Kustom Us restored my master bathroom and did great job, other than minor scheduling issues the project was well managed and completed as planned.

With water pouring through my ceiling onto my mattress.. panic was my vibe. KUSTOM US Restotration was quick to come to my aide. Richard, Charlie and Juan sealed everything off, moved my furniture, prized pictures. Etc. to a safe place and amazingly completed the job much to my satisfaction. You bet I'll recommend them. 100% satisfied.

If you are debating on calling this company don’t you have found the right one! Stephen helped work with our insurance adjustor after our slab leak and communicated every step of the way. David and his team (Ricardo, Juan, Jose) were the crew assigned to my house to fix everything from drywall, carpet, wood flooring, granite, and cabinets. They had a timeline of 2 weeks to get it back to its original state before, I had to close closed on the house. David was a joy to work with and always answered all my questions and followed up with progress daily which I appreciate especially since I was trying to do this project while going back and forth from Texas. Kustom is a top notch organization and you will NOT go wrong by hiring them!!!

Everyone I dealt with at Kustom was friendly, helpful, and professional in dealing with my water damage claim. Yes, it took months, Yes, it's a mess, but it is, what it is, I had wet drywall, a repipe of whole house, all kinds of people in and out to get the job done. You definitely need patience, let them do what they do, I had Humberto, Eric, and Ricardo doing the repair and restoration. Christina and David worked with my insurance, there were no surprises, and I'm pretty picky when it comes to doing things right. Overall, I highly recommend Kustom, they did fantastic work!

We had water damage that was made much worse by the highly advertised remediation company we selected. Fortunately, our insurance carrier had Kustom on their list of approved restoration contractors. Our project manager, David Ross, was heaven sent. He and his team did a great job getting our home back into perfect condition. We are very grateful for the quality, pace and responsiveness they provided.

Earlier this month we had a water line break at our house. We contacted Kustom Construction for the repairs. They did e excellent job for a few price. Our main contact was Brannon Galmon. He was always available and worked with his crew to get the job done fast.

This review reflects our final experience with Kustom US, particularly the Phoenix/Gilbert branch. They rebuilt our home in its entirety after a large fire accident. Despite significant initial issues, Kustom—especially the local manager, Mr. Steven Kerns—made a strong effort to meet our expectations. Their customer-first attitude demonstrates a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Outstanding service! I had to call a restore company asap after this last rain. My business is a 24/7 fitness studio so business interruption is never good especially in January. This amazing company showed up in a matter 90 minutes after I called and got straight to work and dried up the water, dehumidified and cleaned everything up. The Kustom team did a great job after my small fire mishap. I had Justin on the phone instantly and he had Waldo and Danny boarding up my property within an HOUR of the phone call.

Kustom came to me highly recommended. They were there with me from the very beginning to guide me through the complicated maze of insurance claims and restoration details of my home. Chris Szewc was the project manager keeping me well-informed every step of the way. He addressed all of my questions and concerns quickly and professionally throughout the entire project. He worked hard to help me make the arrangements to remove the old carpeting throughout the house and replace it with very nice porcelain tile. Everyone who has visited my house since the project's completion has remarked on the excellent tile work. Chris is a very easy man to work with, very concerned about providing the customer with a quality job. In my mind, Kustom, and Chris in particular went above and beyond to produce excellent results. I am very happy with the way the house turned out far exceeding my expectations.

Rosie did an excellent job explaining the packing/unpacking procedure as well as handling the insurance claims. She and her contents team made short work of packing up my belongings carefully and putting them in storage. They created a very detailed list of the items that could not be saved, a tremendous help to me. I have yet to find any breakage from the packing up or putting back of my home contents.. Rosie also handle all of the transactions required between the insurance company, Kustom, me, and the mortgage company, a task I was more than happy for her to handle.

For me, the entire project has been handled very professionally with a great deal of concern and care on Kustom’s part to make the project as easy as possible on me. I am more than happy with the way the project turned out. I recommend Kustom highly. They will be my first call should I ever need them again.

Kustom and Jason made the restoration of the broken water pipe so easy and his team was timely, polite and made sure everything was done to perfection with Jason over seeing all of it!

Kustom is hands-down the most professional company I have ever worked with. My water heater burst and flooded my garage causing damage to my garage and living room. My friend referred me to Kustom and they sent a mitigation crew very quickly and were able to complete the repairs ahead of the scheduled time quoted.

Adam Portillo was the supervisor of mitigation and right off the bat set the tone for how great of a company Kustom is with how quickly and professionally he handled everything.

Jimmy Dawson was the supervisor for the repair crew. He did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to help my family. I called Kustom following severe flooding to my business. From the jump Kustom showed-up in force and got right to work. They communicated everything up-front, open, and honestly with me. They helped me understand the situation and the steps/timelines I could expect. They worked with me on game-planning the restoration, and gave advice on how to best proceed. Kustoms communicated with me every step of the way and showed a genuine interest in getting me and my office taken care of. Trusted them with both the mitigation and the complete renovation, and I wasn't disappointed. Kevin and his crew entire worked tirelessly to get me back up and running. Genuinely a great group of people, and despite the circumstances that led to it, I am glad I got to work with them. They exceeded my expectations, and got me back in my office in half the time it would've taken most.

They made my old house look beautiful. They all are amazing, hard workers, they all enjoy working for such a great company. Whenever I found something small I wanted extra for them to do, they were always kind and willing to take care of it for me. The company and the people who do the work are wonderful. The cleaning crew are simple the best, very hard workers & they do everything to make life after construction wonderful again. The stress of cleaning after all the dust, was taken care of by this company. They cleaned everything and handled everything with care. I could not have asked for more, they took my house from months of dust and all the mess that happens during the remodel and cleaned so perfect it was amazing. The are professional, kind and very helpful. Thank you my cleanup could have been a terrible day. It wasn’t they made the day exciting and so relaxing by all their hard work. I had a water leak. They arrived within 45 minutes of my call. They tested my place for water and put machines the right places to dry out my place. Dealing with them was a bright spot in a less than ideal situation.

My project was assigned to Jimmy and his team, Tomas and Ricardo, and I could not have asked for better partners on this project. We had an adjacent condo’s water heater cause significant damage to our master bathroom and closet, but if you looked at it now, you’d never know it happened. They were professional, did great work, always on-time, thorough with any explanations or answering questions I had, and cleaned up the whole worksite after all was done. My water heater burst and flooded my garage. I was referred to Kustom by a friend and highly recommend them for their quick response time in an emergency situation and for their professionalism. Waldo and his crew did the mitigation and did an amazing job.

After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! We were told they were about six weeks out to get to schedule our house. It is now almost six weeks and we find out last week we are not yet on any schedule. Don't know if or when we will be scheduled. House is a mess and unlivable. When I call they are polite and tell me they will check with someone and call me back.
I have never received a return call. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

Their Content moving crew was awesome. THey did a park out for us and when they returned, they knew where everything was and put it all away super quickly. We used them to pack everything out when we got our wood floors refinished. They took great care of everything and moved a super heavy safe without scratching any floors. I would definitely use Blanca and her crew again.

I don't know what I would have done without calling kustom when my toilet flooded. They were able to take care of the problem right away and handled my restoration needs so efficiently. When I had questions they were quick to answer them and made me feel like I was a priority to them! I hope to never have any situation like this happen again but if it does I know exactly where to go!
