I was making a delivery to creston needed a few small things for my semi called Brad answer the phone told him my situation and what I needed they had what I needed he delivered it to my where I was at in creston while he was on his lunch break very nice Thank You Brad I greatly appreciated it

Very helpful a good bunch of people they overpaid me $10 and when I left I noticed that they gave me more money and I brought it back to them and they gave me a good price on a part so I figured they deserved my honesty

I had car trouble while in Creston. I was nearly two hours from home. Called my son he told me to walk to the NAPA store. I walked in told them what was going on. One of the employees walked back to my car looked things over, went back to the shop got what he thought I needed, telling me it would get me to a garage but not home. We went back to the shop where he called a garage who go us right in. This was above and beyond. Thanks so much.
