I had an unexpected meeting with Tristan on a Sunday, when I had a water leak in my primary bathroom wall. Tristan is professional, explained what would happen, and had people at my home to pack out, remove furniture and clean-up the water. The drywall removal and equipment (air blowers) were immediately taken care of and completed. Thank you Tristan and Salt River Restoration, you have been a life saver!!!

My wife and I were away on vacation, and came home to a flooded garage. Turns out out water heater was much older than we remembered. There was already mold forming once we returned. My neighbor was able to put me in contact with someone at Salt River Restoration and they were there to check things out, that same day. David and all the guys he had working on rebuilding my bathroom and making sure it was mold free were fantastic. The contractors they used for the vanity rebuild were awesome and extremely fast and the finished product is beautiful. Salt River Restoration was incredibly efficient about dealing with insurance and my bathroom looks like the leak never happened. They were very good at communicating with me about the process and very easy to get ahold of if I had any questions. The whole thing was incredibly stress free on my end. Very happy. Salt River Restoration was great. They were quick and efficient. Jesse, Dane were able to easily explain the process and were down to earth. Dalton and Dane were friendly and helpful and Jayce helped get the work done. All in all they did a great job and made it a pleasant experience. The guys were great.

After an extremely high water bill arrived, I immediately called my plumbing company. They came right out while also contacting Tristan at Salt River Restoration and a leak detection company. Tristan and a co-worker were at my house within the hour to assess the situation. They were ready to go immediately but when the leak detectors discovered it was not a leak but from rain coming through cracked window caulking, I was relieved, but also impressed with the professionalism of this company. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future if needed!

I wish there were 6 stars. Tristan and team came over 1 day after I initially called. They were on time and texted and called when they were on their way. I had some molding under my countertops and was preparing for the worst. Tristan and team looked at multiple spot that we thought might have water damage around the kitchen. While working the dealt with my 2 year old and my dog and they didn't miss a beat. After about 20 mins they asked to talk to me and my wife and let us know there was no water damage at all and went over possible remedies. I cant tell you enough how much I appreciate the interaction we just had. I do sales for a living and these guys were good people. Most companies are looking for a paycheck, not Tristan and team. We are very impressed with Salt River Restoration! We had a plumbing leak in the attic that was dripping through our bathroom ceiling. Upon fixing the leak, our plumber recommended Salt River. Jesse, the project manager, arrived one hour later on a Saturday afternoon to inspect & create a remediation plan. Over this past week, Dane, Jesse & the team have been professional, friendly & great at communicating. We’re in the middle of our restoration but are quite pleased & expect excellent final results.

I had 2 wonderful gentlemen come and fix the water damages that happened when my water heater went out they were very professional and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend salt river services, there names where Maycen and dalton

I contacted this company due to a water leak and they scheduled an appointment between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, they never showed up and didn’t bother to call. I left two messages, but never received a return call. It seems like once I mentioned I would be paying in cash instead of through insurance, they lost interest in the job. If that’s the case, communication is key—and there has been absolutely none. I would advise against using this company. There are plenty of other restoration companies out there that will honor appointments and maintain good communication.
