Valley services Restoration…. I can’t say enough about this company…. Punctual, professional and top notch service. I would recommend them to anyone that has had the unfortunate experience with a leak or flood. We worked with Jayden…. Big shout out to him….. always professional and was always there to answer questions and put our mind at ease. Thank you Jayden.

Marvin and Rigo were amazing. They did great work and took care of us as well as our things as if it were their own. They were personable and compassionate while we were in the middle of a crisis. I have worked with Valley Services for the greater part of a decade and have always appreciated and respected their staff, work ethic, quality or work, and communication! This company does excellent work. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and most of all responsive to any call or email. The work was completed on time and they worked directly with my insurance.

Do not use this company. They would rather argue for two years about whether installing tile a half inch or so away from the wall and whether lowering baseboards to meet the tile after removing old tile and a layer of asbestos and other flooring are appropriate for a homeowner who’s insurance company Allstate paid for. They also left handles unattached and floor trim improperly installed and they left nails shards of tile and wood all over my floor and dirty handprints throughout my house. They used my windows to pass tools and tile over my kitchen and bathtub leaving dirt and debris.

I was referred to a third party company Alacrity who I contacted several times for assistance but was met with silence or a message that a contractor tried contacting me but they had not. I had no emails no texts or voicemails and I was dealing with a couple of male employees who treated me with disrespect by asking me to go out party and called me girl and who yelled at me and told me the work they did wasn’t good enough for them but was good enough for me. Valley Services also sent day laborers who didn’t speak English to my house to do the work the company was contracted for through what should be a regulated insurance company and a third party manipulator for profit or whatever they are. I’ve spent years trying to resolve what should be easy fixes but this company refuses to do the right thing.
Not only that but without any reason twice they tried getting me to sign something so they could put a lien on my home which is not warranted with insurance claims. They also told the ROC representative that the contract was completed in June of 2022 but I have documentation showing I didn’t sign a completion document until after February 2023. I don’t know if trying to improperly place liens and lying about completion dates is an acceptable business practice and I don’t think the work meets compliance. The ROC representative closed the case because Valley Services says the tile was installed over two years ago but they did not install the baseboards until way after that which falls under the time allowed to dispute this. The baseboards do not cover the ends of the tile.

Valley Services has truly been a blessing in helping us recover from a challenging situation. Their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have made all the difference. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly, leaving us reassured throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful to them for turning a traumatic experience into something far more manageable and for helping our family feel whole again.

Jaden did an initial assessment to see what areas were an emergency and started explaining the process and developing a game plan to get things dried out as efficiently as possible. The lead technician, Anthony, wasn't far behind and as soon as he got here they both got to work moving our furniture for us and setting up the equipment. The whole process was as painless as you could expect considering our house was flooded. Great job guys, we felt like we were in good hands the entire time!

Had a water heater fail and flood the garage and an adjoining closet. Everything was soaked. Went through insurance and they sent out Valley Services as a preferred vendor. Couldn’t be more happy with them. They were on time, attentive and answered all of my questions. Jaden and Anthony spent the time doing the job properly and really saved us a lot of stress from an obviously already stressful situation. They ran fans and a dehumidifier and didn’t try to force unnecessary work on us to just get paid more. I thought for sure they would have to cut the dry wall out but they just drilled holes and used a less invasive process. That still provided us with the reassurance of not having mold but didn’t push into more extensive work.

Jayden and Anthony are great. Leak under the sink walked me through the process and explained the restoration. Communication was great which is always a plus.

Ceiling cracked along seams shortly after repairs. Lights were not lined up when replaced. They threw caulk on the cracks and told me to call them if it got worse. It did, and each subsequent time they came out, they blamed my houses structural integrity rather than their workmanship, even after multiple assessments from structural, drywall, and solar panel professionals (that we paid for). Since they already have my money I'm obviously a low priority so they take a long time to respond and come out and I really don't trust any fixes they are going to attempt. Been trying to get this sorted since June 2023.

I had a flood at my home due to a faulty water heater and Valley arrived quickly and took care of everything. They kept their commitments and worked with my insurance to cover the costs. Highly recommended!

Very impressed everybody! I’ve had a lot of different janitorial companies over the years and have never been super impressed. The super cheap guys always do a super bad job, which shouldn’t come as a surprise!

Clean choice was priced fairly and so far so good. My office is looking great and more importantly smelling great. At the end of the day, we are all just too tired to do this ourselves and it’s nice to go away and come back to a clean office every day

I recently experienced a fire at my house, which was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Tons of damage. The restoration was extensive, but the result is a house that looks even better than before! I totally love the way everything came out.

Valley was amazing after almost a year of us trying to get flooring replaced after a flood. Our experience with them vs other contractors was night and day in the best way. They were not only reliable and consistent, but they also went to great lengths to get in contact with our insurance when it felt impossible. Josh and Angel and the team were great!

Anthony was back for day two of the start of the water damage again very polite and thorough picks up and cleans all the messes very respectful and communicates well when he will be arriving glad to have him works very hard and efficiently.

We had a pip burst, and the walls and floors had really bad water damage. They fixed it very quickly and efficiently.

They made my home better than they found it. Doug was a great project manager, very communicative and professional. They took my burned out home and made it good as new!

I had valley services out to paint the exterior of my house a few years ago. Recently they helped me get my new floors. They have been a pleasure to work with! I will be using them again without a doubt!

If I can leave a 0/5 I would. I highly suggest AVOIDING working with this company NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DONT ANSWER. I had done a job for this company months ago and I still haven’t gotten paid. I’ve tried reaching out to get an answer from valley services and they don’t answer and when they do answer they only have rude remarks to make.
