Quick to get me in, friendly staff,nice drivers lounge,area in back to drop trailers,come in at the Kwik Star entrance and go immediately to the right,go past the car dealership to the end.

Freightliner dealerships are typically a joke..
This dealership is one of the best I've been to in my 39yrs of playing with trucks.. Very professional and friendly..
I broke down on New Year's Eve, all the bells and whistles going off, engine missing, and couldn't get over 50mph, and they got me in first thing in the morning when they opened the day after New Years.. Had an injector problem, and they had to order a part, and they heard a rattle in the overhead.. They fixed the injector replaced what was causing the rattle, and ran the overhead.. All was covered by warranty except the tune up, which they were running a special on..
Out the door for everything was less than $500.. At a dealership!!
I can see why they have so many good reviews, and would recommend them highly!

In and out in minimal time with high quality repairs.
I didn’t have to cover the bill, but prices appeared competitive.

New tech forgot to put cone in and he had to redo it still shakes took it back tech now says the oil was a little gray it wasn’t when they brought to shop originally and now they won’t stand behind there work parts department in Waterloo and clear lake have both gone down hill since they bought out Harrison I priced my overhaul through them and truck country
Truck country was 5-6k cheaper cover your bases if you do business here

I had my truck towed here because my truck derated. I had sensors put in 2 weeks ago at another shop. The terminal the Nox sensor was bad. The other shop should have replaced the when I had the sensor replaced. But the men and women here were great. They got in me in and out asap. They were so darn friendly also. I don't like going to shops but this is one I truly wouldn't mind coming back to. Keep up the great customer service and work you all do!!!!

Good people work here; they are kind and welcoming. Restroom very clean and driver lounge has good coffee, vanilla, and hot chocolate. The service fee isn’t cheap however you look at it but could be categorized as fair because it’s a dealership. Time is money! Most importantly I was in and out. Thank you guys particularly the front service lady manager and the mechanics.

After months of emission problems. My truck finally derated.
This shop got me in right away and fixed the problem.
I will use this shop in the future.

Overly priced and under experienced technicians. Brought a truck in that had a leak in the intercooler hose told them exactly what hose it was but they replaced the intercooler instead got the truck back and was the exact same they tried charging $6,000 to do nothing I mean absolutely nothing had to fix it myself.

Thank you Dillon for being on call after hours! We desperately needed a belt and we gave him our VIN# and he drove back to the shop to make sure he had the belt and he did!! Dillon had a great attitude and was more than happy to help! It’s because of employees like Dillon that make this place shine!!

Beware of the service of this location. There for a day and after leaving truck ran 3 hours same problem was heading south and called to see what the next location was me I had Google to look it up and hung up on me.stay away poor poor poor service

Josh and Elijah Gray both are the best at job. Very helpful and honest with work. They help you with any problems. Good guys good job

Great place to break down at if you have too break down. Facility is very clean and service dept doesn't waste anytime to get you in and back on the road if they have all the necessary parts to do the job.

How can I say the guys in Clear Lake a Freightliner you've always been helpful and thank you for your help experience eras always well for the most part come on guys you knew I was going to put that in there

I've had a great experience at all the other locations except this one. I told them it needed 2 air lines replaced and they just put quick connections in and the thing now leaks all the air out in 15 mins. I can't believe they would let the truck out of the shop like that. I'm the customer I told them to replace them not but a bandaid on them. Well they called and we got it all straightened out and the issues fixed thank you

Communication to the driver could be alot better. They have service tech's that when they have nothing to do could call the drivers and let them know what's going on and in winter plug up both shore power and block heater so that your stuff don't freeze like mine did.

Had a Winnebago Navion in for shocks/brakes and general service (oil/filters). Service advisor Kaitlyn did a great job of communicating the status of work and now the Navion ride and stops like new again! Thanks!

(Review 2 yrs overdue) Got towed in one evening because a duck flew into my driver side windshield. They got started on my windshield first thing the next morning. After a few hours I was on my way. Nice group of guys. Great work.

We had ac issue. The only thing tech knows is hook up and scan for codes. Unable to fix intermittent issues. AC failed again once we drove for another several hours. Dealership claims spent 3 hours looking at the issue. At the end appears to be the trucking company screwed and driver.

Harrison Truck Center correctly diagnosed the problem with my truck after a frustrating couple of days at another shop elsewhere. It seems to be running right so far and I can't really complain. Everyone was friendly to me and seemed interested in getting me up and going again, which I appreciated. I did have reason to complain about a small issue. But once it received some attention, they offered to make things right for me, and I very much appreciated that as well. All in all, if you have any issues, see Scott and I have every confidence he'll do right by you.

Had a truck break down about 10 miles south of clear lake and had the truck towed to there shop. Lee in service got right on the truck the next morning and updated me in situation and availability of parts. Lee went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on every day and even had it ready to go 2 days before promised.

Scheduled an Express Assessment appointment one week in advance due to day of assessment line up, and truck was still operational. Appointment day comes, still first come first serve. Not certain if appointment was needed then. Have had great service in the past, but slipped a little this time. 5 yr old trucks are a crapshoot if they are gonna derate you and leave you hanging because of DEF anymore, but time is money on both sides of the shop door. I thank you for your time to repair what the government has not allowed us to fix anymore.

Nice friendly people working here I purchase my seats they help me put in my trucks Definitely come back I need something.

This is the second time we bring our truck for service all the way from California because we were very pleased with the EXCELLENT!! and QUICK service we received the first time .
