Placed an order for two lift struts for my older topper on May 24th, 2024 and even being a 3 day holiday weekend, they arrived on May 28th. Excellent price, excellent product, perfect fit and fast shipping. I'm very happy with my purchase.

U will not get ur stuff in a timely manner when u call they give u excuses ordered on the 30th been 8 days still not received she said they wasn’t responsible for shipping but they shipped it said they wasn’t in control of hurricanes or tornadoes in a mountain state so I won’t be buying from this place again and will be contacting my bank to get my money back I am not a thief as this witch states just simply saying there’s no bad weather here we are not in the south I’m in Wva just a little bit of rain it’s been sitting at the same post office since the 2nd it’s now going on the 10th and still not moved been saying it’s going to next facility for 5 days now I called her to explain to her and told her if not receive I would dispute it so now I will write bad reviews everyday till I get bored oh and this will be just to much fun since she thinks I’m a thief and wouldn’t return it if I got my money back so I wonder how a nice slander law suit against this business would go hmmm

I’ve dealt with the people at Truck Outfitters for years and they are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After ordering 2 small parts ($12) to repair my Leer cover, the package was lost by post office during shipment. I contacted Truck Outfitter Plus and asked if they could assist. A few days later a new package arrived with my parts. They went out of their way to make sure I received my order. Considering it was only a small order I was impressed with their commitment to service. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others. Thanks again.

Bought a used topper for my 2015 Nissan Frontier…Drove from out of state to pick it up…They removed my tailgate cap and replaced it..Put on topper and ran wiring in 40 minutes..Perfect fit for my truck,great price and service above and beyond….Lots of truck accessories at this shop…Worth the drive..Thanks

Ordered a bug shield with "Fits your model: 2013 Nissan Armada 4 Door". This didn't fit, it was 3 inches short on each side to cover the hood. Their customer service told me it is supposed to be that way and they are making me pay for the part that, by design, doesn't fit.

Needed a replacement bottom seal for the hatch on my A.R.E. Topper for my 2008 GMC Sierra. Truck Outfitters item was a perfect replacement. Removing the original required opening pinch points on either end of the hatch rail placed there by the mfr to hold the old seal in place - just a quick tip. The replacement slid in easily and doesn’t slide from side to side. Tight fit. Good value. Super fast delivery.

Truck Outfitters sent me a new handle for my ARE camper top but the screws didn't fit. Called to ask for new screws but they refused! Asked for a refund on inept materials and they refused!! They kept insulting me and my over 40 years of building homes by saying I didn't know how to screw the screws in and they'd send me a video. If this is the way this company runs their business, I'd suggest people go else where.

Good place to find accessories for your truck. Prices are as good as or better than on-line or similar locations. Great selection and if they don't have it on hand they can get it quickly. The only downside is that they seem to be getting too busy and need to expand their staff to keep up the good customer support.

posting for a friend, went to have a hitch put on my Ford Edge, paid $479.00 and didn't even get a receiver and ball. I went there to get a better job done, not have the electric wiring left in a coil by the spare tire. I could have went to U Haul and paid $160.00 less nd got the same workmanship plus a reciever and ball. I spoke to Sandy and she gave me a song and dance saying this and that. i paid extra money because I thought that Truck Outfitters meant better job, perhaps a nice plug and yeah it wasn't Max and Tonya Neesan

I live 2 1/2 hours away and I was returning my lease and needed to get rid of my topper that I had on my 2017 Silverado.
I called around and got no response from other outfitters until I called Truck Outfitters Plus.
I drove Approximately 250 miles and I will do it again when I need more things for my trucks.

I had previously used the cup holder phone holder and hated it (photo of that product at the very bottom). The cups didn't fit my cup holder causing vibration/wobbling side to side and when looking at my Map, I couldn't see it well at all. Also when video chatting the person on the receiving end could not get a clear view. Even with the extension arm, the phone sat too low in my big rig, causing it to block my meters/gauges and causing me to look too low down which was distracting and unsafe.

The Mob Armor Switch Magnetic Phone Holder is an awesome product and I'm grateful to have found it! Its sturdy, adjustable, and affordable. I can mount it anywhere. It gives me clear view of all my gauges as well as not having to take my eyes far from the road, making it much safer! Also, when video chatting, the vibration from the truck idling does not interfere with the receivers picture/it's clear as day. Also when driving using the map on my phone, the shaking of the truck doesn't cause the phone to move at all!

Ordered a truck cap hinge online from Truck Outfitters Plus, and the part was EXACTLY as advertised. It arrived on time, shipped to NY. It said it was for LEER, but I have a Century Bed-Cap. Detailed photos on the website allowed me to make sure it was the same part, and what I needed. The part matched the photos and was a perfect fit! Very satisfied! The one-stop-shop for truck needs!

I just reviewed the last posting for your company. For ratings higher and above for the Better Business Bureau, I'm surprised. Frankly, you don't deserve it. Shame on you. This topper has several screw holes that shouldn't be there; the aluminum is dented in the inside and outside. The lock had no key that fit! Your padlock is a poor substitute for safety. I hope I never need your service. I say this because I want to let people know. I don't take this lightly.

Update: Truck Outfitters Plus drove the hour and half to my house to install black double padlocks flap things that closes for locks and they got the locks also that they paid for themself. Just so my stuff on the trip would be safe, Nice. And he also put on my sliding inside lock for me, very nice of him to do that and in this hot heat. Thank you! I give the Trucker Outfitters Plus a 5 star for doing all they can to fix the problems and Leer Co. a 2 star for their messed up topper. I ordered a commercial topper with double doors costing over $3000.000 it came in a week and a half late than expected. When I got home to show my topper I was showed that it had quite some dents on the drivers side that I didn't look at but is noticeable and inside topper has lots of extra screw holes and the front sliding window has a chip in it, screen is torn and shredding. My topper is black but they used white caulking along the edge of trimming all around the topper. It came with no keys to the lock so I cannot lock up the topper. They have ordered me a whole new lock so they can replace this one. In the meanwhile I'm leaving out of state tomorrow morning and I need to build stuff , insulate and pack everything up. Which I cannot do anything until the lock gets replaced so my stuff doesn't get stolen. I AM SO MAD!!!!!!!
It's 11:30 am now I haven't received a call or text or nothing and I was told it'll be done by noon today, I hope. That'll give me one day to do EVERYTHING! Unless I get a BIG discount on this topper credited back to me I won't be going back!
Update 12 pm they finally answered they'er phone they may come out to change the whole lock but there's no guarantee that it will work they said. CAN YOU SEE THE STEAM COMING FROM MY EARS AND NOSTRILS, I"M SO SO MAD !!!!!!! And they ask if I want to return it or get a discount on it. Well let see I don't have time to order another topper and have it by tonight and would loose money in returning it. Or get a discount, well I guess the discount is my only option. Only good thing is Renee trying to take care of things.

We ordered a strut for our Undercover Brand tonneau cover. I gave the part number. The part shipped to us was incorrect. I spoke with Keith and asked if they could ship the correct one. He suggested we take both struts off the truck, put the new one on where the good one was, and put the good one on the other side and see if it would shut. I asked if he could simply take all the info and figure out what we needed and exchange it. He, quite curtly, said, "REALLY? You don't want to even try?!!" I said we had already taken the bad one off and his people shipped the wrong one. You could actually hear the smirk in his voice. He nastily told me there would be a restocking fee, though it was their error, and no apology for that. I was quite taken off guard by this unexpected rudeness, perhaps because he resented dealing with a woman. I have worked in shipping and receiving and parts procurement for almost 30 years. This is inexcusable treatment of a paying customer. I intend to let the world know, and his supervisor, CEO, BBB, and all my social networks what poor treatment they can expect from Truck Outfitters Plus.
