Rick did a great job cleaning our two decks. I felt that what we were charged was a good price. He was very nice and easy to work with. Will definitely use him again.

Rick did a wonderful job with power washing our home. We weren't sure when the last time our home was power washed, if ever, and it was longer overdue. After Rick was done, our home looked like it had a fresh new coat of paint! For our two story house it took approximately half a day and was well worth the money spent. He even knocked out some of the leaves in our gutters! Overall I would highly recommend hiring Rick!

Excellent service! The exterior of our house had not been cleaned in 15 years. The north facing side needed lots of help. Rick was able to get everything clean and looking in new condition. I would highly recommend.

I wish I had pictures of what my vinyl siding looked like before Rick detailed my house. The north and east side was densely discolored with black, green and rust mold or something. I was amazed at how clean it came. Looked like new! For a small additional cost, he also cleaned the front porch and back deck. I will definitely use him again. Call him today before he is booked for the spring!

The north side of my house was green with algae. Optimax got rid of it and cleaned the rest of the house that I really didn't think was so dirty. The results were amazing and my neighbors complimented me on how good it looks.

We noticed our neighbor having their home's exterior cleaned by Rick/Optimax. The results were fabulous, so we scheduled our home for the same service. Our vinyl siding, soffits, gutters, and fascia hadn't been professionally cleaned for 15 years. Now, everything is bright and clean! Our gutters had accumulated a blackish mildew/crud over the years and now they are sparkling white. Rick/Optimax was careful to not damage our landscaping and plants. We really liked the Optimax process versus the potentially damaging high pressure wash cleaning. Rick was very professional explaining the Optimax cleaning process. We'd definitely hire Optimax again for this type of exterior house "detailing", and you should as well!!

Rick was quick with a quote, which was the lowest for the same work. He provided a timely response to our acceptance of his quote and scheduled a time to do the work soon after. He arrived on time, was conscientious about plantings around our house, was meticulous in detail cleaning, finished when he said he would, and left the house looking beautiful. He even managed to bring back to life some white woodwork trim we were expecting to have to repaint. An all around positive experience.

Just had Rick come out and clean my house yesterday...what a difference! Not only does it look new again but Rick was great in personality and in his workmanship! He was very good at communicating and I really liked the fact that it wasn't such a high pressure wash that would get under my siding and cause water damage. Our siding looks so much better! It had been years since it was cleaned and with it being white and exposed to a lot of wind, you can only imagine how dirty it was. Rick's ingenious operation is truly designed to gently but thoroughly wash the exterior. Rick took great measures to clean the soffits, the gutters, and tough to get to places. He even did our deck flooring and sliding glass door - all the nooks and crannies. In short, Rick treated our house as if it was his home. I had Rick clean our exterior vinyl in June. I waited until now to post a review because I wanted to make sure it worked. I am very happy with the results ! Rick is prompt, very easy to work with, and did a very good job. He uses low pressure power washing, which I now believe is the future of this business. The only drawback is the light spots and or streaks on windows. Rick told me ahead of time this would be the case and I may have to line up a window cleaner. My wife and I cleaned the windows. I hope I don't have to use Rick again for several years. That will be the true test.

We could not have been more pleased with the work Rick did to clean our house. Our house is 25 years old and had never been washed. There was mold starting to grow on three sides. Rick needed his ladder and brush on some of the higher areas. He removed four bird nests from under the deck and removed a number of wasps nests ( some with live wasps). He was very efficient and wanted everything to look perfect when finished. I love my window box flowers and he covered them carefully to protect them. Our house was beautifully white when he left. Rick's cost is also very reasonable and we highly recommend him.

Rick did a great job cleaning our gutters, soffit and metal siding. I liked that the wash was gentle; you don't want to power wash upwards into your soffit. We have a lot of trees close to our house. The bacteria and mold from years of collecting leaves and Silver Maple "helicopters" had discolored our gutters horribly. The house looks terrific! Our nearly 100 year old home is in an extremely wooded area and the lifespan of our roof and siding is basically cut in half because of it! A friend recommended a roof/siding cleaning instead and I am amazed at how good it looks! Soft wash of vinyl siding. The rear of my house faces north and gets alot of mold/mildew/algae. Optimax soft washed it and it looks fantastic. I considered just powerwashing it myself, but this would have only physically remove it. Soft wash actually removes the organic growth by killing the organism itself. My siding looks awesome. 5 Stars for quality of work and value.
