Please don’t ever go with this company. I will go out of my way to warn people about the terrible service from this company.

I wish I could give a zero for this company. As a veteran myself I thought I would be taken care of, but that’s the farthest thing from the truth. I had to replace my AC which was 14k and they came out to replace it. I gave it 24 hours and the house was cool. I was so happy to be back in the house but unfortunately the house got way too hot. I contacted Semper Fi and they sent someone out same day. The tech advised me there was no refrigerate, fixed the problem, and said I needed to give it sometime to cool. Gave it another 24 hours and the house was still way too hot. After the replacement the system hasn’t been able to cool my house for a day.

When I called for the third day and advise them the system is STILL not working they said we can get someone out there in three days.

We started having Semper Fi service or hvac 3 years ago. We've had multiple technicians service or AC units and now servicing our water heater. Every one of them was professional and personable. I've never felt pressured nor taken advantage of.

Excellent dispatch service they are on top of any situation. Knowledgeable Plumbers with very good customer service. I highly recommend them

Rob was great! He showed up on time in the middle of the August heat and got our unit up and running in no time at all!! As someone that works all day in this heat it sure was appreciated to have fast friendly and knowledgeable service! I'm glad my landlord chose them for our repairs!

Seriously…best service ever! Nothing worse than AC emergency in the evening! Many others claimed to be 24hr emergency responders…these folks were the only ones that jumped right in! Bryce did an awesome job assessing our problems! We slept in comfort and secure in our unit once again!

My experience with Semper Fi did not start off on a good note. I scheduled the appointment online and received a text message of my appointment time, but somehow my appointment was not scheduled. When my appointment time came and went without hearing from a Technician.I reached out and got a call back from Melissa. She was fantastic. She had a top notch technician to the house within 30 min. ( even though the time frame given was 3 hrs.) The technician, Kalvin, worked quickly and efficiently and had the air conditioner working in less 30 minutes . Melissa and Kalvin both showed exceptional customer service in making the situation right and I am both appreciative and grateful to both of them.

Our tech Mark was very professional and articulate. Additionally, he was neat and clean, which moving into a new house with new paint was huge for us. Would definitely use them again.

My Technician was exceptional. He covered all connecting systems from attic to ground, replaced my filters for me and answered all my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Keep him out front, he an asset to the team and good marketer.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! I called in a panic after waking up from a nap with my infant and realized it was a gazillion degrees in my house and the air was not blowing cold. I called and spoke with the kindest lady (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name!) and she did everything she could to procure me a same day-late evening slot. The technician Chris arrived EARLY, gave trouble shooting advice, found and fixed the problem and was out of the house within an hour! I was fully expecting to put myself and my little one and pup up for the night in a hotel and I didn’t have to and have a working AC! So happy and impressed!

Scam alert!!! Beware! They solicited a free inspection and would not stop blowing me up week after week. I finally allowed them to come “inspect” the guy touched both my units and tried telling me how old they were, and immediately went into his sales pitch of new units. With in 10 min of him leaving the upstairs unit went up 10 degrees and is blowing warm air. He sabotaged my unit and leaked Freon out to gain a sale!!! Unreal!!! I am now getting another company out to repair the units! I demand reimbursement for this crud act! Also contact BBB!

Sometimes things go sideways. Semper Fi had a decision to make. We live in a world where there isn't much customer service anymore. When I needed more help fast, they responded after hours, did everything they could to accommodate me, stayed in contact until my unit was cooling, and I was never left wondering if or when I would get the help I needed. My tech Jacob was absolutely awesome, and my AC blows cold. Any AC company could do that. These guys earned my thanks and my trust. Who does that anymore? Semper Fi does.

This summer of 2025, my 30 year old AC became unreliable, not always turning on even when I turned it on manually. My house would get dangerously hot inside. I called Semper Fi AC and Andre H came out quickly. I knew I needed a new AC and I told that to Andre when he got here. He was so wonderfully kind and worked with me to get me the best price he could give me. It was a great price, with a monthly financial arrangement I could afford. Andre H is a wonderful person working for a wonderful company. Thank you Andre!! The new AC works perfectly for my house, is quiet and is keeping the house consistently at 73°. So again thank you Andre!! It was a pleasure to meet you. And thank you Semper Fi AC for your great company.

Today is the hottest day of the year, 118°! Semper Fi to the rescue. I've used this company as my go to for HVAC for over 10 years. They always have what I need when I need it. Huge shout out to Charles (sorry I dont know your last name) he was awesome and very professional. Semper Fi always hires the highest caliber of employees, and Charles is a perfect example of that! Very happy to write this review with cold air blowing in my face.

Geo and Dennis my installers were on point, dialed in, and squared away. They were total professionals. They walked me through step by step the whole installation process. Someone needs give those two a BIG "ATTA BOY!"

I called to get my AC serviced for the year. Daniel N. Was very informative. He took a lot of photos and informed me that there was corrosion and I was leaking Freon. Unfortunately the freon that my AC unit uses Is no longer used in Nevada. He informed me of the possible options to postpone inevitable problems. He walked me through the entire process. At that point I chose to replace the entire unit. After sitting down and discussing costs. Not only was he able to get me a brand new AC unit, but he was able to schedule a next day installment. Jose N. & Luis Sanchez showed up exactly on time The very next morning friendly and ready to work. They were able to remove and complete installment in record-breaking time. Being an Nevada resident, AC is crucial during the summer and I am more than satisfied with semper Fi and their professionalism, knowledge, cost, and efficiency.

Semper Fi has been so easy to work with. I came across their promotional ads on instagram and messaged them about services. The communication with the office was great, you’re able to have someone call or just text to get it all set. We had Garrett as our tech and he was very professional, knowledgeable, transparent and helpful! We got everything taken care of at a reasonable cost even got a military discount. Garrett let us know about SRP and tax rebates we were unaware of. Highly recommend and will be a return customer!

Semper Fi Did an amazing job. The first person to come out and evaluate our old system Rob was very honest in upfront with us in regards to cost and what he recommended to do for replacement of our HVAC system.

Punctual and speedy service. My only gripe is they are much more expensive, but at least they use quality brands.

The tech arrived on time and waa very thorough in evaluating my AC unit and identifying potential issues. Very satisfied.

I couldn't have asked for a more smooth transaction. As I was one the phone from Illinois everything went extremely smooth. They where in contact with me every step of the way. I would recommend them.

Signed up for free plumbing inspection and AC tune up at a home show. Received a text to set them up and received great service in accommodating our work schedule. Plumbing tech came out and checked a few things and we discussed a tankless water heater as we are looking to remodel. Was told I would be emailed info but never received. Bryce, the AC tech came out and did the AC inspection which led to needing a new AC unit. He was very professional and courteous and e we went through options. Got us set up for an install the next morning. The install techs were very professional as well and got us all setup. We noticed a new loud noise in the vent or ducts and have scheduled an appointment to see what is going in there. I’ll update if this means there is an issue but so far satisfied with the service.

Everything from the initial call to the completion of my new unit was outstanding! Someone came out to look at my unit the same day I made the call. He was able to get the unit working again, but for how long he couldn't say definitively. He explained everything to me in detail with pictures. I already knew replacing my unit was needed, but didnt't feel pressured into making the decision that day. I did make the decision to get a new unit that day & I'm so glad I did! My new unit was replaced two days later & what a difference did it make! Wish I had done it sooner! The installers were very knowledgeable & completed in a very timely fashion. They left the place clean. I highly recommend this company!

The young man was very thorough in what he did and he even stayed a while to watch the air conditioner to make sure it was going to work proper before he left. Great customer service

Had a great experience with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling during a recent inspection. The technician communicated his ETA clearly, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything. You could tell he knew his stuff, and I appreciated how professional and informative he was throughout the visit. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a company I’d recommend and plan to use again.

He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind. He did an exhausting number of checks on both ground units.
I just have a couple of observations:
1 - Cleaning of the units - it seems they were just hosed down. I though some kind of cleaning product was going to be used, but could not tell.
2- The units in the attic were not checked. Makes me wonder if they might be needing new air filters.

A/C inspection. Our technician was thorough and took the time to explain his findings. He also showed integrity with not wanting to proceed with maintenancing a unit that is well beyond its lifespan and due to go out.

They were fantastic. I had been a long time customer of another company that we won’t mention but is named after an animal. And that other company did some work for me and shortly after my AC crashed. I called them up to come fix it and they told me that I would have to wait. So I called around and Semper Fi was at my house 4 hours later and working 5 hours later and complete pros about the whole situation

I had to have my air conditioner replaced and I called sempers air conditioning and plumbing, they did an excellent job, so professional and friendly. They went out of their way to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them

By far the BEST place to get your air conditioner fixed. Brandon A our tech got our ac up and running. His 19 years experience shows. The office actually has a person a real live person that answers the phone. Not an answering machine. Will recommend Semper Fi to anyone that needs any ac work done.

Chris Mcgonagle did excellent and proficient work on my ac unit and was very patient and knowledgeable with advise for every question that I asked him He also gave me pointer on how to improve my use of the unit for my home. Our AC stopped qorking friday night around 830-900pm call first thing in the AM, also sent a text message, the reply was quick and courteous, we were put on schedule for Saturday between 3-7, when the technician DJ arrived within the prescribed time and thankfully closer to 5 thank 7 he quickly diagnosed the the issue did the repair. then cam in and explained to me what was the issue and again thankfully it was a easy fix and was not over the $70.00 diagnostic fee. Dj explained the issue in laymans terms that was easy to understand. After he explained to me i realized thet Semper Fi keeps their techs up to date with training and how to fix issues like this. I will not go to anyone else for our AC service these guys are fair and honest. and not just trying to make a buck. Thanks again please commend DJ as well he deserves it they fixed the issue completely and I couldn't be happier with the service from office staff to technicians who serviced our unit completely professional all the way would recommend them every time

Benjamin Janis(employee) was very PROFESSIONAL & very AC knowledgable, looking into my AC from Semper Fi. Answered all my questions and more. Nice having the feeling that Semper is looking out for the AC unit.
I will be moving forward with repairs that I was not aware of to keep my AC unit working properly and affordable. Plus a military discount helps.

The gentleman that was going to drain my water heater for me arrived on time, quietly went about his business and then let me know when he was finished. He was professional and polite.

Semper Fi informed us when they would be here and showed up when they said they would. Semper Fi has always been good to us ever since we bought our ac from them. We will always go to Semper Fi for future AC needs.
