Purchased a used 2020 ram 1500 bighorn with around 32,000 thousand miles. Nothing but problems. The guys at the dealership are awesome. But let me tell you. From the start I could smell antifreeze from inside of the cab. Brought it in and was told by the mechanic he could find nothing wrong and couldn't smell the antifreeze because he has a cold. That issue dismissed. Had a manifold leak. They fixed that. 4x4 stopped working. They fixed that. I heard a clunking from the front end. I was told there was dirt inside the running boards which they cleaned. My warranty ran out. I'm at roughly 100,000 miles. My truck now has a bad heater core with a really bad leak that would make you vommit to drive it. The truck needs both cv axels and intermittent shafts. And today I went to start the truck and nothing but a click. Purchased a new battery and still the same click. Also needs 2 more manifolds fixed, meaning the one they fixed is bad again and the other side needs to be replaced as well I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Ram to reconsider based on my experience. Also the start and stop has malfunctioned on me. When I was at a stop light foot on the brake, light turned green. I let off the brake, truck lunged forward and stalled. Parking brake automatically applied. Took a minute to release the parking brake and get going again. I didn't know what the hell happened.

Great service center and super helpful staff. Had an issue with my 2019 Ram 1500 as I was starting out on a 300 mile trip. Called them just before closing and they were able to get me in right away.
The service manager Adam was great getting the problem diagnosed and with follow up after.

I needed help in the service dept. and was given GREAT advice that recommended another business in the area (Interstate Batteries). They, too, were helpful with their advice. Ultimately the issue with my battery was resolved at the service dept. at Lundgrens and done very promptly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I drive over an hour to go get good service from the Dodge dealership in Rutland.

We began our search for a new car that would fit the needs of our blended family and after seeing a few options, started our weekend at Lundgren's, where we met with Bob Lewis. Bob was great from start to finish. After looking around at a few other vehicles at other dealers, our family decided we wanted to go back and work with Bob. He was super friendly and really sought out something that would work for us. We found a vehicle we fell in love with and ultimately left with. Definitely would recommend working with Bob. It was also much appreciated that Bob, Michelle, and Andrew went the extra mile and stayed with us after hours to make sure all paperwork was wrapped up and we were able to drive our vehicle home that night.

Adam and his service team went above and beyond to diagnose and repair our Jeep Wrangler in the short window of time that we needed to return home out of state after a visit in Vermont. His service team stayed late to get the job done and he was pleasant and helpful through the entire process. We would rely on his service department in the future!

Adam the service manager was amazing. My Dodge Ram 1500 broke down on the last day of our vacation. We handled everything over the phone and then he opened up early for me so we could get on the road and head back home. Super nice guy and went way out of his way. Thanks again

I have bought multiple vehicles, both new and used, from Rutland Auto Group. I just bought a new Ram Rebel and I’m SO happy. After searching for HOURS on the lot, I found this Ram as a suggestion from Jim (who is so awesome and knowledgeable). I got to meet part of the service team and the detailers, which was cool. The experience was so fluid, as it always has been. Michelle in the finance department worked very hard for me to get the best rate. I love my truck and this team of people who are looking to put you in the right vehicle — not just what works best for them. I will continue to buy and service my vehicles here. This is THE place to take your vehicle for service. My Chrysler Pacifica's sliding door jumped the track and smashed the rear window. From past experience with repairs to this car and my Ford van I knew this was the only place to take my car. Not only was it correctly repaired but they went to bat for me to make sure that Chrysler honored my extended warranty. I ended up only having to pay the $100 deductible. Not everyone would have put in the time and phone calls to get that done for me, but what a help to my budget that was! The icing on the cake is how very kind and helpful the staff is. This is my go-to repair business for sure, and it should be yours as well. Nothing tops their service!

I just leased a 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie from Rutland RAM and I must say that it was the best car buying experience of my life. Starting with the can-do and customer focused approach of the GM, Miles Klepper, who worked with me remotely via text messages through the shopping process and helped find the truck I was looking for at a fair price with no hassles. Then the rest of his team was top notch in making the paperwork (Michelle DeLorme) and delivery process (Phil Maxwell) smooth. The only visit to the dealership showroom was for taking delivery of the truck that had all the aftermarket extras I required (spray on bed liner and running boards) already taken care of ready for me to drive away. The whole team was present for this, including the service manager Adam Kimball, who made sure that we could get the winter tires put on in very short order. Thanks to the whole team at Rutland RAM.

The service department is very helpful and very professional. They have always gotten me in and out in a very efficient manor with minimal waiting, despite me calling last minute on a few occasions. There service team is very customer oriented and is a large part of why I keep coming back.

Dennis in sales is awesome. Super helpful, honest and truly likes the product he sells. The manager, Adam, in service is also awesome. Always gets me in quickly and does his best to make sure things are done correctly.

They worked to accommodate my Winnebago Travato (Promaster chassis) and took great care of clearance driving it up onto the lift. Also noticed that some of my tires were missing valve stem caps and replaced those without me asking. A quick and satisfactory experience.

I had an issue with my 2020 Ram bighorn and it was a high pitched whine in extreme cold weather and they discovered that the water pump was making the noise and ordered it, they called me and I came in and it was changed under warranty. Thanks so much for the great work!

Just a regular service, lube, oil, filter, it happened that a backorder recall part had arrived so they found time to install that. I have always had a great experience at the service dept and this was the same.

The first impression I got from the service department was pretty poor but after expressing my concerns they were more respectful and attentive to my issue and eventually worked hard to resolve the problem with my vehicle.

The staff is friendly and nice. It took a few tries to sort out the issue but my ram is back to running like a top!

Dennis is not your stereotypical car sales rep (we found plenty of those at the neighboring dealerships and were very turned off by all of them).

I personally HATE car shopping, but Dennis made the entire process a whole lot simpler. After he introduced himself, we enjoyed a simple conversation about what our needs were, as he shared his own personal experiences with the trucks.

Instead of pushing the most expensive truck on the lot, or listing off a whole bunch of technical stats that mean nothing to me, he listened to us and was genuine about helping us find the right truck. We ended up with a quad cab Ram 1500 and we LOVE IT!!!!

Even 4 months, after the sale, Dennis is never too busy to reply to any questions you may have about the truck's features, which is awesome. He has earned a lifelong customer for Rutland Dodge for as long as he is with the dealership.

I am so thankful for Adam and his help. I was on my way back to work and my braking system was freezing up. I had stopped at one dealership and asked to have a look to see if I could continue on driving or get it fixed. They told me that they had no mechanics to look at it and were booked out for the next week. So I drove on and stopped at Rutland Dodge. I explained what was happening, Adam came out and looked at the vehicle (which the other dealership didn't even offer to do). He suggested not driving on as it may cause more problems, the braking system was frozen on one side. He said that he would try to get it in to the shop and fix as soon as he could. Hopefully today. As it turned out he wasnt able to get to it until the next day,. He called me before doing any work and explained what was wrong and what he could do to make the vehicle drivable. I was able to pick up the car and have had no issues since.

Great service! Friendly staff! My husband and I were on a trip to Vermont when our rear brakes went bad. This was the ONLY service shop willing to help us so that we could make the trip home safely and on-time. Shout out to Adam the service manager for making it happen!

Don't know where to begin with this post. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram Promaster 3500 in 2015 with 4,500 miles on it. During the test drive, warning lights lite up on the dashboard. Knowing now it is obvious why it was for sale. For 6 years we've been running after this problem. Every other dealer went for something called a brake switch. It was changed out at least 5 times. No one could figure it out until we got it to Rutland Dodge. The service department was very systematic diagnosing the problem. And Dave the technician was the one that got to the bottom of it. It appears now that we have it back and no issues.

Just want to thank the service Dept (Adam and Desmond) and the technician for tackling the issue. I don't even know how many deductibles and weeks of my time having everyone try to fix this.

Had to share the recent great experience I had with Rutland Dodge Ram & Adam, the service manager. I went to Adam concerned about a paint issue with my Dodge vehicle, I was concerned this would not be a warranty problem. Adam was able to have my vehicle repaired within an amazingly short period of time. Dodge Ram’s partner, Beraldi’s Collision Repair did a first class repair in just a few hours. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!

Best dealership I've been to! Very professional, knowledgeable and considerate staff! Jared, Pam, Kate, Adam, Dave and Russell are an absolute asset to this business! This is the only dealership I will go to for now on! I installed a leveling kit and had an alignment done at a recommended shop, after one trip I was struggling to keep my truck on the road so I called this dealership but they were extremely busy. After I explained my situation Adam told me to come down and if he can get me in he will. I was let in as if I had an appointment! Edit: Not sure what changed but went in a couple months ago because my lease is almost up. Now i know my credit isnt great but it also isnt terrible and they were looking with someone to help me with almost perfect credit how is that even possible. Not to mention they promised I'd get it before the fiance guy came to the desk. Not sure what changed but my next car will be elsewhere

Just ordered a 2024 Rebel. Same as my previous Rebel except that I decided against the air suspension. Rebel rides comfortably, tows with ease, performs well off-road. Good looking ride, too! My experience with sales and service has been terrific.
