I just bought a house with high windows and did not look forward to climbing ladders to get to them. Elijah came to my house and gave me a quote. He also offered to look at my gutters and quote a price for them. Elijah and his wife were very efficient in cleaning everything, including the window screens. They cleaned up everything nicely. I live on an acreage and the outside of my house was so dirty from the wind and dirt blowing this winter - it was awful. Elijah arrived at the scheduled time. He soft washed my steel siding, soffits, facia, shutters and windows. Removed the grime left by the derecho of December 2021. He power washed my utility shed and removed algae and black mold from the north side and black mold from the crevices on the remainder of the building. Everything is sparkling clean and ready for summer living. In addition Elijah pretreated and power washed my 14 year old double level concrete patio on the north side of my home. There was quite a build up of yuck from moisture and dirt. It looks like brand new concrete! I am so pleased with the quality of work and the outcome. He charged me the quoted price with no surprises. He also washed and squeegeed my exterior windows. They are absolutely CLEAN! I will be using their services in the future and I recommend them highly.
