A great Walmart within walking distance of the Pilot travel center I was able to go in and get the groceries I needed for my road trip.
The store is always neat and tidy. It is easy to navigate, with no unnecessary clutter.
The pharmacy was so helpful, the meds I needed were liquid and too big for the tube so she carried it out of the store and to my car.
All of the workers are polite and helpful. I like it that if I can't find something there is a worker within close proximity.
I love this supercenter! It's not only where I can get everything I need when I go there, but I also see many folks that I know.

Self checkout was backed up due to terminals being down. Only 2 cashiers on duty. Took a bit longer than normal. Didn’t help that people with overflowing carts were checking out at self checkouts.

This was a curb pickup order. We were able to call it in from camp and pick the order up. The order was correct and person that brought it out seemed happy to be there. A real plus.

The parking lot is hard to get in & out of, with only one entry & exit but i appreciate having several clerks at checkout.

Unless you use self checkout be prepared to wait in line, especially around the after- work hour of 5pm.
Produce is fresh. And isles are spotless.

There are 15 registers inside this Walmart. Only a single register IF THAT has had an employee at it to ring out customers every time I’ve gone in. In a line of 7 customers, people were asking employees walking by to help and they simply said “sorry I’m not trained to do that.” Ridiculous. I don’t get paid to ring myself out.

All of the workers are polite and helpful. I like it that if I can't find something there is a worker within close proximity. If I have an issue the workers are very knowledgeable about how to eliminate a problem, which I can't say that I have had in quite some time at the Walmart in Flatwoods/Sutton WV. It is always clean and even though the last few times I have been there, I have not had to use the restroom but when I have used the restroom it has always been very clean.

I love this supercenter! It's not only where I can get everything I need when I go there, but I also see many folks that I know, which is the best part! Like all big box stores...wish more registers were open! I was in town this week and had a tire issue, and the service manager and his team did all they could do to help me get back on the road to head home to NC 350 miles! Thank you!

It's a clean store, convenient and the workers there are helpful and there never is long check out lines, well most of the time there isnt. Good place to shop!!
