the shelves, they try to say that it wasn't there when they did the order but it was because I went there and they did have it stocked on shelves a few times and they refused to add it and did not put it in my cart.

Some are nice some are not that nice. Had the privilege of meeting Patricia the store Manager and she’s so sweet!

Also Mikayla Garcia the girl with the long French braids is such a sweat heart. I’ve seen how the elders love asking her for help! Also her zoning is beyond great!! That craft isle is always messy went through there a few days ago and it looks amazing. Just sad that people love to make a mess and make these employees work harder.

The Tire Center

Trash. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I had an appointment to get some maintenance done and when I showed up for my appointment they told me they didn’t have that part and used the last one last night.. When I asked what we were gonna do about this, the guy just stared at me blankly. So, I said let’s set another appointment, you call me when you get the parts in. Guy says he will go inside to grab a pen and paper to take my name and information and leaves me hanging out there never to be seen again… I went inside to look for him and nowhere to be found. Service was absolutely trash. Take your business elsewhere. Below average intelligence to work here. Curly hair dude you were cool but over promised me.

My personal travels here have come without any problems or occurrences and the staff was very attentive to customer .

This place has caused me to HATE Walmart. I refuse to shop here anymore last 3 times left a basket full of stuff and walked away. They have nothing the stuff they do have they jack up the prices because they know they have no competition in this town. None of the carts roll correctly because the guy that takes care of the carts sits on a motorized buggy playing on his phone instead of taking care of the carts no one seems to mind this. If you need help from anyone you either have to pry them off of their phone or throw a fit to get help. And then to help you get is worthless. I've met fourth graders with better work ethics than this place.. in fact I recommend dumpster diving before going to this place absolutely worst store I've ever been in customer service is non-existent and no one in that store cares about you or your time. I drive way out of the way now to go to a store where people will actually help you and her friendly because this place is horrid. I will no longer shop at walmart. Online or otherwise due to this place. If you want to get curbside it's a two day wait if you want delivery 2-day wait why? Because they're lazy Lazy Lazy beyond anything I've ever seen. You will get better service from people that are serving community service then from the people that actually work there for money.

This Walmart is clean, well stocked and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Brittany, Door Greeter is such a wonderful person. Coming in and going out I look forward to her being at the door...

The people at the registers are really nice and Curtis. But the lady at customer service is always mad and rude. They really need to put someone else. Every time i go cash in my check she always has attitude like no one loves her.
