Based on past experiences, it’s easy to choose the wrong company when needing emergency services. You really need to be careful and not forced to use the first company that answers the phone.

United Response went above and beyond to take care of a pipe burst that occurred in my home! They even worked with my insurance company to get all the mitigation and rebuild paid for so I didn’t have to come out of pocket. I highly recommend working with them. Justin and the guys were excellent!

These guys are pros. They were at my house two hours after my first call. Friendly employees. They were clean and obviously very organized. We had a toilet overflow and flooded 3 of our rooms in our house, the guys came out and were extremely clean and protected all of our belonging during the process. They didn’t spread dust around the house or anything. They were very professional and walked us through one of the most stressful situations we have ever gone through. Highly recommend these guys.

Justin came out for an inspection for our home that we had a mold issue with among other things.
