Outstanding service from Lotus Restoration! We hired them after a pipe broke in the ceiling causing severe water damage! The ceiling collapsed and blown in insulation was everywhere. I am SO grateful for Lotus Restoration Services. Years ago while living in another state, I used a (different) Restoration company for some work that needed to be done. I was constantly chasing what the ‘next step’ would be, I never knew when they would be showing up to start/continue/complete the project (which was an emergency service, and had myself and my children in a hotel for 2+ weeks). It was an awful process from start to end. Fast forward to today, and enter Lotus Restoration Services! I had a leak in an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs bedroom wall, which, needless to say, was causing a huge problem water-damage-wise and also needed mold remediation.

I was in a near panic when I first noticed ‘bubbles’ on my wall, but as soon as Nichole answered, she instantly put me at ease, and I felt comfortable trusting her through the process. Someone was at my house first thing in the morning, and by the afternoon, the dehumidifiers were set up to dry out the wall that they had taken care of. The customer service was honestly just as important to me as the actual work being done. Every step of the way I knew what was going to happen, and when, and what to expect next. Debbie in the office was a delight to speak with and made sure I was comfortable with everything.

If I could recommend sainthood it would go to Jill at Lotus restoration services. To make a long short she literally saved us thousands of dollars of expenses. We live 1200 miles from the property we were having issues with. My wife and I talked to over a dozen of different vendors doing various tasks and we spend plenty of money doing so. We received Jills information from one of those vendors and found out that the problem wasn't even ours. I called Lotus on a Sunday night because my AC was leaking into my Ceiling. Jill gave recommendations for HVAC Companies to fix the leak and had a Lotus crew to my house the next morning to clear out the damaged ceiling and to dry out the area. Chris (who worked on everything) was wonderful with answering all of my questions and very responsive to texts. If I could give more stars I would.

Just want to say thank you to the great staff there for taking care of a friend of mine who’s just experienced a major plumbing emergency. She reached out seeking info on next steps to take and spoke to owner apparently. I’m told this woman responded quickly (which is huge in a situation like this) and was above and beyond helpful and informative and generally seemed to actually empathize and care about helping. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Lotus! Tanner from Lotus came out to check to see if there was mold behind my wall due to water damage. Tanner did a thorough inspection and after inspection told me that there was no mold so I asked what I owe him for the inspection and he said nothing. He wouldn’t even accept a tip. I don’t know any service provider to ever do an inspection for free so I was blown away to hear that I didn’t owe anything. It speaks to the honesty and integrity of the leadership and staff. I am so grateful that a co-worker of mine told me about Lotus Restoration Services after having a leak in my upstairs bathroom that impacted my kitchen ceiling. Unfortunately, I didn't know about them when I had everything dried out with fans (I paid much more than I should have) but I'm really thankful that I was able to work with them for the repairs. Bobby was a true professional and very dedicated to making sure the job was done right and to my complete satisfaction. I have a very good eye for detail and I can't even tell where the ceiling had holes in it and was repainted. They are also an honest company in that the job didn't require as much paint/labor as originally planned and they made sure to adjust the charges fairly, which was very important to me since I was paying out of pocket. I cannot say enough good things about Lotus and highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

My bathroom flooded because of a worn wax ring under my toilet. Once I tore up my toilet and floor I had Lotus come out and check for additional flooding and they also helped me dry my slab. They were very quick to respond and extremely friendly!

They worked with me to redo the drywalling, countertop and restoring it back to what it was as my cabinets and my kitchen was ripped off due to some water leak.

AMAZING SERVICE! My tub overflowed and it affected a few rooms. I had no clue how significant the damage was and know restoration is expensive. I called 2 companies and 1 carpet cleaner who is a friend. The first guy came out and tested walls and baseboards and basically said to call my insurance, it will cost about $5000 to replace the carpet, baseboards, remove desk cabinet, etc. He offered to pay part of my deductible. Shady. Then came Matt with Lotus Restoration. They came out within a couple hours and did the same testing of walls, carpet, etc. He explained the process and damage thoroughly and said I caught it in time and the total cost would be $350 to extract, place fans, and dehumidifiers for a few days. He was so nice and didn't mind my dogs sniffing all over him, lol! Carpet cleaner friend seconded Matt's solution.

Lotus was a life saver for us! We left for a quick 24 hour trip and when we returned and open our garage we were in shock. We had a garage fire and lost everything. We called Jill and her team was there and helped us step through everything. If I had any questions, they had answers and the team was so great to work with. Wow. I have been a Realtor and property manager for 25+ years. In all that time, I’ve never worked with a Phoenix restoration contractor that I could praise or refer to others in good conscience. That changed this week when Lotus undertook a critical (and extensive) remediation project for one of my clients. Their communication is excellent as was their response time. We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, “your kitchen is flooded!” I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! They left a large bag full of moldy drywall completely open sitting in our children's bedroom. We were not aware of it till at night and had to remove it ourselves. Very unprofessional and dangerous. When they were told about the incident they expressed it was "a little late" to be letting them know. Since we felt we should only be paying for services that were provided and shared our unhappiness with our service from them at the time of paying....good luck if you use them, other people seem to have good experiences, which is actually why we went with them in the first place.

Then gave me the advantages and disadvantages of making an insurance claim on a small water loss. Couldn't have been a smoother process!

I had a great experience with Nichole at Lotus Contracting. I crashed my car through my closed garage door and almost went completely through the back wall of the garage. The wall I damaged had all the utilities coming into the house (water, electric, gas) and all were damaged. It was extremely stressful with all the adjusters and inspectors and having to move out while repairs were being completed. Nichole was so nice and understanding, even as I was losing it. Nichole took over everything and kept me updated regularly. Most importantly, when she said her guys would be at the house, they were there EARLY and ready to work. When I asked her how long the repairs would take, she didn't sugar-coat it. She estimated how long it would take and the repairs were done actually about a week early. That is because she took it upon herself (I didn't ask) to call the city inspector and lean on him to get his inspection done before all the stucco and paint was done so the utilities could be turned back on. Nichole showed that she cared about my situation and did everything she could to help me. If you need a contractor, let them be in the running and get a bid from them!
