Dyllan seemed very nice and knowledgeable. However, when my husband told him he thought the leak was coming from the grout by the tub, Dylan said that would be impossible and that we probably had a leaky pipe coming from the tube. Dylan and his trainee proceeded to cut a rectangular opening in my ceiling and left their two fans for four days. During those 4 days we never witnessed any water leaking from the ceiling. When Dyllan and his trainee returned on Monday they told my husband and I that they couldn't find any leaks. They said they were going to have their plumber come out and address the situation. Mind you, we had already paid the company half their money. Before the plumber came out my husband and I poured water where the gout is messed up by the tub. Immediately, water began leaking from the ceiling. We never had an active leak. So the fans were not needed. We also did not need to have a huge rectangular opening in our ceiling that we are now going to have pay someone to come out and fix the dry wall. All we needed was a grout specialist. Do your research and trust your gut. In response to the owners reply; we had a grout specialist come to our house and fix the grout and now there is no more leak. We wouldn't have had to pour water where the grout was worn down if your employees would have listened to us. We found the leak ourselves! When asked for an itemized invoice we were told that couldnt be provided. Also to keep things transparent for future clients, they will tell you to give them a review and they will give you $300!

Dillon, Porter, and Blake showed up right away, explained everything clearly, and got to work drying out the drywall and floors to stop any long-term damage. My husband and I had just moved into our new home 3 months ago and were enjoying our "dream home" when, in a matter of a minute, everything changed. I had accidentally dropped the hairspray bottle and it fell to the floor, hitting the piping that brings the water from the main line into the toilet. It snapped the pipe and water gushed out everywhere-before I could even comprehend what had happened. After turning off the water into the house and still in a panic state, I got on the computer and found the number for American Restoration Specialists. Dallon had answered the phone and somehow managed to understand my description of what had happened. He said he had a van ready to go and that he would have a crew out in about 20 minutes. Dallon came with Dyllan and they quickly set up everything-drying fans and dehumidifiers as well as assessed the extent of the damage. They answered all our questions and honestly if it wasn't for their calmness and professionalism as well as empathy, I would have still been a wreck. They made us feel more at ease and aware of what the situation was as well as what to expect. This made the whole process a little easier to deal with. Dyllan came back the next day with Porter to assess the progress of the drying and decided, just to be safe, to keep things drying for 1 more day. If it wasn't for these great guys coming to assist me during one of the more stressful times in my life, the whole situation would have been a lot worse. Porter came back on the third day and removed all the equipment and we are good to go!!! These employees that we came in contact with are truly exceptional in their jobs and a wonderful reflection on American Restoration Specialists. Dallin & Dyllan were great guys to work with and come out quick. In the end didn't end up being a disaster on the house so didn't need to get insurance involved or fully utilize their services. Have had a positive experience with ARS and would recommend for all.

I had a bad water leak from the AC condensation line, it was located in the garage so with that said water came into the house and caused a lot of damage. I looked online for a company and just by reviews only chose them. Dallin came out very quickly and assessed tge damage. He was extremely helpful and kind..

I am a loyal customer of ARS and have been very pleased with their services they have provided to me. Porter came out and cleaned my carpet, and removed all of some black stains along with goo that had been stuck. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am an American Veteran, I am saddened that I sacrificed and fought for the continued business/personal treatment that I received from the agents of this company. I was offered no info or suggestions as to how to navigate this incident better.ie., (just turn water off to water tank, not entire house) workers spent less than 8 hours on project over 4 times comin to my home. Additionally ,equipment was kept at my home several days due to the agents previous engagements. and now I am being told I owe $6616.00 with no presentation of bill itemized or otherwise, to boot the general contractor recommended by the agents also refuse to present me with estimation of cost or bill. I emailed the Arizona Restoration Company from their website with concerns and as of this post (nearly a week later) i have not heard anything. I strongly suggest that if you are not of a certain demographic, do not subject yourself to the less than treatment and service stated in their written advertisement.
i received a response from the supervisor of this company, Dallin Bowers, he responded by calling me a crazy childish liar is the gist of his long drawn outburst. just the reaction one would expect of someone being called out and exposed, i responded by telling him he is childish crazy and a liar, and not to contact me anymore with his foolishness or i may refer him to my lawyer, Dallin Bowers the supervisor of Arizona Restoration Specialists, immediately replied again on my phone calling me crazy and telling me to get my lawyer so that he could explain to lawyer how ignorant I am.
This is the mind-set and professionalism exhibited by the management of this company, be foolish and deal with Arizona Restoration Specialists at your peril. I have used Arizona Restoration Specialists twice. The first time was in my home in PV for a shower that was leaking inside the wall. Ugh! We knew we needed to test for mold. Dallin Bowers was amazing! He opened the wall behind the shower (which was in my master closet!) very carefully. He did not disrupt any of my clothing. He covered everything perfectly. Then, he figured out where the leak was, He called in an expert to test the air and drywall. The air quality reports showed there was mold. That required Dallin to remove more drywall and do a through clean up of the interior wall to remove all of the mold. He called his air quality specialist back to rest and clean the air. He was so clean and so neat and thorough you never would’ve known the wall had ever been touched.

The second time we used him was in a commercial space we have in Gilbert. Again, the same expert service. Opened a large area of drywall (25’ long x 24” high). That job was done very neatly as well. Same routine. Even though he suspected no mold, he went through the complete process and sent us the air quality reports from the expert showing no mold this time. Dallin is highly skilled, easy to work with and fairly price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him!

We contacted Dallin Bowers at Arizona Restoration Specialists on January 2, 2024, after we discovered a catastrophic water leak in one of our bedrooms. We were out of town when the leak was discovered and I worked with Dallin remotely by phone and email to get the process started. Dallin and his crew responded within hours of my first call and they began the remediation process immediately. Throughout the entire process they were polite, professional and kept us informed of their progress the entire time. AZRS is professional and does what they do by industry standards with regards to water removal and drying, documenting their work, saving the items that can be salvaged and removing items that are hazardous. Because they understand what insurance adjusters need to see,, the claim process is made easier as it relates to the restoration portion. We give Dallin Bowers and Arizona Restoration Specialists our highest rating and we recommend them without reservation!

Amazing carpet cleaning work! Porter and Dallin cleaned my carpet. They were so attentive to detail and made sure every stain including slime, toothpaste and Play-Doh came out. Porter came out and checked the old water damage we found during some remodeling. He did a thorough inspection of the area and was able to explain what parts needed to be replaced and which could be saved. He could of told us everything was bad and to replace it all but he didn't. I trust them for future services and will refer them to everyone I know.

My five year old thought it was funny to wake up in the middle of the night and fill up a cup full of water and pour it on his carpet about 50 times. By the time I came in the floor was drenched. I called these guys and they arrived right away and brought in a big fan and dried it out. In an out in no time and prevented additional spread. 10/10 would use again

They billed for stuff they did not do. Called it miscommunication but never asked what items. Trying to get my insurance company to pay for everything regardless of what they did. Left a huge insulation mess. I had to ask for plastic to cover my room. Use someone else! Don’t be fooled by the reviews like I was.

This company was the real deal! We woke up Sunday morning to an inch and half of water all throughout my house. I called and immediately got Brian from Arizona Restoration. He explained to me the process and everything. I had him come over and he was at my place with in the hour, on a Sunday morning! He checked it out and sure enough we were going to need their services as it became a $30k+ job when it was all said and done. Brian calmed me down, helped me with how to work with the insurance companies, got Frank from Integrity pack out to start the process of getting our stuff. After having their services and working with our insurance we started working with Nayeli from ARS and she was just as helpful with giving them the insurance money. There was even a mistake and she resolved it that day, great service. I would recommend ARS, they felt more like a family then just company of people.

Coming home after a vacation to find a pipe broke under your sink and a house full of water is a scary and stressful time. Although a flood is certainly something you never expect, I found myself walking into an actively spewing pipe that had flooded a large interior portion of an office. Despite it being the middle of the day on a Saturday, I was able to make contact with Dean and he immediately proceeded to my office location, providing updates on his ETA as to provide confidence in his arrival. Upon arriving, I found Dean to be extremely well informed and knowledgeable, and he was able to provide a level of confidence that I found very reassuring.
