I recently had an issue with my 2021 Jayco Redhawk 31F slide-out and called Jim for help. He provided exceptional service over the phone, guiding me through troubleshooting steps with clear instructions. Thanks to his expertise, I resolved the issue without needing an in-person visit. However single star for ethics/honesty.

Jim was called out to look at our RV after an apparent electrical issue at a local campground.

Upon service (1.25 hrs spent here) he indicated that the issue had not derived from our camper.

After leaving our residence and upon speaking with the campground owners, he changed his tune. He then told us that the issue was with our camper plug (after telling us that since the plug was a solid plug, there was no way to tell).

Several attempts to reach him requesting a written report of his findings have been unsuccessful. He refuses to return my calls or emails.

He chose potential new business over ethics and honesty, and I could not be more disappointed.

Jim quickly figured out my gas flow problem and made some great recommendations to fix so it doesn’t happen again!

Jim is a consummate professional and did a terrific job fixing a very tricky electrical problem on our rental RV that confounded three other techs. He went out of his way and drive a very long distance to help us. Very reasonable cost and very helpful. Thank you Jim for saving my son's and I vacation!

They did not finish the work on our camper, he would tell us they’d be out on a certain day, then never show up, this happened 3 times, with no phone call from him. Work was to be completed by Memorial Day, half of it was done by the middle of July. We’ll have someone else finish it.

Jim is a great guy with a lot of experience, I really cant say enough about the kind of person he is, I spoke to him several times about issues i was having in my camper, he gave me unlimited advice, was patient, walked me through exactly how things worked and why I was having the problems I was having... ended up needing new water pump down the road (which he told me exactly how to access and diagnose on my own to reduce unneeded expenses if my pump was still good ) called jim, he had a better replacement on hand and was able to squeeze me into his schedule to install a new pump while I was at work so i could winterize just before a deep freeze... he saved the day for sure, and mostly likely my camper too! Highly recommend calling Jim for any of your needs if you're around his area... he has good rates and will come to you if your close enough... thanks again Jim!

This guy is mobile! We found him via an internet search while we were on vacation in a NH campground. He got to us a couple hours after we called, much faster than we expected. He had the part in stock and fixed the problem we were having with our propane sniffer easily. Then he gave helpful advice on some other issues we asked about (free). This guy has decades of experience working on RV's, and he knows his stuff, but he does not work on engines. He was quite personable and told us to call him just to say hello next time we came up north. Nice guy, convenient help, and reliable repairs. Call this one!

I had a water problem on my camper and Jim was the one who finally figured it out. This guy is a legend. He spent so much time helping me over the phone, and no matter how many times I called him back to keep troubleshooting, not once did I ever feel like he was annoyed. And this was late at night during a really busy period in the year for him. He's as good as they come, and I highly recommend him. Thanks again Jim!
